Our Relaxing Private Green Home is a charming 4-BR Home. Located in an exceptional position in the exclusive location of Little Cove facing directly into Noosa National Park w/ complete modern facilities. A beautifully private and surrounded by lush tropical backdrop. Lovers of nature will adore this property!
Easy 3 mins walk to Little Cove beach and Noosa's amazing surf breaks. 5 mins to Noosa's Hasting Street along the beautiful board walk to explore shops, restaurants and cafes.
Nestled in lush rain forest on the edge of the National Park, this retreat enjoys large open spaces and tranquil vistas into the bush land from every room. With vaulted ceilings and rustic timber features, this home features rendered 'adobe' style masonry to provide the character. Timber louvres throughout invite in the cooling summer breezes and the timber bi-fold doors extend living spaces out onto the large decks.
As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
Also featuring a plunge pool and water features in a peaceful bush setting.
This multi level property has separate lounge areas on both levels, plus a large games room with a billiard table. And a main kitchen PLUS a kitchenette with fridge in the games room - what more could you want?
And there is air conditioning in all bedrooms plus ceiling fans in every room.

* Upper level consists of the entry and foyer, the 4th bedroom (2 single beds) with private ensuite, air conditioning and a library area.
* The single beds in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms can be joined together but this must be requested at time of making your booking

- There is a tiny marsupial called antechinus that sometimes visits. It is a protected species and as such we are unable to remove it. We have fitted brushes to the bottoms of the doors and have done what we can to deter it, however they fit through very tiny spaces so please note they are very harmless but may be evidence of it visiting.
Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk and detergents (to get you through your first night). Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3:00pm and no exceptions to this timing can be made.
Note: Minimum Tariffs apply for each season based on Minimum Nights, however stays can be shorter than the minimum nights subject to the minimum tariff being paid.
**NOTE FOR NETFLIX: Due to the new no sharing restrictions. You will need to log into your own Netflix account. You will need to select traveling on your account.**

As the property is being on a national park, please expect the potential for some insects and geckos etc
Guest will have access to all rooms including the amenities.
** Note: No access to the side of the house - it is boarded off from access. There is potentially hazardous stairway and surrounds **

- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

- There are extra guest fees above 5 guests please ensure you have booked for the correct number of guests. Please reach out to our team through your booking app if you need to amend.
- Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the property without prior written approval. If you have extra guests please reach out som we can amend the booking. failure to have the correct guest numbers will require
payment of extra $500 per night for the length of the stay.
- Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.
- Pet is subject for approval from the owner. We do not taken pets without prior approval and they must not bark excessively or shed hair. As a rule we only take pets under 10kg. No pets on furniture or bedding
- A pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total.
- The additional bedding is for children only. Please message us prior if you have any questions.
- Please be mindful this is not a new home. It does back onto a national park with a lot of foliage dropping daily, some leaves will be blown onto paths and decks despite having been blown prior to next guest arrival. Please kindly note that this incredible home has many beautiful architectual aspects some of which are different to what you may be used to.

- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- Beginning on the 9th of January, 2023, all confirmed reservations will be subject to an extra cleaning surcharge which will be equal to 30% of the cleaning price if you check out on a Sunday or 50% of the cleaning price if you check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.

This house is fabulous. It sleeps lots and is light and airy, up in the trees.
The location means it is quiet and tranquil but also just a 5 minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Two couples and four adult children were easily accommodated in this multilevel home. We particularly loved the quirky decor, the peaceful treetop views into the national park from the balconies, the plunge pool for cooling off after walking up the hill from the beach, and the pool table. The location was excellent, with an easy walk to Little Cove and Hastings Street, although the short uphill trip on foot would be difficult for the elderly. The house was so quiet and peaceful after the bustle of the Main Street. We would stay here again.

The property wasn't super clean, but the location (rain-forest) and nature (a number of decks and some windows with shutters only) make keeping it spotless pretty challenging. A really peaceful location abutting the rainforest, big decks and a lovely plunge pool, made for a very relaxing stay. Only a couple of hundred meters from beautiful Little Cove Beach and about half a kilometre from Hasting Street made it even more appealing, even if the walk back up the hill every time was a test of calves and stamina! Overall we would highly recommend this house to people looking for a big house in a peaceful location.

Huge place if a fab location. If you’re after a character filled home with lots of space, minutes walk from the beach, connected to nature this is a great choice. This is not a brand new whitewashed McMansion, so not for those looking for a brand new, dustless, shiny new build for your holiday. The home is in need of some TLC but the price reflects this by comparison. Would stay again :)

All the family loved the house. Suited our age groups very well. House was very well set up for large group. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the views of the bush that the house backs on to. Not too far from beach and Hastings street. Would stay again.

Perfect setting for friends weekend away
This house is as amazing as the photos! Loads of space, loads of beds and an amazing setting. We had horrid weather but the fireplace and the setting looking out from the deck into the National Park meant we really didn’t care. Space for 10 to eat together, and spend time apart so just ideal. Easy walk to Little Cove beach and to The National Park wall. Holly and Craig amazing hosts who were very easy to communicate with. Would recommend highly and look forward to staying again soon

Stay-cation Bliss
We loved our stay in this stunning property as a mini stay-cation for a joint birthday trip. Plenty of room for our two families and quick walk down to Little Cove Beach, although the steep hill on return is a workout! As Noosa Hinterland residents it was so good to be in a location where you are able to walk to Hastings St restaurants and shops and enjoy some down time without ever having to start the car. I only wish we had booked for a week!

Huge well located Noosa Heads property
This was a very enjoyable property to stay at. It was huge. It is not a new property and had a few quirky features. It was good value for our large family group. The owners were easy to communicate with and flexible around the check in arrangements. It is an easy walk to Hastings Street and good access the National Park. We would happily stay here again.
