On arrival we found some cleanliness issues. Notified Vrbo contact and was handled immediately. Need new grill. Charcoal grill was unusable. Only 2 couches in living room for our family of 28. Otherwise things were great. Would go back. We got lucky and got snow. Used fire pit And drive way was plowed quickly.

We had such an amazing stay at this cottage up in the Pocono region. Plenty of room for sleeping. Great open kitchen area, fun outdoor activities, and we even used the indoor movie theatre. 5 stars

Great size property for large gatherings. We had 25 people who stated from Dec 25th- Dec 28th and enjoyed our stay. We did have a few issues such as; broken sofa, dirty pillows and broken outlets to name a few. Location was close to Walmart to pick up items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if issues are fixed and/or updated.

Rented this beaut to celebrate my boyfriends special day with friends + family and it accommodated everyone nicely. Super clean and was great to have everyone sit down to eat. It is a little tricky to find but once there the fun begins! Can't wait to rent it again

The weather was awful this weekend, but we had such a great time. The hot tub was not well maintained (with a large group probably should’ve had a cleaning daily) but everything else was perfect. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The movie room was a great hangout spot for the teens. We wish we could’ve used the basketball court, but the pouring rain kept us inside. Close proximity to hiking and biking trails

This property is wonderful as it is a secluded property with plenty of parking and space for larger groups. The backyard provides plenty of space for activities from games to cooking to watching the stars. Nice little town nearby that offers plenty of services including food, shops, and quick-stops.

This was our second year renting this property. It is perfect for our large family gathering. House is clean and provides everything we need to have a great weekend. This year was a rainy weekend and we still never felt there wasn't enough room. Love that we can all eat together in one room. Thank you!

a beautiful place with privacy, in my opinion it needs more care from the cleaning service, while the kitchen equipment will fully meet the needs of a group of even 34 people, we will definitely return to this place during the next family meeting

The house was perfect for our group of 30 year old friends in the Poconos for a golf trip. We really enjoyed the house as the setup was perfect for mingling with a large group. I found the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverwear, and even some leftover spices and ziplock bags that came in handy. The charcoal grill was huge and more of a smoker so be sure to bring a large bag of charcoal if you plan to use it. Otherwise everything in the house and the property was perfect. We will be back for another trip!

Nice big two-story cabin, with lots of table space in great room. Kids loved the back yard, with pirate ship and room to run. Lots of rooms and bathrooms, game room, and home theater. Close to multiple ski areas, waterparks, places to hike and visit. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great stay in Freeland at this cabin. Plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for our large group. Seemed like there was a bathroom attached to every bedroom. Will be looking to book again for our annual golf trip next year!

Beautiful house, very nice and accommodating for large group

We chose this property for a leadership offsite. There were 10 people in our party, and there was plenty of room for everyone, as well as plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. It was a little frustrating that I needed to order towels in advance for everyone since the property did not provide towels. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would recommend for a similar group.

The cabin was surprisingly large enough for all 23 of us to be reasonably comfortable in. Could use several longe chairs in the living room. Owner and property manager were easy to work with. Kitchen is well equipped and the stove/oven were brand new. Overall a great value. Will definitely consider staying in the future.

Location was good for North and South travelers to come. Keurig didn't work, pots and pans were put away dirty. Open floor plan lent to a successful stay. Will stay again as it is difficult to find a location to accommodate such a large group.

Excellent property, perfect layout, large house, plenty of room. We had 27 adults 3 teens, plenty of room to entertain and spread out! Definitely use Google maps location tricky to find but highly recommend. We will definitely rent again

The house is huge and everything is really nice! This house was very expensive which we did not mind paying because we wanted the space! However for the price some things should be a little better. The house was not that clean. Microwave was dirty. Lots of dust and cobwebs in the fans and ceilings and all the light fixtures. The oven did t really work great we had to turn it up to 500 to cook anything and it took over an hour to cook things. Tracking in the snow from the front porch you might want to get a rubber rug for there we kept having wet socks bc there was no where to wipe out feet. The house is bare bones does not offer anything you have to bring everything for the price would be nice if at least toilet paper paper towels and soaps were provided it was a lot it pack and clean up as well. The beds were comfortable but could use an upgrade with the pillows they were very flat. The living room advertised 3 couches with seating for 9 there were only 2 couches with seating for 6 and they are not the couches pictured they are definitely a little older and beat up not a huge deal but when you travel with over 20 adults the extra couch would have been great. Having all the space and refrigerator space is great although we could not get either fridge to make ice all weekend. You also might want to make it known that you need 30 gallon trash bags not regular kitchen trash bags. We had to run out to get those but would have been nice to know prior since we have to pack all that stuff. The TV’s are very nice and big and the wifi is strong! There is some type of surround sound music system but there is no directions how to use it to remotes or anything. The outside is so nice it was so cold we couldn’t really take advantage of it all but it was beautiful and lost of space for the kids. It would be a bonus to offer a pack and play or 2 and a high chair or 2 to make it easier on parents we had to pack so much stuff! But the house is very family friendly even the door on the stairs is fantastic for having little ones! Some of the bath tubs didn’t hold water so bathing the kids was tough but very clean shower and tubs with hot water no matter how many showers happened! We would definitely rent this home again! We hope our review can help you improve on some things.

We are party of 30, ranging from teenagers to senior citizens. Had a great time staying two-nights and a day. The entire property was kept clean including Kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, game room and movie room. The bar set up was amazing. Beautiful deck. Located in a town along I-80.

The huge indoor and outdoor spaces and a good layout made this log cabin perfect for a family reunion! The large number of bedrooms and bathrooms made it a comfortable stay for us all. We loved that the house was quiet and secluded, and as a result very relaxing. The two big tables in the main room served perfectly for visiting, eating together, playing games, and putting together jigsaw puzzles. The gazebo and the upper deck allowed for small group conversations as well. We roasted marshmallows and played hoops, so having the large private outdoor area was a treat. We appreciated that the property contacts were responsive to our questions and concerns.

Our large family of 24 had a lovely week visiting the area. There are plenty of places to visit and explore. The house is lacking in large pans, casserole dishes and large mixing bowls. We had to get very creative to put meals together. There is not even a crock pot to use. Plates, bowls, glasses and utensils are sufficiently stocked. We had to call for the hot tub to be cleaned and the maintenance guys were there within the hour. This place is great for a large group to stay and gather.
