This new 49 m2 apartment, on the ground floor and facing the sea, can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. A 28m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140) and a flat screen TV.
You will also enjoy a 15m2 loggia terrace with furniture and garden furniture, overlooking the garden of the residence, facing the swimming pool and enjoying a lovely view of the ocean.
Also available free of charge, a private parking space allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.

You will also enjoy a 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
