Great location! Very quiet, barely seen anyone else. It could be because we were there during the weekdays. They have cookware, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, griddle, games, extra blankets, toiletries, paper towels, outside table and chairs, washer & dryer and fans.
We happened to be there during a heat wave, and it doesn't have AC. We turned on the AC unit, but it was blowing hot air and only made the cabin hotter. That was a hot evening and was pretty uncomfortable. The upstairs room was a little small, and the beds were not that comfortable. The upstairs shower had very poor pressure.

Location and proximity to downtown area and to ski resort. House was pretty spacious and stocked with basic needs for a pleasant stay.
The dryer was broken and was only blowing out cold air. We weren’t able to dry our wet clothes from the ski trip or do any laundry.
Although the majority of the room seemed clean and neat, we found a rats nest in one of the dresser drawer in the upstairs bedroom, along with a bag with some things inside. The upstairs shower had hair in the drain and a clump of hair on the wall. The upstairs sink did not drain very well and the kitchen garbage disposal did not work. And only half the side of the toaster was working.

They moved me to a downgraded property on the arrival day, leaving us no choice. After the downgrade, they did not offer refund. I had to ask for it.
The downgraded property was supposed to have a indoor garage. But it is occupied with random thing. We had to park on the icy ground outside. The entrance area was not shoveled at all. My brother fell and injured his wrist. I sprained my ankle badly.
The toilet on the second floor was not functioning. It was extremely inconvenient for 5 people to share one toilet.
