Quaint cottage with excellent central location and plenty of room to make this your home away from home. HUGE Master bedroom, large living area, full kitchen, outside seating areas and more. Close to Riverside Academy, Brenau University, NE GA Medical Center, Historic Gainesville, Lake Lanier Rowing Center, Historic Dahlonega, University of North GA. and much more! . Dogs are welcome with Host approval.

Master Bedroom has new King Bed and Twin Daybed. 2nd Bedroom has a new Queen bed. Host provides plenty of towels and bedding, along with a fabulous coffee station. Park up to 3 vehicles with ease and enjoy the large yard with Fido.

It was a warm and welcoming space for two older relatives who were in town for a funeral. The extra grab bars were helpful for elderly legs and snacks are always an appreciated touch. Would recommend to others.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I am very picky with the cleanliness of anywhere we stay and I have to say it was very nice how clean it was. The beds were very comfortable and we loved there was a tv in every room.

I couldn’t have asked for a better host for my first Vrbo booking. I had a delay in closing on my new home which left me and my two dogs without a place to go. Luckily, after reaching out to host she was more than generous to allow us to stay at their cottage. I even had to extend my trip twice with no issues from the host. The home itself is well taken care of with everything you would need for an extended stay. The bedding and sheets was that of a 5 star hotel and everything was so clean. I really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the time needed.

I strongly recommend this property for family members of patients in Northeast Georgia Medical Center Gainesville. The hospital, grocery stores, department stores, and restaurants were all within reasonable distance. The house is nicely equipped & decorated to make you feel very comfortable. There is a second set of steps by the garage not pictured which makes it a bit hard for senior people. There is a grab bar which helps. Lovely interior well furnished and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Nice touches inside (snacks, coffee pods, toothpaste and face wipes, etc). We enjoyed the layout and having a porch was nice. Convenient to restaurants and activities. Will be top of the list when we come back to the area.

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and neat as a pin. I would only offer some suggestions: 1: The stairs are beautiful, but very slick. As a 71 year old man, I felt apprehensive about slipping on them. I'd have liked to have seen some sort of grip or trim on them to prevent slipping. 2: The very pretty little deck is great. Since we brought our dogs, I'd have really loved some sort of gate at the steps, where we could've closed it and sat outside with our dogs. But I have to emphasize, the property was exactly as advertised. My suggestions are only to make a great property better. Thanks so much

This was one of the cleanest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. It was not only clean, but comfortable and cozy. Ample cooking utensils and pots/pans. Best stay ever!

The home is beautiful and had all we needed! The master king size bed is wonderful. All the linens are top quality. The location was great as well. We spent our Christmas there and we felt right at home. Nan is great. We will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. We had family visit for dinner and early Christmas and it was good for our small gathering. The availability of the TV’s and channel selections made for enjoyable down time. All of the appliances were up to date and easy to operate. The location was perfect. So easy to get to the square, shopping and dining. Another reviewer mentioned the busy street and that may be an issue for some, but it didn’t really bother us.

This cottage is 5 minutes to the lake, 40 minutes to Peachtree Corners area and 50 minutes to UGA. Great location, very clean and great area! Hosts could not have provided anything better!

My family and I were in town for week for an inline speed skating competition. We had a great experience staying here. It was a great place to get back to after a long day of racing. It was clean , and comfortable. And it had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. Thank you Nan for a great week!

Just exactly as described and a perfect place to stay in Gainesville. The bedroom has a comfortable king size and plenty of room to place your bags. The house is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. There are nice touches throughout...such as keuric K-cups for the coffee maker. The house is perfectly situated within five minutes of the square in downtown Gainesville and all the wonderful restaurants in that area. It is very close to Georgia Northeast hospital and about 10-15 minutes away from a boat ramp at the park off Thompson bridge road. The owner could not be nicer. All correspondence was quick and very helpful.

My wife and I needed a place to stay and work for a week between selling and buying a house. This place was great for the 2 of us and our pup. Great work spaces in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. Nice car port and wonderful outdoor space. Would highly recommend!!
