NARROWS DRIVE #5 (Sleeps eight/1420 Sq. Feet) $210.00 per night (W$195). ON THE ISLAND! HOT TUB! Beautiful three-bedroom two-bathroom one level home with one half of garage available, decorated in country charm. Master bedroom has king bed, ¾ bathroom with double sink vanity, walk-in-closet, sliding doors to deck, ceiling fan, and 40-inch flat screen LED TV (with Dish service). Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom has queen bed and ceiling fan. Common full bathroom is in bedroom hall off the living room. Utility/laundry room with front load washer and dryer off kitchen. Large living room with ceiling fan, couch, full size sleeper sofa and 46-inch flat screen LED TV (with Dish service). Huge 12x40 deck with a roll out canopy. Auto generator for power outages. Wireless Internet access provided. Gas grill. NO SMOKING.
We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.
Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!
Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.
The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests. The seasonal communal pool at the recreation center is available by presenting the pool pass and paying the use fee.
Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.
A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is eight. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. The house is very well stocked. We really appreciated all the extra supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious. Lots of room to eat, play games, or just stretch out and relax. We very much enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing home, so clean, everything you need, We brought things that we thought we may need staying in a VRBO. This place has everthing, even had a lot of spices for our meat. This place is a must stay, we drove over to Eureka Springs and spent the day. It was a very short drive.

We LOVED this property and will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. The community was perfect and the little restaurant near by was icing on the cake. Deer came right up to the house to graze and wasn't scared that we were outside on the deck. We loved that. The only thing that was off is that the listing stated there were bunkbeds but there was not. Our grandchildren ended up not being able to make it, so it wasn't a big deal, but we were expecting them.

There were 6 of us total. 4 motorcycles, 1 truck, 1 SUV, 1 Trailer and 1 tiny dog named Davidson (the Harley is silent) We came to ride the hills and it was fantastic.
The House was perfect for our little band. We weren't crowded had plenty of room inside and out to stretch and relax. The guys enjoyed the rock wall in front after riding for the day. I, on the other hand, enjoyed the deck and real chairs. The management team was GREAT to respond quickly when we had concerns about the AC.
We had a mama deer and spotted fawn that would join us for coffee. An Armadillo that was creepy but cool. AND my tiny dog chased a rabbit that was bigger than him... LOL.
It was a GREAT trip and I would highly recommend this home if you plan to visit Eureka Springs.

Nice spacious house. Comfy beds. Showers and kitchen sink could use some tlc but over all a nice l, clean place with room for a family. Really appreciated extras like soaps, shampoos conditioner, laundry detergent and plenty of TP and such. Holiday island is beautiful!

I booked this house for a weekend girls trip & it was perfect! The house location was SO quite and peaceful. The drive to the house was so scenic & only a quick 10min drive to downtown Eureka. The house was stocked up with ANYHTING you may need or forgot to bring. The hot tub was clean & already turned on and ready for us when we arrived. We will be staying here again.

The property was ideal for our family vacation, we enjoyed the hot tub, the layout of the house was great, the only thing is the flower design couch was in need of an update. I would definitely recommend to others to stay here!

The property manager was very responsive. The home was clean. Furniture was nice. It looked like new carpeting throughout. Very quiet and peaceful area.
We would stay here again if/when we come back to Eureka Springs.

The house was nice. We had a few questions that went unanswered, the lady at Holiday Islands claimed it must of went into spam file. It’s doubtful but we managed. I personally won’t stay there again not because of the house but the neighborhood was too far nestled in the woods.

We had a great stay~ House was clean, and in good order.
The only "complaint" I would have is that the front bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, I believe it needs to be replaced. Master bedroom bed was comfortable to me.

Great stay
The house was clean and comfortable. The deck was nice to enjoy in the evenings with the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub after kayaking. Can't wait to come back.

Property was absolutely perfect. We had 6 adults. 4 full dresser Harleys and 1 Harley triglide which fit perfectly in the garage.
Only thing I have to say to watch out for is the fridge gets little too cold at night. Even though the temp said it was above freezing we did have some eggs that somehow got frozen. Nothing major though because we really didn’t cook at the house.
Will definitely be coming back!

This was by far one of the best VRBO rentals we've stayed at. Very clean and not too close to town but not too far outside of town.

This house had a large family room and a nice size kitchen table. The place was somewhat dated in decor but had a nice fireplace with gas. Getting to use the garage was an added bonus as it snowed while we were there. If you have a family, it is a nice place to stay!
