こども連れでも快適かつ、楽しい宿でした♪

綺麗、駅近、ベッド数が特に◎でした。

強いて言えば空気清浄機自体がホコリが溜まっていたので使わなかったことです。ただコスパと全体の清潔感から考えると空気清浄機くらいなくても全く問題なしです。

チェックインの前に荷物を置かせてもらえないかというリクエストに対して、前の方のチェックアウトが早かったため早めに入室していただけます、という対応をしていただきました。長旅で荷物が多く疲れていたため、スーツケースを持ったまま夕方までうろうろせずに済んで本当に助かりました。清潔なお部屋に気持ちのよいベッドで、旅の疲れを癒すことができ、その後の大阪観光も元気よく出かけることができました。リビングスペースとベットルームがしっかり分かれているタイプのお部屋だったのもありがたかったです。家族が休んでいる間にテレビを見たり、テーブルで仕事をしたりすることができました。バスルームにはバスタブがあり、ゆったりとお湯に浸かれました。この宿を選んだことで大阪旅行の快適さが何倍にもなったと家族からも大好評でした。快適なステイをありがとうございました。

バスタブのお湯が保温できないのだけが残念でしたが続けて入ってしまえば問題ありませんでした。

Great place to stay in Osaka

Close to the station, food and a convenience store. Really nice and spacious inside and was plenty of room for our group of 4. Also had two bathroom sinks and toilet was separated, so multiple of us could get ready. Check-in and check-out was also very simple.

Little issue would be the lack of an elevator for those with larger suitcases.

We had a very good time. We would really like to stay there next time, too.

Space was very good for 4people. Bed was very comfortable to sleep. It took about couple minutes to the nearest station by walk. There were many places to park our car with economical price.

　I hope the room should be brighter. It was a little dark. And it smelled a little in the toilet.

Highly disappointed.

The property was located near JR Awaji Station, and if you walk about 8 minutes you will reach the Hankyu Awaji Station and a very lively shopping street with many good food options. Additionally, there was a 24h Lawson just around the corner, and it was a pretty big one with many options. The room was also quite big, so there was space to sort our luggages.

While it sounds nice initially, and at first glance the room looked great, it went downhill from there. Out first red flag should have been the lack of a passcode to enter the property. Perhaps this may have been a fault on my part, but I could not find the passcode written anywhere in email or messages etc. We had to call the person in charge, who did not speak English. Luckily we had Japanese speakers otherwise we would have to wait for the owner's response on Booking.com before being able to enter. The self check-in was smooth enough, however as there was only one tablet that resulted in a queue. The property has a washing machine, but bear in mind it is a shared one on the first floor and not in the room (we were utterly mistaken as the layout on Booking.com makes it seem that there is a washing machine in the room). The washing machine and dryer were full of lint. We planned on washing our clothes, but unfortunately we did not. There is a coin laundromat near the Hankyu Awaji Station, but that is a walk away and still quite inconvenient. When we first stepped foot into the room, it looked great. But soon we realised there were many issues. The largest of them all was the toilet bowl. The bidet was not clean, it looked like someone had sh*t on it. It was dirty, and the toilet had a bad smell that just wouldn't go away (possibly due to the vent being dirty). Even though we ended up cleaning the bidet with toilet paper, we ended up not using it afterwards. We filled up a 2 liter bottle and proceeded to use it as our "bidet" for the rest of our 6 day stay. Then, we realised that some of the bedside lights were not working. This was especially problematic when it was 3/5 that was not working, and 2 of these lights that were not working belonged to the bunk bed side. This made it dark for the person sleeping in the bottom bunk. Was this a way to hide dirt or? There were 2 sinks in the bathroom area.

Great choice for groups/family

Overall, it was a great accommodation to stay. We stayed for 7 days and there were 5 of us. We had 10 suitcases, and the place was big enough for us, considering how Japan typically has smaller apartments. We booked the room where the bedroom and dining were separated. It was very near to JR awaji Station and the regular Awaji station. Quiet and local area. As the name states 5mins away from shin osaka. The room was clean and has good heating and aircondtion.

We got a bit confused when entering the main door. We had to enter a pin to be able to get in, and we weren't aware we were given one and that we needed it. We wouldn't have been able to enter if it weren't for other tenants letting us in using their code. We later found that a pin number was sent to us by email, which wasn't very obvious, considering how many emails we get bombarded with. Check-in was a bit of hassle to do because we had to do it all on our own. We didn't have a japanese phone number, so asking for help from the accommodation would have been impossible. If we didn't get help from other people, we would have struggled to do anything or even enter the place.

Perfect for time convenience with respect to trains for a stay in Osaka.
