La ubicación

La grifería de cocina ( roto) Menaje escaso El secador no funcionaba La sartén,tuve que comprar una nueva Piden una fianza,sin poder ver primero el piso,lo cual no sé sabe cómo estará, ya que no lo vi. En este caso pues secador no funcionaba, grifo roto,poco menaje. Ni un mantel, cisterna mal. La fianza te la exigen antes de entrar, y ni ver como están las cosas. Y para devolverla tardan 5 días,lo normal sería ver el piso dar la fianza y al marchar entregar las llaves y que vieran que está todo en orden.

It was the perfect location, beautiful views, lovely comfortable and fully equipped studio apartment, great value for money.

We asked for two fold up beds to be removed from the apartment because their was a double bed in the room which was all we needed it was a studio apartment the day after we arrived we were told someone would call to remove them it didn't happen we rang about the washing machine the pipe came out from the wall the water was everywhere we had to use the towels to clean the floor they were stinking after two days we didn't get any replacement towels we had to buy some my partner went to the bathroom after we arrived and the the door wouldn't open lucky I hadn't gone out the man in reception came and fixed it so over all it wasn't a great experience I dont think we will be using Booking. Com in the future or staying at those apartments Kind regards Kevin Rush

Close to beach and other amenities.

Not very clean, leaking kitchen tap causing mould smell, problem with water supply twice during a short 4 day stay. Mattress needs replacing as very uncomforfable. Property owner had the nerve to withhold security deposit because of a stain on the mattress which was not from us, and didn't even bother to inform me until I got in touch asking why I had not received my deposit back! Has the potential to be a great holiday let if it was maintained and cleaned properly.

Very good

The view, from the balcony it has a great view ro the Mediterean and the beaches. The location was great too, 3 min walk to the Marina, a place full of restaurants

the check in. We were supposed to received the check in information one day before the arrival but we didnt. The day we arrived it took us couple of hours to get the checkin instructions from the host. It was impossible to get answer when calling, and after couple of messages we were able to get them,

Superb

Small but smart studio. It was clean, the furnitures were simple but functional and the color theme of the interior made it nice and cosy. Balcony with astonishing view over the sea, were we easily could sit four people round the table. Perfect location right by the beach.

Small things... The kitchen knifes would be more usable with some sharpening and there were no bowls.

Host was wonderful and came to ensure a problem was fixed. So kind. Location was excellent on the beach.

The mattress on the bed should be replaced. Everything else is good.

Good location! The wifi was also very good.

the accomodation does not have its own parking place! On the around area you can park for max three hours. This means that you have to pay every three hours 🙁 Parking garage on the mainstreet is eur 20 per day!
