About this cottage rental
Enjoy your coffee in front of the electric fireplace or while sitting on the beautiful patio overlooking green pastures, a pond and property animals Preacher the horse, Angel the mini horse, chickens, ducks and a couple pygmy goats, Oreo and Cookie. In front of cottage is a big beautiful bonfire pit as well as a game of horseshoes to enjoy the nostalgic outdoors. Behind the cottage is a creek bed that sometimes will have water in it but also is a great place to hike up and listen to the abundant wildlife in our area. We provide a propane bbq pit, linens, towels, dish and hand soap, toilet paper, pots/pans and dishes. Just show up and be ready to enjoy this relaxing cottage!
Cottage is located close to town and only 1/2 mile to Sweet Berry Farm. There is so many activities in our beautiful town of Marble Falls to do: hiking at Inks Lake, mountain biking at Spider mountain, UTV riding at Hidden Falls Adventure Park, boating at all the surrounding lakes, enjoying different festivals downtown Marble Falls, wine tasting at the many surrounding wineries, picking flowers/pumpkins and many more at the nearby Sweet Berry Farm, and much more!
Farm fresh eggs and bundles of firewood are available for purchase from our onsite managers Jimmy and Nancy.
We are pet friendly but we do ask that you pay $25 per pet non-refundable pet fee with prior approval from management. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, especially the beds. Pet fee will need to be paid via venmo or cash app prior to check in. Also pets must stay on a leash when outside as we do have other pets on the property and some of our animals are not fans of dogs.

The cabin was okay, but, it was not clean. Cobwebs everywhere, towels had holes in them and food crumbs on counters. Yes, it was in the country, but, there were mobile homes along with two cabins. Also, they expected us to do cleanup for them What was the cleaning fee for?
If you just want okay, this is for you.

The home was perfect! Jimmy was helpful and the eggs that we purchased were fresh and just what we needed for breakfast! The location is close to town but still out far enough to make it seem out in the country. Thank you for sharing your home.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival.

We loved this house and would come back. It is close to many things but secluded. Two things: I thought it was on it's own based on the listing but it is on property with several other houses, but it is still quiet and we loved the horses that we fed out front. The other thing is we never got the water hot in the shower, no issues in the bathroom sink but the water never got hot and was difficult getting even warm. But we loved the location and would be back.

This property was exactly as described. We stayed for a month. Close enough to Marble Falls for shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The sunrises from the deck in the morning were breathtaking. The property manager, Jimmy, was so accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

The property was a great little getaway, very comfortable and quiet. We were able to great nights sleep. Everyone we interacted with was super helpful and friendly. My wife loved interacting and feeding all of the animals.

From the minute we pulled onto the property we were pleased. The cabin was so cute and comfy. There's not a thing a would change about it!! We have family that lives in Marble Falls and we are thrilled that we now have a perfect little cabin to come stay in when we're visiting. Big thanks to the host for sharing this property!!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great bed, quiet, dark location. We were too busy to get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked to. Would definitely recommend!

This was an amazing property! Close to all the things we wanted to do. Has all the amenities of home so we were able to cook and chill every evening. The only thing that could have made this place better was a throw blanket! That’s literally all I was missing!! It’s cozy and very clean! The animals on property were an added bonus!! So much fun feeding them apples! We loved it and will definitely stay again!

Loved being away from the city. Very peaceful. If it hadn’t been so hot out I would have enjoyed walking the property and feeding the animals. Comfy bed.

Not as secluded as desired, but excellent accomidation.
Minor issues were handled quickly, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Donkey and Zonkey are friendly and always ready for a treat.

This was an amazing stay! Excellent bed, large bath and kitchen. Very clean! Loved the property! Animals were a bonus. Also, Jimmy, property manager is amazing. Checking in and available for anything we need!

This was a great value and a really sweet spot to stay for a couple of nights while I was visiting family over Father's Day. When I had a question, they set it straight immediately. The furnishings were surprisingly upscale, from leather couch chair and bolster, to kitchen appliances, and a really great bed. I had my daughter and three kids out for dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of space to feed kids and have a good time. The teevee system is wonky, but I usually bring my own music so that didn't bother me. Bring your tv app passwords along and I think you'd be okay. All in all 5 star.

My family of 4 stayed in this cabin for two nights. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and we were able to easily cook a couple of meals. My kids loved feeding the donkey and zonkey with the provided treats, and they also enjoyed the swing hanging from the tree outside. The property has a lot of other small houses/cabins on it, but it was very quiet.
The cabin is listed as sleeping 4, but I don't think there's any way two people could sleep on the pull-out sofa--it is twin-sized. We brought an extra twin-sized air mattress and one of the kids slept on that. However, the pictures are very accurate (you can tell the sofa looks small), so I am still giving it 5 stars!

In the area to meet family on LBJ. Overnight cabin was fine for 2 nights - did not use all the facilities, but it was a nice, comfortable, clean cabin.

Me, my boyfriend, and his dad had the best vacation here at the Wolf Creek Lodge! A perfect location near tons of fun excursions and hiking/swimming. Feeding Otis and Birdie was the highlight of being here 🥰 they were so sweet! We barbecued and cooked every day in such a cool, open space. Wish the wifi was a little better for end of night wind downs, but it didn’t matter too much, once we hit the king mattress, we were OUT! I would come back just to sleep in that bed again. Jimmy and Nicole were lovely hosts and made sure our stay was perfect! We will be back :)

Overall, the Cabin was clean.l The toilet was much too small.
Neither TV worked properly (reported to manager-could not be fixed) The exterior lighting was poor, especially near the steps making step down a possible accident to happen. (several light bulbs were out.) All accessories needed were furnished. Jimmy and wife were very cordial and helpful.

4 day vacation with our doodles!
Our cabin was just perfect! Had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute drive from grocery stores, restaurants, lake, farm etc.. The donkey, zonkey and horses were an added bonus, enjoyed feeding them each day. The onsite managers Jimmy and Nancy are incredible. They are there whenever you may need something, such hard working people that take great care of the cabins and site and a pleasure to talk to. Highly, highly recommend staying here!

The wife and I enjoyed the no hassle process and the cabin was perfect. Both Nicole and Jay were so kind and hospitable. The location is perfect for sight seeing local state parks, dinner in the city and access to multiple area lakes. Would definitely stay again!
