This spacious 2 bed 2 bath ground floor unit is in Sea Trail, Champions only steps to the newly renovated Sea Trail convention center with restaurant and sports bar condos sleeps 7. (Additional $15.00 per night charge for over 6)

Park directly outside your unit and find the Villa which features a bedroom with a new king bed and attached bath. A washer/dryer is in the unit as well. Prepare home-cooked meals in the unit’s bright fully equipped kitchen. The relaxing living room with beach inspired furnishing and ottoman converts to a twin bed if needed. 46" Smart TV with cable and internet for our communication needs. Open the slider to the enclosed patio where you can enjoy morning coffee, unwind, read a book or watch golfers tee off from Byrd #10 as well as see their final approach to the green with binoculars provided.

If you need golf clubs, let us know we have both a men's and ladies set available for a small fee.

The unit also includes a lock out Mini Suite which has 2 queen beds, bath, TV, kitchenette (fridge/microwave/Keurig) dining and sitting area. If you only need a portion of the space provided by either the Villa or Mini-Suite please send message for associated rates and availability.

The property has a security camera which is located at the front door.

The community/private Champions community pool is open April - October and is only a few steps across the parking lot during the summer months.

Sea Trail is home to 3 championship courses, driving range and practice area. Other nearby courses- The Pearl, Ocean Ridge, Oyster Bay, Thistle and River Edge plus many more are within 10 miles. Sunset Beach has local shops, seafood markets, bookstores, boutiques, art and gift shops as well! The Ingram Planetarium is a wonderful educational opportunity for a family outing

Beautiful Sunset Beach is less than 3 miles away, voted the 4th best beach in the world by National Geographic is brimming with wildlife, birds, sea turtle nests and has a great fishing pier. Stroll 2 miles west on the beach to the famous Kindred Spirit Mailbox, jot a message, dream or wish in the mailbox that is always stocked with notebooks. There is a grocery store less than 2 miles away and 1 mile to inter-costal water way boat launch.

Venture a few miles to the south and find many great seafood restaurants in Calabash, a bit further south Little River for fishing excursions or a day offshore on one of the 2 casino ships and in 10 miles find the hustle and bustle of all that Myrtle Beach offers, Tanger outlets, theaters, water parks, and don’t forget Broadway on the Beach and Barefoot landing.

You can purchase a weekly pass for a nominal fee to the Sea Trail Village Activity Center(visit their web site for info). Included at the VAC is an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, pool table. There is also a restaurant and Tiki bar there!

Our party of 5 had a wonderful time staying in Carolyn's beach condo. It was exactly as advertised and more! It included so many details to make us feel more at home that we really appreciated. Our favorite parts were that we felt like we were staying in two different condos since there's the main condo plus the mini suite which makes it even more spacious and also the enclosed back patio to watch the sunrise and drink coffee while watching all the birds. What a great vacation!! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was nice having a place that didn't require a weekly stay as my family was only looking for a three night trip. The kids enjoyed the puzzles and card games in our down time. We were very appreciative of the beach chairs provided since one of ours broke we didn't have to rush to get a new one. Overall we had a wonderful time and look forward to staying again.

We really loved this condo. It is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished with pretty much everything we needed during our stay (pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot(s), internet, extra blankets). The location is a peaceful and safe area. However, it is only minutes from everything you might want to do - restaurants, nightlife, shops, and several beaches. The pool is almost directly across from the condo and was not at all crowded while we were there. The condo has a mini suite where our friends stayed. They had their very own private area which included a mini kitchen and a sitting area. I was very pleased and hope to stay there again.

We had such an enjoyable stay here! We’re already planning next year’s vacation. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool is a short walk away and we had plenty of things we needed like toilet paper, towels, cooking utensils, etc. Also, the Beach is less than a 10 min drive away. This place was perfect! Thank you!

We decided that we would try sunset beach area since we usually stay in oib when we vacation there. Sea trails and the condo did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and more. Had a few “bumps the day of our arrival” but I think that was really on me and not on Doug and Carol. I would like to return and hope that’s a possibility soon.

