The property is beautiful, clean and exactly what you would want for a tropical getaway. Fabian, the property manager is very responsive and made check in and anything we needed seamless. The restaurant onsite has great food but Carlos and Kaj (his dog) are certainly the highlight. They are friendly, helpful and make you feel at home. Excellent location, close to everything and the organized tours will pickup from the property. Amazing experience, highly recommend.

The place was nice and the pool was great. Unfortunately there was black mold in two of the bedrooms one of the women woke up sick and congested. Parking was also an issue and one night a “party” in another unit keep some of us awake all night.

The condo was clean and comfortable for family and there was a friendly bistro across the street to grab a meal. The pool was refreshing. The concierge was fabulous and so helpful when flights were delayed and luggage lost. Great memories of the place and time spent there!

This property was very spacious, full kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, great space for a larger family. The swimming pool is steps away and nice for a quick dip after a long day at the beach. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The service from the manager was wonderful. Very responsive and helpful with everything! Grounds were well kept. Unfortunately there was construction behind our unit which was from 7am - 5 every day. We did very much enjoy the pool and location.

Property is great. Pool was a hit with the kids. Restaurant across the street (Chillax) is awesome, the family that runs it is wonderful.

Property as appeared but didn’t realize it was part of a larger complex of similar units. Nice pool, good sized living space. Peaceful and quiet.
Kitchen missing a few things we needed.
Kind maid service and Fabian the manager was kind and helpful.

From the time we first booked until we left Fabian the property manager was excellent, great communication. He booked us some fantastic trips. The horse riding and park tour were superb. We saw so much with our knowledgeable guides and I’d say you do need one to spot all the wildlife in the park. I was so worried about the white water rafting, but my family wanted to go, and our experience was excellent. Nothing to be scared of and the guides were very aware of the safety. The house was so nice, really clean and had everything we needed, could have done with taking a tea towel for drying up but we used the kitchen paper that was provided. There was even Netflix for the evening as most restaurants closed at 9pm but we were pretty exhausted from our wonderful day tours that it was fine. We woke up to watch the many birds and monkeys in the trees near the villa. And saw many sloths in the trees on the main road. The beaches were lovely and just a short drive away. There are buses to the main town and beach for $1 each way, that avoids having to pay to park. The property also had a guard that helped us find parking as that was a little tight. The pool was warm and very inviting and there was a bbq area that could be used right next to the pool. I would highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay here in Quepos. I loved how it was off the beaten path yet so close to everything. We enjoyed the pool, visted Manuel Antonio, Rainmaker and did a zip line with Safri Adventures that was amaing and they picked us up from here. The condo was spacious we enjoyed seeing Macaws on the property. The property manager is very responsive. I would recommend.

This place is so beautiful and spacious. It’s like being back home in the U.S. with all the comforts.

Very rural jungle location but still with access to restaurants and grocery shopping within 7 minutes drive. Excellent communication with a property manager. Quick drive to the beach. The only disappointment was National Park closure due to scam tickets.

We were met by John's local manager, Fabian, who was terrific in communicating with us before, during and after our stay. Fabian arranged a fantastic tour of Manuel Antonio Park for us which was amazing. He also made several restaurant recommendations, and each one we tried was very good! The only small issue was with other guests playing loud music at the community pool our first evening but they left the next day and we had a lovely afternoon at the pool listening to all the different birds after our tour at the park. The location is convenient to the beach and all the activities too.

This property was breathtaking. Our villa was incredible as was the pool. I would re-book in a heartbeat. Fabian exudes warmth and genuine kindness and a willingness to do anything for anyone. I cannot think of a single thing I would change. I was even able to watch the monkeys play in the treetops in the morning and the parrots flying across the property. We had huge windows on each side that allowed for incredible views, day and night. Can’t wait to return someday.

We loved this well decorated comfortable condo in the jungle above Manuel Antonio/Quepos. We’d always stayed closer to the water but from now on will further up as it’s an easy short drive and much less crowded than closer to town and beach. If we’re ever in this area again, would definitely stay here!

