About this apartment rental
Fabulous Private Studio in a Natures Wonderland. Lots of privacy in the "jungle room"
Private driveway . Walk to rear of house and up the steps to the entry door on right. You'll be given the code prior to entry- Light and bright private studio is warm and welcoming. Make use of the Coffee Bar with lots of amenities, WIFI and Youtube TV(easy to operate). You control the AC Separate air unit in the studio. Come and go as you want to privately without interruption. 10 min drive(30 min bike ride) to the ocean.

This sweet suite was everything and more than so needed for me on the business trip I was on! I just wished I had more time away from the conference to spend relaxing in this studio! It was a little slice of jungle heaven! I will likely stay there again on future trips!

Everything was wonderful. It’s a quiet cozy apartment. I appreciated they supplied fresh coffee. I even was able to use a bike for a 20 minutes ride to the beach.

My stay was brief, but the studio was perfect. Clean, spacious, and quiet. I was in town for work, so the coffee, desk, and good wifi connection were much appreciated. The hosts are welcoming and easy to work with.

Communication with the owners was great. Very helpful and friendly.
The space was small but worked for two people. Lighting was rather dark, but was fine for our purposes.
Very clean and provided everything we needed.
Parking was a bit tight.

Nice neighborhood setting, on a cul-de-sac. Minutes from the beach and good restaurants. Room was very comfy and loved the bottle of wine upon arrival. Hosts could not be more hospitable!

My fiancé and I came to stay for the night so we could attend the TPC Sawgrass golf tournament and it exceeded our expectations! Carol and Steve were super responsive to all my questions leading up to the event and upon arrival, we had personalized messages in the room to welcome us. This will certainly be a place we look to rebook whenever we want to come up to Ponte Vedra!

A wonderful place to stay. Parking is a little challenging, but once you’re in, it’s great. Private, quiet, close to everywhere I wanted to go. Charming! It would be nice to have a little more flexibility checking in. I left by 8 in the morning, but wanting to get in a little earlier. Rules are rules, I understand. If you book, you will be delighted.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here. Carol and Steve were very kind and gracious hosts. It was my birthday and Carol left me a sweet note in the room. The location in the back of the house was nice and quiet. The location of the property was close to the Concert Hall I was going to and MANY great restaurants. Very clean, labeled, and well-explained. I will definitely stay here again for my next concert ;)

Very clean and inviting with some very special touches upon arrival. Perfect location to go to a concert at Ponte Vedra Concert Hall. Very comfortable and quiet location. Anything you need is nearby. Hosts are friendly and helpful but not overly intrusive. The only suggestions I would make would (as a former Risk Manager) would be to change the bathroom rug to a non-skid one and re-think the pathway from the stairs to the driveway; we mis-stepped a couple times coming off the last step. But overall...5 plus stars! We would highly recommend.

This charming property is a quiet, private getaway in a very desirable location. We walked up the lush, tropical path, entered the suite and found a bottle of chilled wine, fresh-cut flowers and a (flameless) candle waiting for us! It's well equipped and stocked with generous supplies. Our host left clear, thorough instructions for everything and made excellent dining recommendations. We'll be back!

This vacation rental surpassed our expectations. So easy to communicate with the hosts and the room is spacious, immaculate and homey al in one. Very private and quiet located on the backside of the hosts home. The backyard is very tropical and adds to the ambiance just off your own private deck. Small kitchenette with fridge, coffee maker, microwave and an ice maker. Arrived to find an ice bucket with a bottle of wine with flowers setting on a tray in the bed. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. They obviously set the bar high for others. Make the reservation and enjoy your stay!!!

Overall - unit itself is wonderful, owners were SUPER responsive and very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We would rent from them again in a heartbeat! The unit was perfect! The condo was VERY well equipped. I can't think of any amenities that were not provided by the owners. The owner's themselves were terrific and returned our call almost immediately regarding e-mails while traveling, and they were on it! An excellent stay!
