Dream holiday

What was there not to like! Amazing place, beautiful environment for relaxation. The massage was exeptional. Targetted to each individual, was able to offer outstanding result in the end. Definetly try the food there and of course the drinks at Ai Kisu restaurant! The rooms were spotless and the pool areas so well maintained!! In general an impecable facility to spend your days off.

A comida era sensacional. Os drinks da piscina do rooftop eram surreais de tão bons. O bartender Jai fez nossa lua de mel a melhor com seus drinks. Realmente dignos de bar. O quarto era super confortável

The resort is luxury at the fore and we had a blast.

Variety of food options, pool areas and friendly staff.

Our Tea station and the surrounding areas, especially the class furniture was dity. There was also hair on the bathroom carpet. I wish they can improve on their cleaning.

The service at the resort is exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly with a refreshing cooling towel and a welcome drink, setting a wonderful tone for our stay. The check-in process was seamless, and a dedicated staff member guided us through the resort, our accommodations, and the various facilities available. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly professional, ensuring that we felt valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. The resort's private beach offered a range of enjoyable water sports activities, adding an extra layer of fun to our experience. Our dining experiences were top-notch, with standout meals at Aikisu featuring delicious fusion cuisine. Additionally, the delectable Italian dinner and the breakfast at the main restaurant that left us satisfied and ready for the day ahead. The panoramic views of the beach from the infinity pool and the swings were truly breathtaking, providing a serene backdrop to our relaxation. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality, which made our stay truly memorable.

A dream place to reside for holidays

Everything were amazing. I will start with the staff who all went above and beyond their way to make us feel special. Extremely polite, friendly, helpful and always with a smile! The location was amazing and the room was amazing, the hotel's restaurants were amazing. An all around exceptional hotel/resort!

The fact that the suite booked, was across the street at the front of the hotel, with no sea view at all. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Très beau mais surtout très chère

La plage, les piscines et l’emplacement de l’hôtel sont vraiment top.

J’ai payé 9k pour une résidence avec piscine du 20 au 29 février 2024 booking ne précise pas qu’il y a plusieurs type de villa et vous montre des photos des villa qui ne correspondent pas du tout. L’hôtel et loins d’avoir le service d’un 5 étoiles. En terme de restauration ne pas tenir compte du tarif de 25€ indiqués pour le petit déjeuner mais plutôt 58€ par personnes l’hôtel explique que c’est une erreur de booking ! En bref 9k plutard j’en ai pas pour mon argent. Très déçu.

В первый день с меня взяли полную стоимость за проживание и питание по системе завтрак/ужин. После двух дней проживания , я понял что питание мне не подходит и обратился к менеджеру , чтобы отменить систему питания . После чего ежедневно оплачивал счета , а когда в последний день обратился за возвратом средств , то оказалось , что их не возвращают , но я могу на эту сумму заказывать в ресторане …. Вобщем меня обманули на 1500 евро. После этого конечно к отелю у меня сплошной негатив , поэтому про отель писать не буду . Постараюсь с менджементом отеля и booking.com. Решить этот вопрос

Best ever

Amazing 10/10 trip. Staff went above and beyond. Hotel was the best we have ever stayed in, they had thought of everything. Head chef was amazing as my fiance is gluten free and he prepared all of her food separately and amended dishes at breakfast and dinner. Food was beautiful in the main restaurant and exceptional in the in-house Japanese. Pool areas and beach prestine.

Grand Luxe à Grand Baie sur un site d’exception.

Incroyable expérience luxueuse dans cet hôtel 5* : le sans faute et l’exclusivité de l’accueil au restaurant en passant pas la plage et les salles de gym (rooftop magnifique). Le site est exceptionnel, tout comme la gentillesse et la prévenance de l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel

Disappointing

The hotel is good, I like the variety in breakfast + clean facility، clean mattres covers and good houskeeping room service etc.. Special thanks to a russian guest realtion staff, she is freindly and very supportive (I don’t know her name)

1 / The staff of arranging transportation, taxi to grand baie and to the airport or to port luis,, are dealing with taxi drivers from outside and they said they are a hotel taxi, they agreed with specific drivers to double the amount and they don’t allow to have taxi other than what they allow (I guess they are partners with taxi drivers). They cost me the double amount if not more many times. 2/ The residence apartments are far from hotel facilities and beach 3/ The suites are close to each other, the neighbor rooms can hear any voice specially if in the balcony. 4/ The staff of arranging sea tours or water plays are away higher in cost than other hotels like Long beach or DinaRobin Beachcomber 5/ beach area is very small

I strongly recommend Lux Hotel

Very nice and cozy hotel. Has all the required facilities whether the spa or the kids club. Many swimming pools and great service. Our villa Butler Avinass was very helpful and provided everything we requested. We requested some privacy in the villa and they did provide curtains around the swimming pool which really appreciated

an average stay for the price paid

- good location in the center and is located in the north, so it is less windy and good tanning destination - A modern look and feel with technology for opening and turning off light switches - we came for our honeymoon and the complementary amenities provided were nice (romantic dinner, photoshoot with a photographer, breakfast in the room and a high tea)

- Quality of service could definitely be improved - breakfast is lousy and noisy. The buffet area is not very visible, and not very clean. We often found a lot of flies around the food. - Even the breakfast selection was a little odd, where you had the juices / protein shake made in front of you which could’ve easily been taken into the kitchen to allow more room to walk around. The blender was also not clean between servings. - Our room had a weird smell and not perfectly cleaned. - The blinds immediately open as soon as we enter the room - only when we asked for a late check out we were given an 11 AM timing which most global resorts don’t even follow (it’s usually 12 PM earliest).

Luxury Experience with amazing view

It is a complete luxury experience. there’re many options for breakfast as well. The room is very spacious, grand and extremely comfortable. The view from the room is amazing too. The staffs are very friendly especially the front desk Mr. Ibqek who accommodated us our early arrival. There’re a lot of activities provided by the hotel as well.

please expect to pay higher rates if you want an optional service from the hotel such as taxi service or airport pickup

Good relaxing me time

The location and setting of the hotel is good. The beach is clean and looks well maintain

The bathroom. The design is awkward and safety hazard. The area of shower does not have partition; hence when showering, water spreads all over the room and very slippery. The design of sink is also awkward & not align with the length of the tap
