I cannot say enough good things about this property! Our host is so personable and wants to make sure you have everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. There are beach towels for your use, styrofoam coolers, beach toys, and chairs. We loved having 2 king beds. The view was incredible. Parking was awesome. The condo has a parking deck across the street with plenty of parking and carts to use. There is an enclosed walkover that is air conditioned. Condo was very clean. Right on the beach with amazing views. Hosts were wonderful to work with! Beach was not crowded at all. Loved that there were two king bedrooms in the unit.

The condo was beautiful and had the most gorgeous views of the beach and sunsets. Everything was super clean and ready to provide the best guest experience. When I had questions, Amber replied very quickly and was great to work with. This was our first stay in PCB and we will definitely book this condo again when coming back!

Want a vacation that is stress free? Staying at Celadon 2002 and working with Amber, gives you just that! All the essentials are provided for you, leaving you to only do your grocery shopping (unless you use the grocery concierge) and enjoy the beautiful views. The views are amazing because there are no other highrise buildings to the west. The water was absolutely perfect each day. We stopped to see Tyler when we checked in to reserve our beach chairs for the week and really enjoyed not having to worry about setting up camp each day. There are extra beach chairs in the condo if you want some extra seating at the beach (with handles or straps to make carrying convenient). Everyone slept well each night, all the beds are very comfortable. Waking up to a stunning ocean view each morning was so peaceful. We love making the trip to PCB each year and really enjoyed our stay in Celadon 2002.

We have stayed in many condos while travelling; however, this one moves to the top of our list! It has a great beach location, it's beautifully decorated throughout, kitchen has many spices, slow cooker, more than ample pots/pans/dishes, washer & dreyer, etc., beds are extremely comfortable and it even has beach towels, chairs, umbreallas, sand "goodies" for the children to enjoy. It deserves a 10+++!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay at this condo! There are only 3 condo buildings at this end, so the beach was relatively uncrowded. For reference, we went down to Pineapple Willy’s for lunch and were shocked at the beach crowd. Even the pools were quiet! The chair service is great, though it’s important to note, if you’re not using your chairs around 2:30p, they start packing them up. Understandable, but we waited until later in the day to visit the beach to avoid the sun, so we didn’t use the chairs much at all. The condo has foldable chairs, beach toys, etc, so those were nice to borrow so that we didn’t have to buy supplies and lug them back on the plane. The condo and building were clean and well kept. The condo had everything we needed, and we had enough supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc.) for the entire week. Communication with the owner was great, it was a smooth reservation and she’s very informative about everything you’d need to know for your stay. We will recommend this rental to anyone who’s staying in the area, and we can’t thank the owners enough for a wonderful stay.
Something we discovered during our stay: a local pizza place slides their ads through the door (they don’t put their business name on it, their menu offers a 30 inch pizza, you’ll know it when you see it). We were able to find the place through Yelp and they have terrible reviews, don’t risk it! Apparently local condo associations have been trying to get them to stop distributing their menus in their buildings and they refuse.

Only issue is checking in at 4 pm was very crowded and had to wait @35 minutes for a cart and elevator. Not owners fault, but I was glad we waited to buy groceries.

This has been one of our favorite places to stay on the Emerald Coast! We stayed here with friends for a couples getaway and we couldn’t have picked a nicer place. The two king suites accommodated our party nicely and gave us all plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen contained all the equipment needed to cook the several meals we had in the condo and the location was convenient to great places to eat nearby. The unit was spotless and having access to a washer and dryer was so convenient! Staying on the 20th floor, we were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the elevators were. We never waited more than a minute or two! The pools and beach access were great and the chair service was an added bonus! Our communication with the owner was great and timely! Will definitely be staying here in the future!!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Pantry had spices, salt and pepper, paper plates and plastic utensils as well as food. We brought all of that with us, but it was nice that those things were there. As far as Celadon management, very very rude. We have stayed at the Celadon for fall break and spring bike rally for the last 7 years and have never been treated the way we were. They obviously don’t like bikers. Told us we couldn’t have drinks in the pool area when there was a family with kids running around with drinks and food. Loved the condo, but probably won’t go back to the Celadon.

This is a “go to” condo for our trips to PCB. Very clean, very well appointed, beds are very comfortable, comes with two beach chairs, and the customer service is excellent from booking through departure. We will be back.

This condo was truly amazing it was so beautiful a the decoration we’re truly one of a kind. When we first arrived everything was clean an organized. This had to be the first condo that I’ve stayed in that was fully stocked. The owners have gone above a beyond to make it a wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying here again

We had a wonderful time at the Young’s condo. Everything was tastefully designed and exactly like pictures. I especially appreciated how organized the home was with the basics for a family. Despite the windy weather that week, it was very helpful for our kids to have a heated pool to enjoy themselves. I would definitely recommend to other families and hope to return soon.

