Voor ons geen "tot ziens"!

Als je iets positiefs hierover kunt zeggen dan was het lekkere bed op een schone, geen grote (maar groot genoeg) kamer.

Veel viel ons tegen! Dit is het geld niet waard geweest! Een aantal dingen vielen ons op en hebben ons een nare bijsmaak gegegeven aan dit verblijf. Waarom niet per ommegaande je borg terug? Pas na 7 werkdagen zei de verhuurster. Op de site staat overigens binnen 7 dagen na vertrek en dus niet werkdagen. Ook op de site staat 1,50 toeristenbelasting betaald moet worden maar er is 2 euro pp afgetikt. Dit geeft geen vertrouwen. Je krijgt het gevoel dat het niet om de klant gaat. Je krijgt als boeker het gevoel aan moet passen om het gezin draaiende te houden. Wij zijn flexibel geweest door een niet gereed zijnde kamer te accepteren en te wisselen met de andere huurders zodat zij 2 nachten op dezelfde kamer konden verblijven. ( en dus 1x minder schoonmaak voor de verhuurders!) Waarom moet een nette boeker de dupe zijn van blijkbaar een enkeling die de boel verknalt? Tot slot de incheck en de uitcheck. Alles moet op afspraak maar hou je dan ook aan de afspraak. Opmerkingen als het was druk in de stad of " hebben we als gezin geen recht op uitjes?" zijn geen excuus en overigens niet gepast. Wij als boeker houden ons ook aan de afspraak! (Protocol) Tot slot: Bij aanrijden heb je niet het gevoel dat het een b en b is. Het is geen mooie locatie. Het is op een industrieterrein, veel rotzooi om het huis. Geen gelegenheid om buiten te zitten. Misschien functioneel voor mensen die op het industrieterrein moeten zijn maar niet voor "even er lekker tussenuit" !

Het was warm, personeel was erg vriendelijk

Er was geen ontbijt, je betaald 150 euro aan deposit, gedeelde keuken, badkamer en toilet. In de kamer kun je je buren horen

Centraal gelegen, ideaal voor fietstochten.

Centraal gelegen, nette kamer met goede koffie.

Enkel bed, geen breakfast. Dus enkel B had volstaan.

Very good

The staff was awesome. Breakfast was very nice and I like the quite area very much.

It was not possible to open my window in the single room. But all in all, I have enjoyed my stay very much.

Disappointing

I had to wait more than 4 weeks for my deposit to be returned. No heating in the bathroom, therefore in december was very cold and unpleasent in the toilet. Before 9 am only toasted bread available.

No b&b experience, but an overpriced student home.

It was clean, easy to reach and park.

It was not a b&b experience, one toilet and one shower for 8 guests felt more like a student home. No sink or closet space in the room and the small window looked out over the patio: so no privacy. We spoke more with the owner through a ring device than in person. No fresh food nor bread. Finally the deposit took more then a week to be refunded.

The building was modern and comfortable, the breakfast was nice.

The property charges a bond of €150 and payment can only be made by cash or debit card. I had no choice but to pay cash. They would only refund the bond by bank transfer, when there was no reason they could not have just returned the cash when we checked out. When the refund was paid into my account it was significantly short, and the owner claimed the shortage, roughly €26 was bank fees. It's completely their choice how they do business, but I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
