Our 2021 Heartland Wilderness Travel Trailer is 30 feet. It sleeps 8 to 10 or 10 adults, depending on how cozy you want to be. The heater and AC keep you comfortable. Smart TV: You can connect with WIFI to your phone and watch YouTube and other apps from the internet. Full propane tanks are added to the rental—no need to refill them upon return. We add a dump fee to your rental, so you don't need to worry about dumping the tanks; you can leave that part to us. Pick-up and drop-off times are negotiable. This well-cared trailer will give your family memories to last a lifetime! We appreciate you renting our trailer. Please note that we do require towing brakes. We have a hitch to use with load levelers for safety. The Front Queen bed is comfortable and has clean sheets and pillows. The back bunks have a lower sheet, but you will need your pillows and extra blankets/sleeping bags. We also have the option of adding a powered Generator to your rental. We supply a full tank of gas.