This beautiful property served as the perfect home base for our explorations around Manuel Antonio as well as Dominical and Uvita. The property is lovely and our kids loved the pool! The property manager was communicative and very helpful. There was some construction happening but it didn't both us. Definitely recommend!

I stayed here for two weeks with my adult children. It was a wonderful experience. Andres, the property manager, was outstanding! He helped us plan adventures, gave us suggestions for activities and helped us in so many ways. He really made sure our stay exceeded expectations. I can’t think of anything that could have made our stay better. The location is perfectly located between Manuel Antonio and Quepos, off the main road and very quiet. We were minutes away from the Park, the beaches and many great restaurants. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Overall, the home was clean, the space was great for a family, and the pictures for the interior of the unit were accurate. The property manager Andre was EXCELLENT. He Help with restaurant suggestions in booking all of our excursions. Every time I messaged him he answered immediately. Those are all the good things. Now I will tell you a few other things that were disappointing and I wish I had a known upfront. There is no AC in the main area and kitchen space. It’s not that the unit was extremely hot because Costa Rica did not get that hot… But it made the whole home just super humid and wet. Which created a sort of smell throughout the property. There was AC in the bedrooms. Also, one of the reasons I booked it was for the beautiful pictures of the pool. The pool is in disrepair. The pool itself is stained and cracking, and all of the cushions on the lounge chairs had mold and Mildew all over them. We were not able to use the pool once the whole time we were there. Also… there were ants in the kitchen and dining area. If you left a bowl in the sink for 5 minutes, it would be covered with them. Obviously, after that happened 1 time we cleaned everything immediately, but they still seemed to come. The cleaning ladies were very nice and would even do the dishes if you left them rinsed out in the sink, but the property has no dishwasher. For the price and space, it was fine, but unfortunately, we will not be coming back. Oh… one more thing, we were there a full week and did not see any animal activity at all except a few birds. No monkeys, sloths, really anything that was advertised!! (Not anyone’s fault, just saying it like it is.) I have pics of the pool, but don’t see how to upload them…

We loved staying here and Andres was so helpful!

Perfect for what we needed
The condo is gorgeous. Even nicer than photos. Large, bright and airy this space was fantastic for our family of 5. We had a very short stay but kitchen seemed fully stocked plus bedrooms and bathrooms were super comfortable and top notch. Management met us promptly at property upon arrival and gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Had a bit of an issue with timely responses from them afterward and a hiccup with bath towels that never arrived but our time at condo was very short and we made do.
The location could be challenging without a car but wasn’t a problem for us. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed much longer. Pool and outdoor space are lovely though we didn’t have time to enjoy it. Overall a true gem!

Great Place, loads of wildlife
This condo is amazing…. Well stocked and very clean! Best part is the cleaning service that were like little magic fairies that came in and tidied up so it was nice and clean after we got back from exploring the area. Andres was also amazing and helped up with getting dinner the first night because we were exhausted. Macaws, toucans, sloths, monkeys and plenty of other birds kept up entertained during our downtime here. The only bad thing is the broken tiles by the pool where the beach chairs are. Seems the condo association needs to do some work here as they are a little dangerous but this isn’t the owners issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful location
The location was beautiful, right near a macaws nest along with several other birds. Andres was the absolute best concierge; he handled everything we needed. He suggested great restaurants and even excursions. Set all that up along with transportation. It was wonderful. Even though the pool area was shared with others, it was nice meeting people from around the world.

A most enjoyable stay at Villa Capuchin
From the booking process until our departure from this lovely condo, everything about this property was exceptional. Questions prior to booking were answered immediately so that I could make an informed decision regarding our stay here. And, Andres Franco, our personal assistant was excellent! I don't think he ever sleeps! It truly feels as though we arrived as guests and departed as friends. The condo is incredibly clean and well provisioned and an extremely good value. I would happily return to Villa Capuchin!