Having a ground floor unit was ideal and then to discover that the photos and great reviews were all accurate, was the bonus. We were visiting a friend in the area and the location and accessibility was perfect. When I reached out to the Host with a comment, she replied very quickly. A great stay for us. Everything you want in a VRBO. Good communication prior, super easy check in and out, well appointed property with some surprising bonuses like stocked Keurig coffee tree, detergents, bagged beach chairs and beach towels. Would definitely return and/or recommend!

We loved our stay so much we are already planning another visit. The owners responded quickly about a couple questions we had. They are very accommodating and the unit is lovely. First of all the condo was beautiful and fitted our needs perfectly. Pool was steps away. Perfect location in that you are at Subset Beach but so close to other places. Went to Calabash, N Myrtle beach on top of Sunset Beach. The Museum was very interesting and we also enjoyed the Planetarium. Highly recommend!!!

This was an adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main floor unit in Sea Trail. Everything was clean and very cutely decorated. There is a pool and kiddie pool just across the parking lot. We also joined the activity center and used the indoor and outdoor pools. There is a restaurant there now that you can eat near the pool in your swimsuit. Music on Saturday nights. This is one of the few units that has a king size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom is a suite with a table, couch, fridge, coffee maker etc. This worked well for working while on vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Communication was very easy with the owners. There is such a difference when a unit is managed by the owners versus a company. Lots of extra touches. We hope to return.

Our overall impression of this stay was fantastic! The owners were very accessible to communicate with and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Took only 10 minutes to get to Sunset Beach and we were able to find public parking each day. Had to childproof some of the decorations to keep our 18 month old grandson from possibility of breaking things. Everything worked fine with the exception of a few kitchen tools such as the can opener so we bought one to use. Enjoyed the screened in porch to sit out on early in the morning and late in the evening. Nice quiet place to rest after a busy day. Happy we found this place and look forward to returning soon!

This was the perfect stay for us. The condo was amazingly clean, well furnished, beautifully decorated and perfectly located at Sea Trail, Sunset Beach. Host was easy to communicate with. Very understanding on my guest list situation- as it could have changed at the last minute. Will definitely return in the future. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Beautiful condo in a convenient location! Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. We are always nervous about the cleanliness of rentals, but the place was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable, and so many little extra touches were included (kcups, beach equipment, etc.). We will definitely be looking to return!

The place was “As Advertised!” Phil & Carolyn thought of Everything, and had Everything that we needed! They were awesome to deal with, and the place was beautiful. It is on the 10th Tee for the Golf Lovers. Or just a few minutes from the beach! My two sons, 18, & 12 enjoyed fishing the ponds! They caught many Largemouths, including a 4.3 Lb, & a 6.1 Lb!!! Thank you for Hosting us, we will definitely Return! 5 Stars!

This condo in Sea Trail was amazing! It is so much bigger than what you can tell by the pictures and decorated beautifully! Everything was immaculate when we arrived and it had tons of small and thoughtful touches from the owners including coffee, soaps, lotions, detergent for the washing machine, beach umbrellas and so much more. The location was in a quiet area of Sea Trail with a pool directly across. The beds were super comfortable and the screened in porch was perfect for reading. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Having access to the mini suite was perfect and added a great bit of space for us to spread out. We didn’t experience any issues while there and communication with the owners before checking in was fast and easy. This is definitely a top notch rental!!

We needed something close to OIB for a couple of days for our family to stay in. Everything was perfect! Super clean and homey. The mini suite was perfect for others that wanted privacy. Location was beautiful and quiet. Would have loved to stay longer! Only confusion was check out time but the owners were accessible and quick to talk to. The property was lovely and more spacious than expected. The location was ideal for pur plans for the weekend - close enough to beach, close to many great restaurants, and right by the start line for our race. Everything was clean and well tended. Great location and love the patio! Clean and cozy! Wish there was a tv in the master and the bed in the master was very uncomfortable. But still feel it is a 5 star because of all the location, cleanliness and updated. We came a day late due to a family emergency and they owners offered a later check out, which was nice.
