The property was truly stunning in a good quite location across the road from the beach.
The garden is stunning with a lake at the back of it. The fire pit was fab which we made use of as it was the blue moon when we stayed.
The house had everything u needed. Everything was easy to work the hot water ran constantly so u never had to worry about a cold shower.
Dogs can come to stay too.
This place has the wow factor as soon as you walked in. We had a great time with family. Memories we will never forget .
Everything was brilliant but if I could give feedback then it would be the BBQ area was very dirty when we arrived. We was warned this could happen if the last people didn’t clean it. I think it should be checked and cleaned by a cleaner ? For the cost of the rental it shouldn’t be down to the next person to clean someone else’s mess!
The oven seemed to take ages to cook food.
We tried to dry my daughter jeans quickly for the travel home but they wouldn’t dry in the drier.
These are all thing’s easy sorted.

It was spacious and close to the beach. The rooms were good sizes and the bathrooms were very nice. It had all the things need to make it a home from home. It was really private and secure. We had a wonderful time. I liked the quirky decor with the artwork and furniture being of different eras.
The garden was over grown and so tricky to get around the different areas of it. Would have been nice if the fire Pitt and the barbecue area was cleaned before arrival. The infant high chair had fixed setting and we struggled to get our little one out a couple of times.

Love the design of the house, the location, the garden, the books and games on offer.
Mattress in main bedroom needs replacing, awful night sleep and had to move to another room.

Lovely accommodation, spacious with a well equipped kitchen (complimentary tea, coffee, milk & Prosecco provided 👍) Wood burner for the colder months with the hosts providing a starter pack of kindling, logs & firelighters that we fully made use of & bought a further three bags! 2 mins walk to the beach which both ourselves and our dog loved, always did our last walk of the day there which out of season isn’t restricted! Great location for seeing the surrounding area. Had a fantastic time!
The oven door does not seal properly, not a problem for us as it was turned on 10 mins earlier & 20 degrees higher, however in this climate this is costing the hosts money, get it fixed! On first impressions the place seems clean & compared to some rentals it is, but I do think the bungalow is ready for a deep clean. If you are planning on staying here & driving in a large vehicle, ask the hosts the width of the entrance through the gates. we travelled in a Fiat Abarth & only cleared the gates with 6” either side.

interior design fantastic and the clever reconfiguration of the property. Very pretty garden too.
more instruction of finding the property would be helpful, it’s off a lane between houses.

A beautiful property with a lovely garden which was secure and enclosed - great for a dog. Very cosy yet roomy. Very close to the beach, we found the best route was through the opposite playgrounds and up over the dunes. Walkable to The Owl (recommend for food and drinks! Also dog friendly) and some shops/take aways.

Thanks for the milk, tea, and prosecco, that was really nice!
we arrived at night and the exernal lights were not on which would have been nice.

The accommodation really was a home from home. The owners had thought of everything. There was every bit of kitchen equipment you could ever need, a washing machine which was a godsend when you are on holiday with children. Lots of board games for the children and adults to play and a book collection that was just fantastic. The house was very clean and the garden beautiful. The decor was fantastic. The owners answered any questions we had very quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to any family.
The beach was beautiful but there wasn't really anything else to do within walking distance. If you drive then it's not a problem as there are lots of nice places to visit within an hours drive.

The house is very good, spacious, secluded, and well equipped.
Camber has a lovely beach, and the sand dunes are amazing.
A very big problem was the lack of fencing adjacent to the stream running alongside the back of the garden, so unsafe our 2 children could not play outside on there own, which spoilt the holiday somewhat. This has been raised many times.
Why has this not been sorted??

Lovely property. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms with lovely lounge and garden areas.
There could have been a better selection of pots and pans and basic items like salt pepper oil etc.

Such a lovely house and much larger than pictures. Very comfortable beds and showers are great. Very near lovely Sandy beach. The tea coffee Prosecco and milk are lovely welcoming touches. Everything you need in this house, highly recommend.
The back garden is lovely but would be safer if it was fully enclosed and a bath mat in the bathroom would be a good idea - other than that nothing at all to complain about.
