Definately worth booking!!

Home from home, spacious, master bedroom amazing, everything we could possibly need, location superb and direct access to beach! Host was second to none :)

If I had to complain about anything it would be could do with a couple more t-bags to start you off, we love our brews and got caught out after site shop shut, a neighbour lovingly helped us out:)

Perfect!! I would highly recommend.

We booked this accommodation on the day as we were let down by other accommodation that we booked. I would highly recommend this accommodation as it was fresh and clean and the owner was extremely friendly and accommodating on such a stressful day for us.

Nothing it was perfect!! It was such a shame we didn't find this accommodation before our terrible experience at another property. If you're looking for clean comfortable place to stay please choose this one.

Pefect couldn’t have asked for a better stay

The caravan living room to kitchen was spacious, clean and smelt lovely! The decor throughout was nice and modern. The beds were very comfortable, the bedroom with the double bed was spacious with room to walk around both sides of the bed and plenty of wardrobe/ draw space. Had everything you would expect from a self catering holiday with an arrival tea and coffee pack with some sweets for the kids and a few biscuits. We were even given a key to open the gate to the shortcut for the beach which is only about a 5 mins walk! Richard is a lovely guy who was happy to help with anything we may have needed and met us at the entrance gates to take us to the caravan. We will definitely be staying again! Thank you!

Caravan was kept in pristine condition, and is in an ideal location.

Just one tiny quibble was the racking in the shower, items kept dropping off as the shelves were loose and sloped.

Amazing holiday

The caravan was clean and tidy it really was home from home. The hosts was really friendly made sure the gas was on and sorted the boiler out for us even had a little box on the side with tea coffee milk sugar sweets and biscuits. The direct access to the beach from the site was a godsend with kids and a dog. There is a little shop and laundrette on site also. The site was clean and quiet it isn't too far to the market and arcades but out of the way the only thing we heard was music from sealands pub but that's to be expected it is a holiday town and didnt bother us 1 little bit. Overall the caravan and site was amazing thank you for adding to our amazing holiday. Would definitely book again.

Amazing Location.

the location is outstanding, few steps from the beach . there is nice cafe on the beach they provided bed linens for us. the CD player was fun.

By far the best value for money I've ever had & when the fridge broke it was replaced instantly so couldn't have asked for better customer service. I've stayed in a lot of places but this caravan had the freshest smelling bedding which was lovely & the stack of DVD's for all ages was a god send, will definitely recommend & stay again. Thankyou so much🙂.

Fab little caravan 😊

The caravan was lovely and comfortable. Very clean. The owners so polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble and the location was great, right next to the beach 😊

Obviously not the owners fault but Butlins had a alternative music big weekend the wkend we was there and the music was ridiculously loud and didn't finish until the early morning.
