About this apartment rental

The condo comfortably sleeps 6-persons with a master bedroom and bathroom, a second bedroom with a dedicated bathroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have large closets, flat screen TV's and mobile phone charging stations. There is a fully equipped kitchen and seating for 6-persons in the dining area. The living room has a large flat screen TV and a self starting gas fireplace. Outside, there is a full length balcony with outdoor chairs and table to enjoy an afternoon drink as the sun sets over the mountains. Relax in the new roof top jacuzzi or sit by the fire-pit area with lounge seating. There is also a large roof top bbq area with bar style seating. Feel secure with a free assigned underground parking space close to the elevator for convenient access the the condo. This is a non-smoking condo.

There is a convenient ski and snowboard rental shop located in the building on the 2nd floor that has a complimentary overnight equipment valet storage. If you have your own equipment, there is a dedicated secure locker in the hallway that will hold equipment for 6-persons. Park City ski passes can be purchased at the ticket office located next to the ski rental shop. And the best part is that the Town Lift chair lift is directly across the deck a mere 25 steps from the condo.

Dining, shopping, night time entertainment and art galleries are all on Main Street with dozens of restaurants, eclectic stores, art galleries and drinking establishments. All are within walking distance from the condo. There is also a free shuttle bus available throughout the Park City area with a stop directly in front of the condo.

If you choose to visit Park City during the summer months, there are an abundance of summer activities to choose from including biking, hiking, golfing and water sports. There are several bike rentals options available including electric commuter bike pick-up/drop-off stations located throughout the Park City area or mountain bike rentals from several shops that are within a few minutes walking distance from the condo. Park City offers miles of hiking trails and hiking maps are available at several of the local Main Street shops. If water sports are your choice, then Lake Jordanelle is a close drive away for sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, kayaking and fishing. Then there are several rafting locations throughout the Park City area. Golf courses are also in abundance in the Park City area.

The property had a great location! Loved the ability to walk to restaurants and shopping. The parking spot that came with the rental was so convenient. The host, Martin, was accommodating, responsive and overall very easy to work with! Would stay here again!

Perfect Main Street location for our 3 day weekend in Park City. Unit is basically at the bottom of main street so a very short walk to dining, shopping, and bars. Off street parking, easy access to the unit. Clean, decor as advertised in pictures. Layout good providing bedroom privacy and a comfortable, good size common area. Roof top lounge and grilling area a very nice bonus. Large deck with limited view of a small park off main living area.

We have been doing ski vacations for years, and this condo was by far the most convenient. The equipment rental and storage lockers are in the building, and the main lift is LITERALLY steps away! Many of the restaurants and bars went to were less than a five minute walk since the condo is right on Main Street in PC. Absolutely perfect! The condo itself was cozy, clean, and a perfect size for our family of 4. The host was very accessible if we had questions. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great location at the North end of town. Town ski lift right there as well as rental and lift tickets. Walk to shops and restaurants. Clean, everything you would need. Communication excellent. Perfect!

The condo had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Very clean, comfy, and everything was in working order. My one recommendation would be to have step by step instructions to run the dryer only cycle on the combo washer/dryer- very unclear. Otherwise, we loved it and would stay here again. The ski lockers were a nice convenience too!

Perfect location to enjoy Main Street! Great parking and security. One complaint would be the balcony has no seating and no view from the living room. The mattress on the bed was a bit soft for my liking. But I would definitely stay here again for the location!

This property is in a great building which is very secure. It does not have views of anything but the building next to it. The property was clean and had nice appliances and furniture. The only issue we had is that we are unfamiliar with the LG washer/dryer combo. We could not figure out how to use it. We googled the directions and that was not helpful. We eventually contacted the manager who said there were instructions in a drawer. We never found any manual anywhere for anything. Other than that, the place was pretty much as described.

Best location!! You walk right out to town lift and to all the Main Street goodness! The one downfall if you have newer skiers is coming back to the town lift is mostly blues. But, the bus from the mountain village is free and fast! Wonderful unit and Martin was super helpful! Can’t wait to stay again!

The best aspect of this condo is that it is just steps from the Town Lift. The parking spot in the garage is super convenient. Internet is good. The condo is a bit dated, but it is nicely maintained and it has all the essentials needed. My only complaint would be that the mattresses are quite bad.

The location of this property is perfect. Just steps to Town Lift or the free bus pickup to Park City Skiing. The owner was very prompt with communication. Our family really enjoyed our stay! The hot tub on the roof was a great bonus!

This is in the heart of Park City. Right by the Town chairlift, ski rentals and all the restaurants. No need to rent a car.

Location is everything! We were 2 steps from the town lift and the downtown area. This really helped once Sundance started and there was traffic gridlock on Main Street. The ski lockers were super convenient and the condo had separate private bedrooms for us and our guests.

Our family stayed at this property over holiday break with our two teenagers for skiing and to enjoy the town. The location was perfect for everything from rental and mountain access to dinner and shopping access. No car needed. Also, the unit was well stocked, comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Thank you for sharing your space in Park City.

We so enjoyed our stay at this Park City condo. It was comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four adults. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooftop was a nice bonus. It was close to shopping, restaurants, bike rentals, bike trails, and the Town Lift. We would stay here again!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The communication with Martin was top notch as he responded quickly to any questions. You can walk anywhere around Historic PC and it is right by the lift. Multiple hiking trails are steps away. Our family of five was very comfortable (kids ages 17-21). Highly recommend.

Place is nice and Perfectly located off Main St in the heart of town. Beds are comfy, and the Roof top was great. My only Suggestions would be to add some more ice trays, provide a few patio chairs for the private deck, and provide some "spa" towels for the roof top spa. All minor issues.... Def would stay here again!

The perfect location!

The Lift Lodge location can’t be beat, at the base of the Town Lift and right on Main Street. Plus, ski shop in building (and a second location across the street), ski locker down the hall, indoor parking spot, and Harvest cafe downstairs were beyond convenient. Highly recommend.
