Apartamento cómodo, zona céntrica y segura.

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación, zona segura y todo estaba muy cerca, desde restaurantes, parques, centro y zona turística.

Que no hay personal de servicio ni de front desk después de las 5pm. Las cerraduras de las habitaciones son con llave, deberían ser electrónicas, al igual que las puertas de entrada al edificio.

The location and the room itself were great

The internet literally didn't work the entire time we were there. And the reception was almost never there the entire time to address it, and never responded when I messaged then on whatsapp

Highly recommend for Cali!

Really amazing service by Enrique. Very helpful with all our questions. Room is beautifully decorated, really modern and clean. The location is also really great, safe and nearby a central mall with a great supermarket.

If improvements were made per the negative comments then this would be a really good place to stay.

The apartment was modern, spacious and mostly comfortable, as per the photographs. The apartment actually contained two bathrooms, not just one (this was not clear from the original booking information), so that was a positive discovery.

The bedding is not very comfortable. We were charged an additional mandatory cleaning fee, which was not cheap, and which was not referenced at all in the booking information on booking.com. We found this very misleading and disappointing which soured our check-in experience. We also could not wash our clothes because the staff were never present (even during the advertised times) and guests are not allowed to access the laundry…

Depending which room you choose, there is no kitchen. Aswell we did not have a window. The reception is only available between specific times. So if you have a question there is no one who can help you at the moment.

Correct but noisy place in a good location

Good located, spacious flat. Pretty new and well decorated space. Good price for the offered quality. Generally speaking the staff (one person) did strictly his job.

The flat is extremely loud as the windows are not noise isolating at all and a main road is next to the building. Get good earplugs in advance as you’ll not be able to sleep due to it. As it’s not a hotel no kind of service is provided and everything you ask for has an extra cost. A bit annoying to have to ask for everything (towels, iron) few times before getting them (asking “are you really sure it’s not there? YES, we are sure!!) The buildings design is somehow ridiculous as you’ll have to use the staircase at least to go up or down half a floor as the elevator is placed between floors… consider it if you have a lot of luggage.

Very nice. Room is clean and pretty spacious. Bed is pretty comfy. Shower is warm too.

On a Friday night there is very loud live music down the street until midnight or so, so if you have a street facing room you won't get any sleep until this stops. Cutlery is in kind of a weird place, took me a while to find it! No ironing board.

Convenient and comfortable location with deluxe comfort

The property was very clean. Its location was absolutely great! Many of the places were within walking distance since San Antonio is just across the river. Everything we need, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. was provided at the property. It was also very comfortable with A/C and hot water. I had to work during my stay and had absolutely no issues with the WiFi connection. I taught my lesson and connected with students without any issues.

Centrally located, comfy bed, clean but balconless and windowless studio

The location was quiet good . Close to the end of Boulevard del Rio , la Quinta (5th calle) and the posh area of Penon with its hotels and bars. The large double bed was very comfortable with nice pillows and nice bed sheets and duvet. The bathroom was also good, with a nice shower, although the actual opening and closing of the shower door was ill slightly conceived and hot water was taking a while to come through

I didn't like the very loud TV noise coming from room 204 (I was in 308) which of course is none of the host fault. I would have appreciated a bit more space, at least double, between the bed and the kitchen, living area, in fact I was misled by the pictures. The kitchen wasn't that fully equipped. I asked for a bigger pot and a fruit mixer, but I was told they didn't have any. Finally, and above all, I would have liked a proper window and/or balcony. Unknowingly I didn't reserve the room as per the picture but a studio not facing the main road. I had a bathroom window style non transparent window that I couldn't open widely and didn't allow me to see outside, As i had to work a lot indoors for five days, that was pretty claustrophobic and reduced the appreciation of my stay.

I would recommend this apartment for family and friends.

The apartment was great. Overall it had everything I needed for the couple of days I stayed. The beds and pillow were comfortable, it felt like hotel level, not to hard or soft. By far this apartment was one of the best I have been in Colombia and so many things locally around. It had the basic stuff needed to cook or warm up food. The apartment themselves are modern and great to relax. The internet speed was also good. The space also had great TV's. The host was great too and was there when you needed him via phone or the WhatsApp application. The facility was very clean and the other guest that arrived seemed to be respectful to others. For an apartment, this apartment was a great value. Again, not that this is not a hotel, but an apartment. It is not a high end apartment, but it is a comfortable apartment that can make you feel at home with everything functioning. I did not have any problems with the electronics, water, electric, a/c, etc. The apartment had hot running water. Overall, if you are looking for an apartment in Cali, I would recommend this apartment for family and friends.

Excellent apartment, great wifi, thoughtful staff

Excellent units and great value for longer stays. The only small drawback is the room cleaning fee, but since I was staying 5 days it was not much. Enrique and the rest of the staff were exceedingly helpful and accommodating. I recommend and will stay there again the next time I am in Cali.

Only one small items - There were not enough small utensils. I only had one fork for example and an odd number of glasses.

Woefully under-seviced if a hotel; woefully under-supplied for longer-term stays

It was very clean upon arrival; The location could hardly be better; the lodgings are spacious

Cali River Suites fails as a hotel because there is no service provided unless you pay for it— to have your room cleaned at any time during an 8-day stay, for example, this property charges the equivalent of $17 US ($70000 cop). For an eight night stay for two people, the property provided one bar of soap, a safe that didn’t close, two body towels, one face towel, and an almost empty container for liquid soap in both the kitchen and the bathroom; no cloth to clean and no cloth to dry dishes, not even a roll of paper towels. No new sheets were provided during our 8-night stay. The guest can ask for and receive fresh towels at no charge, but the hours of the front desk are spectacularly irregular, so using our own used towels for an more than 2 days became a norm. Finally, our rooms had absolutely no natural light! It has been designed architecturally so that it receives reflected light from somewhere through opaque windows. If you have any familiarity with prison design over the last 15 years, this is how they look and feel. And so fails as a hotel. And, Cali River Suites as not a hotel but a property catering to longer-term rentals (a la AirBnb), it is woefully under-supplied for any stay longer than a couple of days— in addition to the difficulties noted above, aside from it’s other problems, this property provided 2 forks, 1 spoon, one small pan, no pots and 3 glasses, (incl no wine glasses), not one kitchen (or other) cleaning cloth…. This place is lovely, the staff is fine, and the lodging is spacious. but Cali River Suites needs a huge improvement in guest services to be more than a two-star stay.
