Housekeeping needs to be improved

The location was excellent for our needs. The staff was friendly & helpful.

Housekeeping needed to do a better job in cleaning our room. The bathroom especially smelled of mold and there was hair behind the bathroom room. Also the tissues in the bathroom had a blue material spilled on them. The fridge in the room was also dirty.

We stayed one night and we will absolutely be staying there again next time we are going yo Atlanta.

I loved it was in a safe area and fun bars and restaurants around.

Our first room we went into wasn’t clean. But they upgraded us to a bigger and cleaner room.

Wonderful

There were a wide variety of foods to eat for breakfast, including fresh fruit, bagels white and whole wheat bread, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, omelette, pancakes etc. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the delicious choices for breakfast. This is also a very clean and peaceful hotel to stay in.

The hotel was nice. We had a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was good, especially the cinnamon rolls.

The coffee ran out and we had to wait a while before more was brought out.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff, very comfortable.

Staff very friendly. Room was very clean. Booked last minute and was able to accommodate quickly. Will need car. Nothing is within walking distance. But very nice area. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a solo traveler.

I had a family emergency which turned into last minute trip.

I liked the spacious room and the spacious bathroom. The dove products in the bathroom were a plus for me as that’s the only bath product I use. The hotel is a smaller hotel but it’s definitely a clean, newer one.

The Dove body lotion wasn’t right. It came out separated but I had my own so it was all good.

I would stay again but be clear on what I need.

I loved the location, pool, it was quite , I liked that it had a washer and dryer

The refrigerator was not stained or rusty inside, and I wish they would have changed the sheets while we were there for a 6 day stay. We asked them to do the bed I thought that included a change of sheets.

The hotel was nice! My 1st time staying there and I will definitely be staying again when I return to Fayetteville. The hotel was pretty much close to everything.

A beautiful, new, clean hotel with friendly staff, an amazing breakfast, and an uncomfortable chair.

There's a lot of good things to say about this hotel. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. The bed was super-comfortable, the room was clean and well laid-out, the shower was hot with great pressure, the bathroom was clean, the toilet was something large enough for a man to sit on, and the television was large and worked well. Also, the breakfast was amazing. A good, hot breakfast with a lot of choices. Awesome.

Two things keep this review from being a 10. Firstly, the hotel has unfortunately fallen into a trend which is common among newer hotels: a lack of comfortable seating. There's really three choices for seating in the room: The bed, an office chair which wasn't bad, and one of those godawful, terribly uncomfortable, chaise lounges. These horrible things are the bane of my existence when I travel for work and this monstrosity was no exception. Surely, a decent recliner would have been cheaper than this horrible piece of furniture. Secondly, the walls are a bit thin. We could hear almost everything going on in the halls and in the neighboring rooms. Sadly, one of those rooms had a crying child in it. Not much the hotel can do about that now that construction is complete and certainly nothing anyone can do to keep a baby from crying, but folks should know that it is something which you may confront.

It was awesome.

The breakfast was great. the area was nice and clean. the room was cleans and the bed was very comfortable. we had a nice sleep and were very relaxed the next day. the staff was nice and friendly.

Good place to stay

Location was great. We have stayed here multiple times. Breakfast was good and the coffee provided was good as well. The desk staff was courteous and check in/out was easy. I enjoy this hotel and will continue to stay here.

The walls are thin so you'll hear the people next door. This was our first time having neighbors so we hadn't noticed it on our previous stays. The water pressure in the shower is not the best either.
