Comfortable, quiet and very attentive, friendly hosts

The spacious cabin was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of room for putting our clothes and very comfortable bed. As an early riser, the little partitioned space outside with table and chairs was great for me to sit have my morning cup of tea, enjoying the delicious freshly homemade shortbread biscuits made by Carol (very nice personal touches) and reading my book in silence, wonderful. The breakfast was really nice and served with a smile (even though it was raining) in our cabin - the poached eggs are the best I've had in a very long time. The location was great too, a lovely walk down to the beach and eateries. With only a maximum of 45 minutes to all places of interest, found it a lovely base to explore this very pretty island. Thanks for everything Carol.

Not a dislike, just advice that if you are driving to this lovely cabin - Reverse down the lane - it's so much easier to park outside.

Lovely hostess & host 👍🏼 Perfect accommodation in one of the nicest places on the IoW

Breakfast was fantastic, beautifully cooked, delicious ingredients, pipping hot. A very high standard of food and service. Room was spotless, very well appointed and serviced every day. Could not fault the accommodation.

Very comfortable, clean, stylish accommodation. Convenient location, a short stroll to sea and town. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Attentive, helpful host.

Exceptional

Location was quite and peaceful, small cosy room with your own space and privacy. Carol was sweet and suggested us some really nice places which was worth visiting.

Gorgeous, clean and welcoming. We’ll be back!

Perfect little self contained unit with own entrance and parking space. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location and close proximity to sea for walks, bars and restaurants and good base for discovering the rest of the Island. Carol and Nigel couldn’t have been more welcoming. we loved our stay and would definitely go back!

A perfect B&B

Carol was the perfect host. Her breakfast and its presentation was fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable and freshly decorated.

Exceptional

Absolutely everything, the breakfast was outstanding, with everything catered for. Copious amounts of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shortbread and fudge too, with pretty flowers to welcome you as well. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything and more has been thought of to make your stay exceptionally comfortable and pleasant. Soft but efficient towels, towel radiator to warm when showering too. Totally recommend 👌

Wonderful gem of a b&b in a great location and exceptional hosts. Would reccommended this lovely b&b.

The room is beautifully decorated and maintained, it was the perfect size for us as a couple. The tea tray was set up with beautiful handmade treats and our host was so kind and helpful. The home cooked breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh ingredients and plenty of choice. The location was also brilliant and so close to the beach, the needles and Yarmouth port.

En-suite a little chilly but that’s probably welcomed in the summer and slight squeak in bathroom door. A hair dryer would have been handy.

Wonderful breakfast, spotless room and lovely host. 10 out of 10!

Carol was very welcoming and made an incredible breakfast which set us up for each day. The room is beautifully decorated and spotless. She gave us lots of great tips for enjoying our time on the Island. We will be back!

Wonderful trip to the IOW staying at Sea Breeze

From the moment I arrived, I was so happy because it was just a wonderful place to arrive to. I felt so content, comfortable, and I will definitely return to SEA BREEZE, Freshwater, IOW in 2022. I had a brilliant walk (tips from Host), and enjoyed my Saturday immensely (arrived Friday eve). A wonderful retreat in a lovely location, and one can use the number 7 bus to get you wherever you want to go if you get tired of walking and taking in the beautiful scenery (there are other buses to different locations too). A brilliant weekend trip, thank you :-) lovely memories, very happy content customer.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like. I liked everything :) I chose well, and the Host does a good job well. Personally, I like my own company, so I was alone in the property, but it would be absolutely OK for two too!

A little gem

The room was so clean, light and airy with such a lovely feel about it. The decor was tastefully done and with a nautical theme. The home made shortbread and fudge were a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious. There is nothing not to like about this little gem of a place. We will definitely be recommending it our friends.

Just a little awkward to find but that could have something to do with an out of date sat-nav !!!

Safe, peaceful and very accommodating!

Lovely little b&b in a private, quiet location, parking right outside. Very clean and welcoming, little outdoor seating area if weather permits, very comfortable queen bed! Carol was a great host and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this property for a stay, very short walk to a little beach too.

Maybe a little fridge in the room just for drinks😊
