Tip top spot in Lo Stagnone

Stella Fenicia is a wonderful place. Cleanliness at its best, lovely hostess, delightful breakfast (homemade with so much passion and dedication by Loredana...!), and perfect location. I fully recommend to have a bike, a car or a motorcycle. Getting around is not as easy as it seems and it might get really hot to do it all by foot. Also, there are lively restaurants around but none of them are walking distance, except a Burger spot (but you would like to try a nice Busiate instead!).

The only thing to improve for this place to be exceptional: the quality of the mattresses and pillows.

the best host is there waiting for you, preparing a delicious breakfast every day!

the property is beautiful and on a very nice location by the sea, just in front of some vineyards. the house has also a very nice garden where I could eat outside or exercise.

beautiful room, awesome view to the kitesurfing spots and amazing breakfast. this was the best stay we had in our Trip! the owner was super friendly and she made amazing breakfast cakes 😋

Schöne Unterkunft mit familiärem flair.

Great breakfast, great rooms and amazing host. Loredana is incredibly friendly and always willing to help and assist. Although she only speaks a little english, communication is no problem. Her homemade breakfast is very nice and she prepares everything with a lot of love and attention to detail. Stella Fenicia is located very close to the beach and all the kite schools. From our balkony we could see the sunrise every morning. The roof top is very nice and offers a great view of the lagoon and the Egadi Islands. We had the opportunity to rent bikes from Loredana. A great way to explore the Salinas without taking a car.

During low season, there is not a lot of restaurants or culinary offers in the area. A car is necessary to get around and find good places to eat and nice beaches. At the end of october, we had many mosqitos - make sure to bring repellent!

Superb

Beautiful newly refurbished villa with great views. The room was very contfortable with a nice balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was outstanding and the host very friendly and helpful. The villa had lovely grounds and exceptional views from the rooftop terrace. Great location to access the archeological site of Mozia.

Check in was a little inconvenient since the host was not available between 3:00 and 5:00 pm. Also, not much in the way of restaurants close by, but the host was kind to help us order a pizza one evening to be delivered which was outstanding and to suggest restaurants in Marsala.

Perfect

I would really recommend this property to anyone who would like to kitesurf in lo Stagnone area. There is a lot of kite-schools in a walking distance or max. 3 min with a car. Really near to all kite spots but in a calm environment. In front of the house there is a burger island restaurant. Loredana and her family are really perfect hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and she is really doing great job with breakfasts. Every day something new on the menu😁 and she is baking and preparing more salty dishes by herself. House, rooms and garden are decorated with a taste and there is a great terrace on the roof. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Most friendly host with excellent breakfast and perfect location to visit Eastern Sicily.

Amazing location near the kite surfing schools, which ca be viewed from the rooftop. A different and elaborate breakfast was wonderful !

We would come back

We had a great time at Stella Fenicia. The breakfast was super good, home made and changed every day. Loredana and her family were very welcoming and helpful. It’s the perfect spot for kitesurfing. Only 5 min walk down to the lagoon. Material cleaning in the beautiful garden and material storage was also no problem.

It was just awesome.

The guest house was super lovely and charming. Close to the see with an amazing view from the terrace. Loredana, the host was welcoming, super creative in her breakfast creations and everything tasted marvelous. The room was clean and tidy. The was like paradise. The communication with Loredana was really excellent. We will be back. 😀

Exceptional

Very comfortable room and also very clean. Nice view over the lagoon from the balcony and roof terrace. The breakfast was excellent and also home-made. The location is perfect if you are planning to do kite surfing, most kite-schools are only 5-10 min away.

Ms Loredana hospitality exceeded all the expectations we had. Definitely would come back again.

Excellent hospitality of our host Loredana. Tasty home made breakfast of different choice. Very clean modern and home like environment. Confortable room, very clean, felt immediately cozy. Great rooftop terrace, possibility to buy a wine bottle for 5€. Location in the wineyards.

Tranquil and Beautiful Stay!

Gentle host, optimum breakfast with homemade items that changed daily including homemade cakes, jams, etc. There was also an inventory of local wines (including chilled ones, which were great in late June) that you could buy for 5 euros a bottle and drink on your terrace. It was a beautiful location by vineyards and the sea, and a great location to visit the salt flats and islands off the coast. We were circling the whole island for 10 days after arriving on the ferry from the mainland, and this stay offered us the much needed R&R for a couple of days after an intense travel through eastern and southern parts of Sicily.

Excellent Place and People

The host Loredana is a very gentle and welcoming person. She is also an excellent cook. The building is new and has a large and amazing terrace from which the around nature and particularly the island of Favignana are visible (during not cloudy days). I highly suggest the place not only for its convenient location, but also for the amazing host and welcoming.
