About this house rental

Just steps away from the beach you will enjoy this home away from home. The beautifully updated raised home is located 1 block from the beach. This spacious 3 bedroom / 2 full bath home sleeps 8 comfortably and has plenty to offer for your next family vacation, romantic getaway, or any other special occasion.

Be sure to start your day off with a cup of coffee on the back deck while gazing at the beach. The living room has plenty of seating with a spacious U-shaped couch. The spacious kitchen has a great flow complete with brand new appliances and the breakfast nook seats five. The over-sized master bedroom has a king-sized bed, dresser, TV, large closet and its own private bath complete with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a full bed nd a bunk bed w/trundle(two twin and one full size) that will sleep a total of 4. Optionally the couch can sleep an additional 2 for a total of 10. The laundry has a full-size washer and brand new dryer for your use. This perfect vacation home has plenty of parking with a double driveway and you can park under the house for covered parking. There is a charcoal grill and picnic table for outside dining. There is even have wagon ready to pull to the beach filled with chairs, towels, umbrella and sand toys.
After a long day at the beach or enjoying all the Gulf Coast has to offer, spend quality time on the downstairs patio relaxing on the porch swing.

We provide a starter kit which includes essential such as bath towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, hand soap, body wash, dish detergent, sponge, kitchen towel, and laundry detergent. We have a Walmart nearby where additional essentials can be purchased as needed.

Long term Stay Welcome. Snowbirds please ask owner.

HOUSE RULES
Renter must be at least 25, ID REQUIRED prior to confirmation of STAY/CHECK-IN and must match payment method. Whomever made the reservation, must be present during stay.
- This home is NON SMOKING (Including Ecigs/Vape) and NO PETS are allowed, . NOTICE: If there is smoking or pets on premises, there will be a separate $250 charge for a deep clean.
- MAX OCCUPANCY OF 6 ADULTS or 8 including children.
- NO PARTIES ALLOWED. (Including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette, spring breakers, graduation, etc.)
- DO NOT TAMPER with outside SECURITY DOOR CAMERAS or BLOCK the view.
- ANY VIOLATION of our HOUSE RULES will result in forfeit of DEPOSIT

- We encourage all of our guests to consider purchasing travel insurance in the event of inclement weather, hurricanes, illness, etc. We do not offer refunds outside of our refund policy, so please plan accordingly.

Excellent location, clean house, and pretty much has everything you need. There is a train that runs all day that you will hear around 1am and 3am. Two remotes didn’t have a back, which kept falling apart during our week of stay. I did alert the host, and he seemed unaware and I’m sure will fix this issue. We had a wonderful time at the beach and would definitely book again.

Great location! Loved drinking my morning coffee on the back porch and watching the water. Condo was as described on site and very well stocked. We had one issues but we were able to address it ourselves and I notified owner after we returned home. Would rent this condo again.

The house was clean, well organized and has everything you would need for a family vacation. There were plenty of household goods and the location is right by the beach. The only negative thing I can say is the train, there’s railroad tracks nearby, out of three night stay, twice it went by at 6:15am blaring the horn and once at 3:00am, so if you’re a light sleeper or have young kids, you might not be happy.

We stayed in Gulfport for Spring Break. We always stay in Ft Morgan when we go to the beach, but I had a race in Gulfport. We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and was perfect for four of us. It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We walked to the beach everyday. The beach is nice and clean.

We stayed at this property just for one night in order to take a break from a far too busy start of the academic year. It was lovely and spacious and close enough to the beach to walk, which we did several times. I recommend it to anyone looking for a charming place to stay while in the Gulfport area.

This property was excellent for our stay. We enjoyed the morning views from the back patio. We enjoyed all of our family time together. It had been a while since our last visit and it was nice to be all under the same roof. We had six adults and were very comfortable. All the beds were perfect for sleeping .

I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Gulfport. It is located in a nice neighborhood within minutes of anywhere you need to go. The house was fully furnished, had plenty of space, and was extremely clean. We had a wonderful stay and will be back again!

We had a good stay at this rental. The property was clean, and the owner responded immediately whenever we reached out with a need or concern. The home is a block or two from the beach, and walkable, but there is parking available as well if you don’t want to walk with chairs, coffee, etc. Very close to downtown. Enjoyed our trip!

Property is as exactly as described. Very clean and spacious, great outdoor space. Open kitchen and living area with views of gulf. Huge main bedroom with attached bath. Other two bedrooms well laid out and share a full bath. Plenty of towels and linens with little extras like a hairdryer, starter soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Nice deck with gulf views and covered area down below. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood and great location overall. Easy short walk to beach with wagon and other beach items available for use. You can tell that the owner takes great care of the property. Great communication with quick response. Only have two suggestions-put a couple of lamps in corners behind couch in living room and possibly an ottoman/coffee table in front of couch. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

We enjoyed five days at this property over out spring break. It was perfect for our family of four. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of space for everyone. We were a short walk from the beach. We appreciated the access to the wagon, beach chairs and umbrella. Everything was clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very helpful during our stay. If we come back to the Gulf Coast, would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. They had the house set up with all the amenities. I usually try to bring most of what I need and we all know, you always forget something. This house has your back on that and it had great view to boot. Neighbors were quiet, cute park for the kids up the road, and easy drive to lots of attractions (our family faves: Shaggys and Institute for Marine Mammal Studies). You won't regret this booking and that means a lot from me.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We had an amazing, quiet, relaxing family vacation! My husband and I travelled with my daughter, son-in-law, and three year old grandson. We all travelled in one vehicle to save on the cost of gas. The location was perfect for us. When the guys went fishing, and my daughter, grandson, and I were without a vehicle, we had plenty to do to keep us busy. The beach and park with a splash pad were within walking distance. The house was so well stocked! We had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We really appreciated having a wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella and my grandson really appreciated all the sand toys. We enjoyed having dinner at many of the nearby restaurants. We loved that we were able to dine outside and the food was delicious. We had such a great experience that we are entertaining the idea of a return visit!!!

Property is in great shape and a great location. You can walk to the beach and it's easy to drive to anywhere in the area. The kitchen was very well stocked, pretty much anything you need is there. The owners are super responsive. We had our two grandchildren with us, and it worked out great. Grilling out back while the kids played games in the yard. Would recommend this property.

The description was right on point. My friends and I stayed at this property for our vacation and it did not disappoint. Offering all the comforts of home and then some, we were just a few steps from the beach, which was another plus and even met a few of the local neighbors. No need to look any further, this will be our choice on our next visit t Gulfport.

Property is as decribed. Decor is beautiful and beach themed. One level after the initial stairs to the front door which is a plus when having little ones that likes to play on stairs. Didn't want to spend my vaction chasing kids off stairs. So it was perfect for us. Close to the beach and nice yard for outdoor activities! Highly recommend.

We only were in town for one night but enjoyed our stay. The property was very nice and very well stocked. You do have to walk up a staircase to get in the house. This did not bother our group at all but would not be a good fit for elderly or someone with walking limitations. Would stay here again.

The home was awesome! Just as pictured. Everything was relatively new and updated decor, light and airy, very clean, and very well stocked. I didn't have to bring anything. Great location, nice neighborhood, could see the water from the back porch. Was more beds in the rooms than listed on website. Owner always replied quickly. Def. recommend.
