plenty of parking space, quite area, good location
I would suggest to change mattresses for smaller beds as they are not comfortable

we thought it would be suitable
it had ANTS ! We all got severely bitten . I reacted so badly I ended up on antibiotics. We wondered why the owners had put salt everywhere! The owners did nothing . They denied they had ANTS yet they were all over kitchen work tops and in the sitting room . They were all over our food . we had to throw everything away . Booking .com refused to help refund our money they were useless and believed the host who was incredibly rude and did not care , just took our £210 for one night. The oven took over 2 -3 hours to cook sausages it was horrendously slow. Not enough dishes provided . No hot water. Cold shower . Apparently, you have to turn emercion on yourself like the olden days in the war ! Please don’t even consider staying at this hell hole .

This property was clean and in a good location
Beds were very uncomfortable springy mattresses poking you in the back. Hot water very limited supply halfway through my shower the water would go cold.

Nothing to really dislike.

Owner was there to meet us - key safe facility in use, so all very simple to check in.
No negatives!

It’s a Static Caravan, my expectations were not that high but I was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Spacious, Clean and really close to everything.
it was very close to the Park facilities but not to close you could hear anything.

location was exactly as expected. we have rented on this very good site many times before
the caravan was fitted out with the absolute minim of equipment, crockery / glasses as cheap as possible. Electric fire didn’t work. first morning the shower broke. wouldn’t turn off. I messaged the owner who came back 24 hours later as we were due to leave saying they would get it fixed and that the fire had been broken since they bought the caravan. we had 50% of our stay ruined by no water for shower, taps or toilets

Not a lot. It's situated quite close to Christchurch/Mudeford but not walking distance. See below - worth reading all the way through.
I've stayed in a number of these types of properties over the last few years and this was by far the worst. Firstly, we had been given the wrong code to access the key so stood in pouring rain trying to sort. Then when we got in things got worse..... The place had obviously not been cleaned, fat in a frying pan, used coffee pod in machinE (which had gone mouldy), used toothbrush in the bathroom and generally not very clean. Then on the first evening we tried to cook a meal and found there were no cutting knives, and most importantly - no baking trays to put things on in the oven! Next morning we went to grill some bacon and found there was no grill pan either! Various electrical things were broken (light, heater in living area). Sofas were also pretty uncomfortable too.
we complained while were there about the lack of oven trays and the owner suggested I go to the local Sainsburys and buy my own! On leaving I said I would expect some sort of compensation - especially as I'd paid a cleaning fee! - and was refused.
In 14 years of booking hotels and self catering through Booking.com this is the first time I've been so annoyed with a place that I contacted Booking.com directly but still to no avail.

The mattresses were poor and the build felt flimsy but that was expected

The location is amazing. 5 mins drive from a beautiful beach avon beach. 30 mins drive to sandbanks beach and 20 mins drive into the newforest. Location was absolutely spot on. Nice caravan and very clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
That our trip was too short :)
3.0
Good location and easy access to the beach and amenities
The mattress in double bed was so thin that you could feel the springs digging in to your skin, not what you want after day of activities. Very poor standard, only one thin pillow, not able to get a good night sleep which is really what you are looking for, do not book, you will be disappointed . Caravan was dirty , dining chairs stained, sofa as well, not worth the money at all unfortunately .

The caravan was perfect and the site clean and well cared for.
The actual campsite was missing an onsite shop in my opinion.
