This was the third time for us taking a vacay in Ouray. This condo met all of our requirements, A/C for husband, elevator for my 82-yr old mother, and in the heart of Ouray shopping/dining for me. Loved being right on Main Street, seeing all the spectacular scenery Ouray has to offer. This was by far the nicest condo we’d ever rented in Ouray. We felt pampered the whole time we were there, from the comfy furniture and chic decorating to the fully-stocked kitchen. This was the first place we’ve stayed where we didn’t have to make a shopping list and hit Walmart for essentials as soon as we’d checked in! It was a wonderful condo to sit back and relax in after a day of sight seeing, shopping or just driving and taking in the beauty of the area. We loved having so many great restaurants in easy walking distance. This condo truly was in the perfect location for us. We will be sure to book again for our next visit to Ouray!

Our recent stay at this charming apartment in Ouray, Colorado, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the cozy, inviting atmosphere of the apartment.The location was ideal, offering easy access to the heart of Ouray. The apartment is immaculate, fully stocked with anything we could hope for as cooks and bakers, and the reverse osmosis system was an awesome addition so that we could easily fill up our water bottles full of clear, clean water for epic hikes around Ouray.The host was incredibly kind and accommodating and provided us with all the information we needed for a seamless stay. We appreciated the attention to detail and the warm, generous hospitality.Overall, this apartment in Ouray exceeded our expectations - truly one of the best we've ever rented - and provided the perfect home for our adventures in the San Juan Mountains. We can't wait to return and experience it all over again!

The condo is huge and has views from all windows. We enjoyed being able to see all of Main St from the unit. The owners have taken every measure to make the place comfortable. Every amenity you could want or need is available in the unit. We traveled with our one- year old. They had a pack n play, high chair and baby bath tub available. It was so nice not having to bring that stuff with us.

We loved staying in Ouray! This condo was the perfect location and atmosphere for our family of six's Spring Break retreat. The cozy condo was the ideal size for our family and we all slept well and enjoyed the comforts and convenience of being in the heart of the city. There was plenty of seating for playing games, eating, and relaxing. The hosts provided plenty of linens and towels for our stay. Ouray was sleepy as we were there during the off season, but that was prefect for us. We tried out the hosts favorite hikes and enjoyed the adventure of Box Canyon and the Million Dollar Highway and relaxing at the Hot Springs. There were plenty of restaurants open we particularly loved breakfast at the Artisan Bakery. We would stay again!! We enjoyed the town and the accommodations.

Watching the bustling streets of Ouray through the many windows and being so centrally located is amazing. I will choose this home for my Ouray trips as many times as I can from now on.

The condo had had everything we could possibly need. Both beds were cozy and the baths were spacious. We had plenty if seats to sit and enjoy the views. Any condo in the Storyblock Building is a special place.

The pace is very well thought, everything has its place, the kitchen is really well stocked, and every little detail is present! It’s almost like a dream place. You can’t ask for anything else. And the location is perfect. Absolutely beautiful!

The entertainment options were also very convenient. Even though we were on vacation, it was great to have some downtime to just relax and appreciate the beauty of the condo. We all had a terrific time enjoying the view from our perch on Main Street. This home is beautifully decorated and has a well stocked kitchen for serious cooks. Our every need was anticipated and provided for. Comfortable bedrooms, spacious baths and most of all a large open living space gave us the perfect setting for our family gathering. Thank you! Our little 13 month old granddaughter had so much fun having lots of room to run around!! And the view of the mountains from all sides of y our home was absolutely majestic !!! Very nice place and the absolute best location in Ouray. A few disappointing things; primary bedroom bed was uncomfortable and should be a King bed not a Queen. Both bedrooms need black out shades. The downtown lights made the rooms very bright at night. I expected either satellite or cable TV for the price.

This property is simply perfect! The owners have thought of every detail. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was so clean. The beds are comfortable and we felt right at home. The location is just perfect, we walked everywhere. We highly recommend this rental and are looking forward to going back next year!

We have stayed in Ouray many times, and this loft/condo was the absolute best! We brought friends who were visiting from Tennessee, and the 2 Bed 2 Bath accommodations were perfect. The loft and decor were beautiful, the layout was great, it was spotlessly clean, the kitchen very well appointed, and the location downtown was perfect for walking around town. The on-line photos are a true representation of the gorgeous interior......I would recommend this to anyone looking for an upscale experience in the beautiful setting of Ouray. You will not be disappointed.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and this condo is honestly the nicest and best condo we have ever VRBO'd.
Location is perfect, condo has everything you need, very spacious, showers worked great and beds were extremely comfortable.
When I say this condo has everything the owners go above and beyond to make your experience perfect in every way. Cabinets are full stocked and labeled, everything from dish washing detergent, coffee, towels to appliances are all fully stocked for your stay.
The owners and management group are super easy and accomidating in every way!
This will be our place to stay in Ouray every time we visit!

Rarely do I take the time to review anything- but this property is an exception. Our stay exceeded our expectations and was even better than the photos. Anything you could possibly need was not only neatly packed away in different areas, but labeled! To tell you how organized this property was, even the light switch screws were all turned vertical! If you are looking for the best accommodations in Ouray- look no further. Amazing views, well appointed, clean and spacious. I only wish I owned the home!

This condo was great for a family with kids. It is walkable to all the restaurants and shops while somehow also being walkable to amazing hikes like Box Canyon Falls and Cascade Falls. The condo itself is well decorated and fully stocked. Just book it!

The perfect place
Our family of 4 adults spent 5 nights here in June 2022. We all rate it 5 stars and would happily stay here again. It’s a beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked condo in the heart of Ouray. We’ve been to Ouray multiple times and this is the best location we’ve stayed at. When they say the kitchen is well supplied they are very serious. Not only is there a plethora of cooking equipment and utensils, it is stocked with baking supplies (flour, sugar, spices, etc) that guests are welcome to use. Had we known that we wouldn’t have shopped in Durango on the way up. Both bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are large. Overall, it’s a beautiful place that makes you feel like you’re at home. We hope to stay here again!
