About this house rental
Three bedroom, 1 1/2 bath house for rent on Weiss Lake in beautiful Cherokee County, Alabama. The house is just steps away from the water, complete with year round water and a pier. We are located just outside of the city limits so it is a very quiet and peaceful property. However, we are minutes from town. Several restaurants, Walmart and grocery stores are close by for any needs you may have while on your stay.

The lake house was wonderful! Although it was a quick trip, it was very relaxing. All the windows provide a great view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and snapped some great sunset pics from the dock! The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Our getaway was so much fun. I’m such a home body and this place felt so much like home. Very cozy spot right on the lake. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is beautiful and in a perfect spot for relaxation. It was only 4 miles from my son, so that made it convenient. The owner is very responsive if you need anything or have questions. I did catch some fish off the dock and we enjoyed a nice little fire one evening.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Lake Weiss Waterfront Home.
Sitting in the den, with all the windows gives a sense of sitting on the water (you don't see the land, only water - so relaxing). Peaceful and quiet. We cooked all of our meals in the open kitchen and didn't have any reason to leave the house.
We sat watching all the wildlife, the great blue heron (we named him Bob) hunted this little cove and visited everyday. A beautiful white egret (Sally) came through often to say hello. The Canadian geese were honking and flying. From humming birds to eastern blue birds, it was simply beautiful.
We enjoyed watching the boats, jetskis, and kids being pulled behind boats on their floats. A nice Labor Day weekend experience.
Highly recommend this property, the host was quick to respond to any questions, this is a perfect little get away, less than 2 hours from the northern suburbs of Atlanta, we drove from Woodstock.

Lake house was very clean which is very important to me. The view was fantastic we bought our boat tying up to the dock was easy.
Parking a 24’ trailer was a little tricking but we made it work. Neighbors were very nice. Can’t wait to return next summer.😎

5 Stars are not nearly enough to describe this experience. Can’t wait to come back! The house is wonderful! Our Host was right on top of everything! Thank You! The sunsets are magnificent! I could go on and on…such an enjoyable trip! Peace and Serenity says it all!

Perfect location for a few days by the water. House was well-maintained and had a nice view of the lake. Teenagers enjoyed sitting on the dock and using the hammock.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean (THANK YOU!!) very nicely equipped and comfortable. The location on the water was perfect and the bonfire area was great! Ty we will be back!

Great weekend getaway. Clean. Loved the large deck. Nice clean water. Felt like a safe area. Good cell service. Convenient to stores. Loved the big open kitchen to family room.
Wished the third bedroom had a true bed instead of a sleeper sofa. Also, disappointed that the dishwasher didn’t work and wireless internet was not available.
Owners were very quick to respond to all questions prior to arrival.

We had a great time fishing,eating and relaxing. The view is amazing. This cabin is exactly what you want if you love the water. You can see the water from every window in the cabin. We have plans of returning next year

We stayed here for our wedding at Cherokee rock village. We had a first look photo session out on the dock. It was perfect and we had a great week here!

Enjoyed stay. Comfortable beds, couches. Loved the windows all along house. I think the fish have left the lake. Only caught one crappie and a baby striper. Went to Tigers for tomorrow. Definitely a must see. Also Barber Motorsport museum near Birmingham. Another fabulous find if you’re interested in motorcycle and race cars.

This place is beautiful. It was well stocked with everything you might need except for your food, of course. Our only complaint was the weather. We will most definitely book again!!

Great inside and outside space. Took the grandkids on canoe rides. Non stop little feet running inside and out. Big screen made a great place for the iron bowl. Sorry about your team loosing. We still love the house.

We had a great time over the weekend. The view of the lake was great. We spent late nights catching catfish and watching shooting stars from the pier. Will definitely stay again
