About this house rental
Nestled in Boise's Northwest Pierce Park neighborhood, this is the perfect home to be close to Boise (15 min to capitol building), but also close for exploring Eagle & Meridian (15 min to the west) or the James Castle House (3 min). Very quiet neighborhood, single level home - ideal for a family or small group with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everyone can gather around the fireplace in the open living room/dining room/kitchen and enjoy Dish Network on the big screen (Dish also in master).
Head over to the Garden City library (about 7 min away) where there is a great Greenbelt access point with self-guided tours or spend a day exploring the Boise River from the 25 mile greenbelt path. We are very near the Western Idaho Fairgrounds and Expo building (7 min) where many events happen throughout the year including the annual state fair, car shows, home shows, ski swaps and countless other interesting events. Within 5-10 min are some of the best mountain bike and hiking trails including Polecat, Seaman's Gulch and the Eagle Bike Park. We have countless ideas to make your time in this home a true experience!
House Rules:
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 10 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 7 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not checkout by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*Sometimes it's hard to know what sound level is too much so we use a noise monitoring device. It won't invade your privacy because it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it only monitors the ambient noise level (measured in decibels). If it goes off, it gives us a chance to warn you that your sound level is such that it could upset our neighbors.
*There is also a Ring camera system to monitor the outside of the home.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

Comfortable and quiet stay while visiting for wedding.

Home was exactly as described in listing. It was a great place for us to stay in the interim while we waited for our new home to close after moving from out of state. We needed a comfortable home for the two of us and our 2 dogs for 5 days. This house was clean, nicely decorated, and with all the things we needed to make for a comfortable stay. We didn't use the two extra bedrooms. Highly recommend.

This house was exactly what was advertised and exactly what we were looking for. Super clean. Comfortable. Nice neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking for our group super convenient. We loved the backyard. And having the use of the garage was an added bonus!

We truly enjoyed our stay, here. The property was clean and well appointed in a quiet neighborhood with nice views and conveniently close to the hills. The owners were prompt with their communications and always ready to help if we needed anything. I'll definitely be looking to book with them again. Thanks for the great stay!

A great house in a nice neighborhood
We found this rental to be very clean and it met our needs perfectly. The large kitchen was well stocked, we enjoyed the satellite TV for Sunday's football games, and our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We also enjoyed parking a car in the garage. It deserves a 5 star rating.
