stupid to turn away a 90 year old man

nothing

made reservation through booking.com for my nephew and father who needed a hotel close to medical facilities for an early morning appointment. staff refused my pre-paid reservation because my nephew is a local hot springs resident. desk staff said they don't allow local residents to stay in the hotel. total BS because my nephew and father stayed there for a medical appointment Tue June 11, 2024, and the staff didn't turn them away. so why was this time different??? went to Best Western Winners Circle who welcomed them with open arms! and at a better price!

Relaxing and nice

Very clean the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast w very good. However the towels were pretty stiff and the bed was hard. Overall pret clear cut hotel nothing fancy. Great location for Oaklawn visits.

Location was perfect! Decent breakfast for price as well.

Location was a 10/10 basically across the street from Oaklawn.

Towels were rough, but I’m picky. Otherwise, can’t complain.

This hotel will be our new "Go To" hotel when we travel to Hot Springs.

I liked that the hotel was close to what we needed. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was busy, and there was not much food left. The staff was working on filling it, so we decided to eat waffles instead.

We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable and all the employees were very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was great. Microtel was near downtown,what was what we wanted. Rooms were very clean

Modern and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Location was great to all the attractions. Would have loved to have an area to hose off my crystals that I mined.

The only disappointment was me leaving my Apple pencil on the bed. White bedding, white pencil. Never received a call from the hotel that it was found.

Very clean.

Walls and floors are far too thin to overcome inconsiderate neighbors who cannot seem to walk above others without stomping and those who must yell when talking in public hallways at all hours.
