Lido Key is located on a laid back barrier island close to trendy and vibrant downtown Sarasota on the west coast of Florida. The area is known for great beaches, good food, outdoor activities, local attractions and lots of sunshine. We are centrally located on Lido Key a block to the beach and short 10 minute walk to St. Armand's Circle for boutique shopping and numerous outdoor seating restaurants. Downtown is minutes away over the Ringling Bridge.

This new to market second floor bright and sunny island decorated two bedroom one bath unit provides all the comforts you'd expect after a long day at the beach or exploring the local area. With vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans throughout and recessed lighting to set the mood along with the open floor plan it's warm and welcoming and easy to relax and entertain at any time. Located in the quiet and charming Chateau Village condo complex it's one of only 10 units in the complex which is conveniently located on South Lido Key.

Ted Sperling Park is a 5 minute walk and home to some of the best kayaking and SUP in Florida with the Lido Mangrove tunnels. North Lido Beach is home to large colonies of sea birds year round and great beach walks. Downtown minutes away!

Very clean and tidy condo with a great location! We have stayed on Lido many times and this place did not disappoint. Having amenities for the beach is a big plus for us. Close walk to the beach, or down to St Armand’s circle for shopping and dinner, and the owner was very good at reaching out and responsive. Would certainly stay here again!

This place was located closed to both the beach, and St. Armand’s Circle with its many shops and restaurants. The trolley nearby was also convenient for trips downtown. Jan’s place was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We would love to return someday!

The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean, comfortable and decorated so nicely. The communication with the owner was excellent and the location was very close to the beautiful beach and a short walk to many great shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

Conor was amazing. Very clean, and great location. Ability to walk to beach, and shopping/restaurants at St. Armands circle. The location could not be better. Condo provides towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. Everything you need to have a wonderful trip. Highly recommend, and wish to return!

Very nice, clean condo; all appliances worked and parking was easy. It was a 2-block walk to Lido Beach, and a pleasant 1-mile walk to St. Armand’s Circle. We enjoyed our winter break very much!

The location was amazing and the condo is small but very clean. Jan was amazing and checked in on us to see if we had any questions and gave us tips for the weekend because there was a Seafoodfestival in Sarasota. We loved the walking distance to the beach every morning. A very trivial matter is there is no dishwasher, what we found unusual, but with so many foodoptions on St.Armands Circle it was no big deal. It was a very quiet neighbourhood and we felt very safe walking home after dinner from St.Armands. Communication with Jan was great, before, during and after.

This was the perfect small two-bedroom condo. It was clean, nicely furnished and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and very helpful. Why stay in a hotel room when you can stay in a two-bedrrom condo for the same price!

We had the BEST time in this adorable beach condo. Jan was so helpful and had great communication from start to finish! She even told us about a concert on the beach in the middle of our stay. That is great attention to detail! The adorable beach condo is 1.5 blocks from the Lido Beach. The condo is decorated in a cute beach motif and gets you ready for a fabulous vacation in the beautiful Sarasota area. Please be aware the condo is on the 2nd floor. You will need to navigate luggage up the stairs. Not a big deal for us, but for some it might. Another plus, you can walk everywhere; beach, St. Armands’ Circle and there is a lovely walking path around the neighborhood. You will need transportation to get downtown. Have a great time! You will be glad you selected Chateau Village as your vacation spot!

5 minutes to beautiful Lido Beach, 10 minutes to all of the shops at St. Armands Circle. The apartment was very clean with a homey feeling. We had covered parking and felt very safe. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for a great vacation. Looking back to coming again!

Everything was great and just what we needed. From the start Jan was communicating and kept us informed. The condo is so clean, cute, and homey too. Short steps to the beach - quiet and relaxing. The condo was very clean, well stocked and easily walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Only used the car twice! We saw 3 turtle crawls - two false and one nesting-we volunteer at our local beach) on one early morning walk. Didn’t want to leave, hope to return soon.

Although we have been to Sarasota many times it was our first time staying in Lido beach and I would absolutely stay here again and fully recommend this condo. It was very clean and super convenient! Only minutes away from the beach and a short walk to St Armand’s circle The owners were so accommodating and made sure we had lots of information about the area. Great accommodations & great communication with the property owner. The only thing I wish would’ve been mentioned beforehand was the laundry facility had coin-operated machines in the complex (not in the condo) and to bring quarters if you intend to do laundry—no change machine on site.

The condo was located very close to the beach and was very clean and beachy feeling. The unit is bright and cheery and was very clean. The complex is small which made it feel more homey and the location is very quiet. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook in. Beach towels were plentiful and having beach chairs and a beach umbrella along with the beach wagon was very convenient. We did a lot of walking (10 minutes to St. Aramand's Cirle). Jan was awesome. She checked in with us shortly after we arrived to make sure we were all set and to see if we needed anything and also checked in with us on our last day. Can't wait to go back!
