About this cottage rental
2 Bedroom 1 & 1/2 half bathroom Four Season Resort Cottage in Family Friendly gated Point Sebago community. This clean and comfortable cottage sleeps up to 6 and is located closer to the golf course (quieter from beach resort rental activity) but only half a mile from all of the activities of the resort. For those winter enthusiasts the cottage is close to snowmobile trails, ice fishing and Shawnee Peak Skiing is only 20 miles away.
Our cottage is perfect for couples and families. The sunlit living room includes a new pull-out couch, flat screen cable TV and dining for 6. The master bedroom has a TV, ample closet and storage and provides a view of the woods and wildlife. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with twin, full and twin trundle beds and a small DVD TV only. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a quaint breakfast bar.
Enjoy sunset views from the front porch or morning coffee overlooking the woods. Outside amenities include 2 propane grills, patio table and seating for 6, Adirondack chairs around the fire pit and deck gazebo with ambiance lighting. Our cottage is four season and has both air conditioning and heat for those warm Maine days and cools nights.
Point Sebago Resort offers one mile of sandy beach on Sebago Lake as well as vast activities for the whole family. Amenities include golf, tennis, shuffleboard, dining, entertainment, volleyball, arcade, mini golf and other children's activities. The fee for registered guests to access the beach resort and participate in activities is $10.00 per day per person. See additional notes for more information.

We have stayed in many rentals in Point Sebago, this one was by far the cleanest and well kept. My family was very comfortable here. The backyard was great and more private than most. This was the perfect location for us. We would definitely stay again. My kids & I had a great time. Thank you !

This house was perfect, it was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I love the location, the kids had fun riding their bikes around and even riding to the beach. Great communication and the owner was very accommodating and welcoming.

It was a great stay. We loved having the marina right there. We rented a canoe and a deck boat. This was our 2nd time renting from Kathryn. The property is clean. She also got right back to us with any questions!!

Our first trip away with our son, daughter-in-law and our eight month old granddaughter and it was so much fun! Beautiful accommodations and caring host so was very reachable for questions. We will definitely be back!

The house and grounds were everything describe in word and photo. We had everything we needed and then some. Clean, roomy, equipped……Sebago was our family vacation for 12 years starting when my youngest was a year and a half in 1999. I was so excited to come back with them as adults (25 1/2 and 29) and be able to all stay together in one house. The plans have already been started for next year.

Having vacationed at Point Sebago as a teenager in the 80's, we have returned many times over the years to enjoy the resort with our kids.This was the first trip, however, where we stayed in a home near the golf course. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and far more spacious than any of our previous rentals. This made family games and meals much more enjoyable. While we ended up spending most of our time around the beach on this trip, the home has an amazing back deck and fire pit area. The house was also well equipped with the things a family needs while on vacation. Kathryn, the property owner, was responsive to my questions prior to our arrival and checked in on us once via text once we were there. All in all, it was a great weekend for the six of us!

We love staying here!! We do a family vacation every year in Point Sebago and its always the same weekend we LOVE staying at Fox Circle and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! So clean and welcoming!

Had a great stay at this cottage over Labor Day Weekend. Property was very clean and had all the necessary cooking supplies. Plenty of room for our family of 5. The back porch was perfect for dinners.

We had a great time with our family of five. The house was very nice and very clean. The deck and fire pit area were beautiful too. I loved the location, it was perfect for the kids to ride their bikes around the circle. Great communication and the owner was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

The home was so quiet, quaint and clean! The house is stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation! The house was also spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed playing games on the beautiful back deck and s’mores over the spacious fire pit.

Great stay
Great vacation. Kathryn was very responsive to all emails and texts. The cabin was clean. The full kitchen was a plus. It’s nice when you go away to not have to eat out everyday. We enjoyed the large deck, grill was there, fire pit was nice, beach was clean. There is a marina on the property and we were able to rent a boat and go tubing. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Excellent stay!
Our 4 day stay at this property was picture perfect (aside from the weather, which is always a risk when taking a trip). It was our twins first trip away, and our first trip as a family of 5. Kathryn was beyond punctual with her communication and was always available for any questions I had. She recognized that we had small children, and made it clear that we could move around any items in the home to make it baby safe. The house was spotless, comfortable and smelled wonderful! Our family felt very comfortable here and are looking forward to our next stay.

5 STARS - Stop Looking and book THIS Place
There is nothing not to love about this property.
Starting with before we got there. I have never dealt with an owner who replied to my questions quicker and more accurately than Katherine. From the initial inquiry to details of the area, Katherine was always so accommodating.
The house itself is incredible. I cant believe how much they got into this house, extremely spacious open floor plan living/dining room and 2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths all very clean and looks brand new. The deck is huge, the entire width of the house, 2 propane grills and has a canopy over the dining table which allowed us to eat outside and play family games while it was raining, which actually made a rainy day very enjoyable. And the deck overlooks a backyard of a gravel area for a firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs and a wooded area so its very private.
The resort is incredible. Huge sandy beach area that's immaculate and they even bring the sand into the lake so its not slimy or rocky in the lake. Free mini-golf; sports tournaments (ie. cornhole); very reasonably priced water rentals (motorized and non-motorized); food; drinks; anything you want to play in the lake and the staff and other guests are just SOOO down to earth and friendly. You can spend your entire vacation at the resort and not be bored.
Then there is Lake Sabago, which is the cleanest motorized boat lake I have every been to and tons to do on and around the lake, I highly recommend renting a boat and jumping the rocks at Fryes Leap
2020 has....well, sucked, and thanks to Katherine this little slice of heaven is exactly what we needed to salvage the summer of 2020.