Our family stayed here and this place is gorgeous! We stayed here a couple years ago and then without realizing it, booked it again! Every detail is perfect with gorgeous furnishings and comfortable beds. It’s really nice to have the beach chairs and toys that come included. We love the location as well. It isn’t as busy in this area, but still close to the restaurants and shops. Communication with the owners was very helpful. We will be back!

Came for Spring Break to relax without kids. While Celadon is perfectly appointed for families, I was relived to find very few college kids partying and most families with small kids at the resort next door with the water park.
Didn't use the pools or grills but nice to know they are available. Had perfect weather and enjoyed the included beach chairs and umbrella every day. It was very relaxing not to have to carry and set our own up everyday.
The condo had everything we needed including some coffee pods, seasonings, dish and laundry soap as well as insulated cups. I will definitely be booking again.

We have stayed in other condo rentals, and I can tell you that from the moment we unlocked the door and entered the unit we felt like "Home" away from home. Our stay was way too short. Not having to clean before we could even unpack was so refreshing and the unit had everything we needed. Except maybe a 4-slice toaster would be nice but not a deal breaker! The beds were very comfortable, and the unit was in exceptional condition. That comes from not only from the owners having nice and newer furnishings but also from other renters taking care of the property like it is their own. And that is always appreciated. Amber was great to work with, she stayed in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed, and we were comfortable. The sunsets were amazing, the wave crashing sounds even from the 20th floor was awesome, several days of many dolphin sightings was entertaining to watch. It was a little chilly, but it didn't stop us from laying on the beach and tipping our toes in the water. And if you love collecting shells you won't be disappointed. We booked for next year before we even checked out! Thank you again Amber!

Never been disappointed in all the times I have stayed here. I always appreciate them contacting me early when the condo is ready instead of waiting till 4pm as usual check in time. We are on Eastern time so that means it is actually 5pm for us for normal check in time.

This condo was immaculate!! The view from 2002 is AMAZING and the sunsets did not disappoint. Weather was PERFECT every day and the water was crystal clear!! We had just enough waves for some fun boogie boarding but nothing crazy. The owner was quickly responsive to my text regarding a question I had about the clothes dryer which I greatly appreciated!! We did the Sea Screamer for the first time and it was AWESOME. Highly recommend. We will definitely rent from Young’s PCB condos again!!!

Sister trip to PCB. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo. It was perfection! The decor is outstanding and the condo has everything you need. Cleanest place I have ever stayed. Beds were very comfortable after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. Plenty of seating in balcony where I saw dolphins/stingrays and a sea turtle floating by. Gorgeous views! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit PCB. Owner super responsive and easy to work with during the entire process. Until next time!! 🌴🌞🐬

The condo was exactly as listed online. Very well kept and clean. Perfect location. On the west end of PC. Very quiet and not very busy. It was at the end of August, so that helps. Owner provides access to the properties beach lounge chairs on the beach for guest use. That was a huge win. Definitely recommend staying here. Host was very nice.

My husband and I stayed here mid August 2023 and it was just beautiful! The views from the balcony were amazing, both morning and night. The main master bed was very comfortable, although some of the pillows were flat so we had to swap pillows from the other bed (no biggie). Two days out of our stay, only 1 elevator worked so it got congested at times but not too bad. If you are looking to use the beach loungers, get to the chair rental hut by 9am to reseve your spot for the length of your stay. It was nice that there were portable beach chairs for use in the condo, which we used in the early morning or to sit closer to the water during the day. Overall, everything was great and we can't wait to go back!!

The condo was perfect for our family of five. We never felt cramped. I was also impressed by the amount of storage/closet space.

This property is just as described! It has everything you would need for an enjoyable vacation and more. The owners are so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in and check out was a breeze. The unit was spotless and had many unexpected “extra” amenities that many vacation rental places do not provide. We look forward to returning! This condo is on the 20th floor of a 23 story building. The condo is very clean and updated. This is on the west side of PCB which is much more family friendly, and Rosemary Beach is about 10 mins away. During our stay, there was a power outage that took down 2 of the 3 elevators. This was not an issue for us, but I mention it because the owner went out of their way to keep us up to date on the status/repairs. Overall, I would recommend this condo and I would stay here again. We had a great time.

Amber was so easy to work with and responded to questions or concerns very promptly. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. I have never stayed in a condo that was stocked with everything. There were extra garbage bags, laundry detergent, and even beach towels and boogie boards available to use. Not to mention, the kitchen was fully stocked with a crockpot, instant pot, and seasonings! I also loved the fact that this condo was on the “quiet” end of PCB! We will definitely be back to Celadon and book thru Young’s!!

My best friend and I brought our daughters for five days and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The description of the condo could not have been more accurate. There was absolutely nothing we needed that was not provided. If you’re looking for a getaway, this is the place to be! The icing on the cake was definitely the location. It wasn’t too crowded on the beach and we even saw a few dolphins from the patio one morning! I will definitely be back and if you’re considering staying here, just do it! You won’t regret it!
