There were no instructions to the underground parking which was under another buillding. Could not get in, then card did not work to access the garage. That needs to improve, very bad after a long drive to have to go thru a 2 hr hassle to get in.

The location.
Things that are out of control, parking garage closed, facilities closed, no shops open, and price was a little steep for that being the case.

Understanding we booked our condo for one of the busiest holidays for Copper Mountain, we expected to pay a premium price. What we didn’t expect is to not have hot water for 4 days upon our arrival. After full days of mountain sports (snowboarding, snowshoeing, etc) a warm shower is most inviting at the end of day. On day 3 of no hot water, I reached out to property management to ask if we could make arrangements to shower at an onsite location until the issue was resolved. Crickets. To make a displeasing situation worse, the dryer on the 4th floor accepted our quarters, but did not work. One tends to blow through their existing planned outfits quickly when unable to shower daily. Day 5- we were subjected to a few hours of drilling and banging directly outside of our condo, followed by a large fan placed outside our condo door for 24 hours to address a leaking issue. January 11th - I’ve made 7 calls to Vacasa, the property manager of Taylor Crossing. The customer service agents have been very professional, sympathetic, escalated our complaints to management, etc. The property manager at Copper Mountain has been unresponsive to all requests made by me, as well as agents that have reached out to him. Today, after another phone call to Vacasa, the Copper Mountain property manager approved a $150 credit for our experience. Unacceptable. I requested to receive a 50% refund of the first 4 days of our 7 night stay. I fully understand that maintenance issues arise in the property rental industry which are completely out of the hands for all involved. However, a property owner and a property manager has complete control as to how they react to issues. Communicating with your customers and offering a fair resolution is a crucial part of changing a negative experience to a positive one. With that said, I will gladly update this review if my request is met. I look forward to a phone call from the property owner to discuss this matter.

Location in Center Village is incredible - so close to ski lifts, stores, and dining. Bottom floor unit is such easy access. Heated parking garage is a plus. Fireplace in unit gives off lots of heat.
Could never figure out thermostat. Was too warm so had to crack windows in bedrooms to sleep comfortably.

Location
There was no towels. They did bring them when we called. No one’s fault but the use of hot tub and workout room was not available. So, discount would of been nice or a forewarning prior to booking since they do advertise a hot tub. One of the reason we chose this rental.