Wonderful
It was clean, spacious, modern, and beautiful. Giant windows looked onto a beautiful green space where there were nesting Macaws. The bed in the master bedroom was wonderful and even better than our Temperpedic at home.

Great spacious condo for families
This is a great modern space for families and larger groups, as you could rent additional units in the community and it's very private. Furniture is super comfortable! There is also a private security guard. Try to arrive during the daylight as it is initially quite tricky to find! Loved having a washer/dryer too. Wish there were more amenities, such as coffee and detergent.

Watch Monkeys and Macaws from the patio
This place was so nice!!!! It was beautiful and better than the pictures even showed. Loved the big windows and the views outside! Well taken care of. The maid came and cleaned beautifully every day - I didn't realize that was included, but so nice! Also, it was so great to have Andres as the concierge! He helped make our trip so much better. His suggestions of excursions were great and we had a ball!!! When there were needs, he responded quickly. He even brought us some yummy homemade tamales to eat! This place is a great location - close to beaches and with views of lots of wildlife. Covid tests were easy. Andres arranged all of that and they came to our villa to do them. Great stay! Would highly recommend!

Condo was better then expected! Would definitely stay here again however communication on which unit and how to get in was bad, owner was supposed to email instructions but didn’t and once in Costa Rica had no phone service so took over an hour to get in

The BEST experience EVER!!
This place surpassed our expectations by a mile!! We loved our villa, the property was well kept and gorgeous, the house keeping staff were very helpful and the location was very tropical, and we got to see Macaws daily! Also the pool and cabanas were beautiful both day and night! And finally...the property manager, Andres was a total ROCKSTAR, he took care of anything that we needed! We definitely want to come back for another stay! We fell in love with Costa Rica and Pura Vida life!

Excellent stay at Manuel Antonio.
We spent couple of days at Manuel Antonio National Park, and had an excellent stay at the Rio Mono resort. The location is absolutely amazing, secluded enough to enjoy serenity, beautiful views and live life (beautiful birds, including macaws, lizards, iguanas, and a sloth), but also very close to the National Park, restaurants and everything what we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The condo was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. Andres was a great host, he helped with Covid tests and with booking our tours. This is absolutely a must see area and I wish we spent more days, since there are plenty of things to do here! We would definitely come back! Thank you so much for everything! Pura Vida!

Hidden Gem in Rio Mona
The pictures don't do it justice! If you're looking for modern comforts in the middle of the rainforest, look no further! Checkin process was SUPER accommodating (we arrived much later than we anticipated and it was extremely easy to communicate via cell (not WhatsApp) upon arrival. Power did go out a few times but came back on quickly and that's nothing reflected on the management but rather the town; condo is equipped with black/decker flashlights throughout incase. Maid service was on point (I'm a clean freak so this was important to me/us.) Kitchen large enough to prep/cook a meal for 10-15 if you had to (I used to cater so trust me on this one, the kitchen is stocked!) Additionally, the outdoor grill/patio/dining area is extremely accommodating. We had no trouble whatsoever with neighbors who were also planning to use the space, just communicated the time we needed the grill and prepped everything in the kitchen and then with great visibility from the kitchen window, were able to see when they were wrapping up and we could utilize the space. Howler monkeys in the morning sending messages to one another high in the tree tops and macaws constantly overhead flying back and forth and singing in the early AM, and at dusk flying high overhead the pool and landing just far enough away to enjoy while lounging in the pool. Sloths spotted right off the back patio, literally not even 25 yards away. FABULOUS restaurants close by in the quaint town, along with a great coffee shop, small super mercado (larger one just outside town), and pharmacy (should you need). Checkout process was equally as easy. If you do a guided tour at Manuel Antonio, find Andreas. He is amazing! He kept four teenagers (13-18) engaged throughout the tour, with just the right amount of humor and education. I'm ready to move to Rio Mona! It was hard to say goodbye. Can't wait to come back!
