This clean, contemporary condo is an ideal place to relax after a day in the snow or a picturesque hike in the North Cascades!! Walking distance to Chair 9 for Pizza and Beer. In unit amenities are: full kitchen, bathroom with full size shower, laundry, private deck, bedroom with queen bed, and two pull out couches in the living room (one queen, one twin). All additional amenities pictured are located only steps from your door.

This gated, 27 acre resort has well maintained walking trails that parallel the infamous and beautiful Nooksack River under a large canopy of an old growth cedar forest. Resort amenities include: late 1800's homestead cabin, two kids play sets, tennis, basketball, and squash courts, an outdoor barbecue gazebo with a fire pit, as well as two indoor pools with hot tubs and recreation rooms.

Once you've established a home base here, there are endless adventures just out your door!! Only minutes away, you will find endless hiking in North Cascades during the summer and world class skiing/snowboarding at the Mount Baker Ski Area in the winter months. Additional adventures in the area include: Snowshoeing, Rafting, Kayaking, Paddleboarding, Canoeing, Birdwatching, Nature Viewing, Climbing, Biking, Fishing, and a drive up the scenic Mount Baker Scenic Byway.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and the living room has a queen and twin pullout bed.

The condo was perfect for my week stay and allowed me to reset. It was right in the middle of Artist Point and Bellingham. The host Darren was extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for golf and hiking. The resort itself was very quiet and peaceful as well. Highly recommend!

The condo had everything we needed- we didn’t want for nothing during our stay. The resort is positioned along an amazing river surrounded by nature. There are so many options of resort activities. Loved it!

Darren is super easy to work with and a great communicator. This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed at his unit because it’s clean, well-equipped, and nicely updated. The unit itself is very convenient to Snowater amenities. My kids (age 5 and 9) didn’t want to leave and we will certainly plan to come back! (:

My sister and I stayed here a few nights in August 23. The area was beautiful and the apartment was generally clean. We did have some trouble cooking as the stove seemed to only be able to heat one burner at a time. As mentioned in the description, there is no cell service, but the WiFi is good and there is a landline in case of you need it. Overall though it was a lovely place to stay.

We had a great time at the condo! It was well stocked, plenty of towels, linens, shampoo and conditioner. Our son loved playing with the Nintendo Wii and we all enjoyed hitting the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes of Mount Baker. We would stay here again.

We would definitely stay here again! The condo was comfortable (love the decor, too) and had everything we needed. Our three-year-old loved having the playground right there and we had a great time in the pool. And it’s so close to the amazing outdoor activities, too.

This is our second time staying at this specific unit at Snowater. The host is friendly, responsive, and takes care of the unit. It was clean, updated, well-equipped, and convenient to both rec buildings. We loved that it had two pull-outs in the living room for our two kids. We definitely plan on returning. Thanks, Darren!

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and it was well appointed. We cooked during our stay and the kitchen had everything that we needed! Kids enjoyed the indoor pool very much. The location is great, lots of things to do between hiking, mountain and lake. We will definitely come back!

The property is well set-up for a ski weekend. Close to the mountain. Also, if you need to rent skis, there is a great ski shop just a couple miles away. More convenient than trying to rent on the mountain. Unfortunately, all the amenities were closed due to COVID. So, I cannot rate those.

Amazing place!

Amazing place!

We came here for our thanksgiving break and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The proximity to the ski area and other attractions such as Silver lake, Lake Whatcom is great! We had a relaxing and quiet time, with all the amenities provided for. Darren was very clear with the checkin instructions and we didn't have any issues at all in the condo during the stay. We will definitely come back. So happy to have stayed here for a week. Cheers!
