This has been our fourth year staying in this house. And everything was great as usual. The location is perfect and the pool, dock, and outdoor kitchen are stellar. We did have issues getting into the house upon arrival. The codes sent by Vacasa weee invalid but we were able to eventually get in. The first night of our stay a Florida thunderstorm came through and we noticed that the roof in outdoor kitchen and outdoor dining area was leaking pretty intensely- so much so that we had to relocate where we were eating. The available dock area fit our 26ft boat perfectly but keep in mind that the road is narrow and problematic for trailer that size. Would also suggest putting cleats on the dock. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again next year!

The patio set up for the grilling area was beautiful. The pool is lovely! Beds are comfortable and spacious, shower pressure and toilet pressure is great. I would stay at this location again.

This property worked out well for what we needed for a little week get away for spring training. Very quiet, almost too quiet. We had a rental vehicle and we were very close to everything. We visited Bradenton, downtown Sarasota, Lido Beach, as well as many baseball games. The kids loved the pool and the dock to fish off of. We probably could of utilized a lot more stuff but we ate out most meals. The only thing that was a little unsettling was there was really no other people around on the street we were on. It was kind of a ghost street. The only others we saw the entire week was what looked to be the landscapers for the massive house across the canal. Nothing negative came of it, just thought it was a point to bring up. A+ otherwise for our family.

This home is a nice refuge with close proximity to SRQ and Sarasota. It was reasonably priced and has 4 full-size beds, a heated pool, a covered patio BBQ area, and a quiet dead-end street location. Note: the home is close enough to SRQ that you will get regular plane traffic overhead during the day.

We specifically chose this house for its pool & hot tub. I had read a previous review from about a month ago.( I had already booked this house) but the review stated the pool heat nor the hot tub were working. After reading that review I decided to reach out to ask if the hot tub & pool heat were both working properly. I was assured by Vacasa that they were both working. Once we arrived at property the pool was ICE cold and the hot tub was not working at all. I immediately reached out to Vacasa about this issues seems how we paid extra for the pool to be heated. All they could tell me was that reached out to their "local staff" and they would address this issues. They could not tell me if & when someone would be there to look at it. Well, they never sent anyone out to fix it!! I reached out to them every single day of our vacation and all I would get it is the run around from this company. I would not recommend renting from Vacasa. You do get NO direct answers. I was very disappointed in their customer service! I had 2 young kids that were looking forward to swimming all week! There was a scheduled pool guy that was able to tell us that the heater was on but that there was a red service light on & something about the motor not working properly. Which we could hear kick on but then turn right back off. It wasn't something he was able to fix. He also told us the pool heater used to air to heat the pool. So if it was 60 degrees outside the pool wouldn't be warm!! If you rent this house I would not recommend paying for the pool heat. Hopefully you stay when the weather is warm & then your pool will be warm enough to swim in. The Hot tub never worked at all.
