This property is conveniently located 6/10 th of a mile below the Mountain inn/Sky Lodge and the Black Rock market, just off Wintergreen drive, making every activity easily accessible.
Enjoy your stay at this nicely furnished, spacious home. The main floor boasts a family room with stone wood-burning fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The main floor also includes two bedrooms (one with twin and twin over double bed; a second bedroom with the queen bed) and a full bath. Upstairs awaits the master suite and a loft area. The master suite has a king bed and a private bath which includes a soaking tub and a separate shower. The loft area has a queen size sleeper sofa and working space. Second family room is located downstairs, along with one bedroom with a queen bed and an additional bedroom with twin daybed/twin trundle.

Whether it's your first trip to Wintergreen area or continuation of an annual tradition, you'll quickly discover this house leaves nothing to be desired!

Beautiful, very clean house, nicely equipped kitchen with good coffee!!!! Host was very accommodating and helpful during booking and check in! The house located in minutes from restaurants, shop, hiking trails, wineries and breweries! We loved “green” Wintergreen. Enjoyed our deck time, it felt like we were in the tree house. Definitely coming back!

Came here for a weekend getaway with friends and Family. Despite not having any snow activities due to time of year, the house and other nearby activities made up for it. Its a short drive down the mountain to nearby breweries and activities. The host also provided a huge list of recommendations and ideas for this time of year. Thanks again for that!!! There was plenty of space, bedroom, and bathroom accommodations for 12 people. The home was extremely clean and cozy. The house was nestled in the wood s and had beautiful sunset view's of the mountains. We enjoyed the hospitality of the host and will definitely be staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR LARGER GROUPS.

This property was absolutely perfect for us! House was very clean and well stocked. Even though we had a short stay we loved to cozy up by the fireplace on one rainy day and played some games. We enjoyed hiking and visited some places nearby recommended by the owners. We can’t wait to come back again!

I truly feel the other reviews are fake. I was unhappy with this property for several reasons. There are major structural issues around the home including cracks in the walls and doorframes, holes in the walls and the landing on the third level is rotten. You can feel the floor give away when you step on it. I was charged an extra person fee. It is listed at 14 people, however, they charged me for my 11th person (a 3 year old who slept with me). When I asked why I was told over 10 people created extra work. This extra charge should be listed in the advert. The kitchen table was dirty on arrival. The downstairs foyer was also dirty on arrival. We attempted to use the vacuum but it wouldn't even pick up lent. One closet door was off the track. Another was completed off and sitting the the closet. I have no idea how the handle on the laundry room was missing the lever part but I got locked in the laundry room. There is no fire pit as advertised. We brought things to make smores and tried to use the grill instead of the missing fire pit but it wouldn't even warm the marshmallows. The child gate listed in amenities is a very worn out pet gate that is no match for toddlers. The bottom floor is freezing. We tried to change the thermostat but it's programed so kept reverting back. I did reach out to the owner and told him I was disappointed with lack of upkeep and maintenance. I'm not a complainer nor a review writer but I'm frustrated I spent so much money and feel guilty not letting some other unsuspecting renter know the issues.

This house was great for a weekend ski get away. Extra bonus was the supply of firewood under the deck. The fireplace gave us extra warmth when the temperature dropped into the low teens. Plenty of room for the group and enjoyed the grill on the deck. Will certainly use this rental again next year!

It is a quiet cul-de-sac, nice for walking with little ones. Many games and puzzles for children to enjoy. Great for our dog, we could let him out right off the porch, not close to a road or other houses. The bedding is very nice, very clean pillows and mattresses. Thank you for a quiet getaway close to activities.

We stayed at his property from Mid-May to Mid-June as the beginning of our 3 month adventure to escape the Florida summer heat. It was perfect for our needs. There were a few maintenance items that arose during our stay and Alex was very responsive. Due to a lightning strike the clothes dryer stopped working and Alex came up with several creative options to address this need until ultimately replacing the dryer. Wintergreen and the surrounding area was great. We took full advantage of the local breweries and wineries and will return.

Went with two other families for a snowboarding trip. The space was perfect for each family to have their own bathroom and plenty of beds. The teens had a great living space to hang out downstairs. The location to Wintergreen was the best feature for us. With different families moving in the morning at different paces the location allowed us to run people up the mountain easily when they were ready and return for the slower risers in the morning.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed staying at your home. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the fresh air, and with the fall leaves changing, it was beautiful. The only 2 issues we had were the internet service. The signal was weak and at times, we had no service even though we were logged in. Also we couldn’t get the upstairs TV to work (batteries in remote appeared dead), but the downstairs TV was great. We would definitely rent your home again!

The house was a perfect location for access to the blue ridge parkway and activities along Route 151. Alex was very responsive and even provided a gift of chocolates for my birthday!

We really enjoyed our stay. I could. It speak more highly on the responsiveness of Alex the property manager. We alerted him to an issue upon our arrival and addressed the issue immediately. He was also very thoughtful to provide an extension cord to allow my EV charge when we were not using it. There is plenty of space in the house for all 6 of the adults to work undisturbed. The WiFi supported everyone with no issues whatsoever and I was very surprised that nobody had an issue since we connected 5 phones and 4 laptops to the network. Certainly would stay here again. The trails around Wintergreen are fantastic and out 5 year old Golden Retriever loved it. We had rain for the first 48 hours of our stay so we could only use the deck for a few days. We really enjoyed the evening time and having fun on the deck.
