Staff was great. no one was at front desk when arrived. waited for a few minutes to be tended to.

Location was perfect

Rooms were basic... need a lamp by bed side. Coffee maker and accessories.

I am still being charged For the stay. I should only have been charged 172.

I checked out at 172.72. I have been charged 361+172=533 USD.

Most of the things were good, I would book it again

It was very laud music in the middle of the night which disturb our sleeping

They had bed bugs And it’s was all kinds of people outside in the parking lot trying to sell pills

It is just a hotel that you can live in

location is good

poor equipment and settlement Window shade is broken, ground is kind moisture even oily. you can feel the humidity in room.

this is a hotel I would highly recommend and I plan on coming back an staying there again.

the Location was perfect,right in the middle of everything.

The location fit my needs very well and is extremely close to a lot of fun things to do.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was nice. Mini fridge is a good amenity to have in the room. Decent size TV.

A little improvement on the breakfast would be great but it's still a plus to have free breakfast as is.

Very acceptable for the value.

the location was prime point to schedule. the exterior & common areas were very clean. the staff decorated very cute for the holiday.

the breakfast menu was half unavailable. the menu was posted but half of the items scratched out. there was only one elevator which gave me slight worry for getting down from 4th floor in an emergency, but there was thankfully not an emergency need.

Nothing really.

That didn't have mi 2 queen room. They checked me in to a king bed instead. Which didn't work for me since I had 2 kids and my wife. I had to book a new reservation at a different hotel that night. This hotel red lion hasn't returned my money yet. Don't book at this location. Service is terrible at front desk.

The location and clean

Everything was perfect, only 1 thing i recommended to the manager is that this place, needs to make sure all doors are appropriately lubricant to avoid noise, my husband was having a bad night and the restroom door was very noisy and gave the family a hard time to sleep.
