We all thoroughly enjoyed the townhome, and what it had to offer ~ exactly what was in the description! Having the pool table on the same level was so much fun, since challenges were excepted on a daily and evening basis.
I tried to communicate a couple questions prior re: Closest public pool to the unit, and if we could check in a couple hours early since 1/2 of our group had to leave a day early, and also the procedure on the day of check-in could use some improvement, since I asked those questions well in advance, and didn’t get an adequate response until the day we arrived.
The bonus was how close the Copper Mountain Village was to the unit, since we walked everywhere. Having the Courage Classic bike event occurring during our stay, was another bonus, since our daughter-in-law works at Children’s Hospital!
A couple suggestions:
Stock items in the pantry, such as: plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, ziptype food bags, definitely dishwasher pods ~ which there weren’t any when we arrived but left what we purchased, tissues in each bathroom, and a little bit softer toilet tissue.
Please note that we ate most our meals at the townhome, and did a lot of handwashing until we purchase dishwasher pods.
Also, since we ate the dining room table & also played late evening games, we noticed that the toggle light switch for over that table gets very hot, so you might check the wiring.
All in all a wonderful short vacation for the nine of us!

With all our start-up problems, we did enjoy the house and we agree with all the favorable feedback in that regard. We had 8 adults and the house size and layout worked well for us. Because our blue to double diamond skiers all enjoyed the mountain we’re considering a return trip in the next couple years.

We liked everything about our stay in this huge home with all the amenities we needed plus extras. We were a group consisting of 6 adults which included grandparents and parents and 6 children ranging in age from 9-17. With 4 bedrooms and a loft large enough for all 6 of the children, there was ample sleeping space for all of us as well as 4 bathrooms convenient to the bedrooms. Everyone enjoyed using the pool table and private hot tub as well as eating and playing games at the large family sized table. The large well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating in. The condo was also conveniently located since it was close to the bus stop for access to the ski slopes of East and West Village and within walking distance of Center Village and the sledding hill. It was great to have the heated garage for one of our cars and room to park our other 2 cars in front of the condo. We loved that there was an additional heated smaller garage which was not big enough for a car but a great place to store our skis, boots, and poles and utilize the benches to put on our boots and prepare for our day of skiing. All in all we had a great week staying in this condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place the whole family can enjoy!
4.6
Great space with pool table and hot tub and a big kitchen table that up to 12 can sit around. A 5 minute walk to the kid lift that you can then ski to Super Bee. You can ski back in. Only thing I would change is to have some non-stick frying pans available!

We had a wonderful week with a large family group. The condo has everything. Very well stocked kitchen, pool table, board games, hot tub, sauna, etc.
Very conveniently located with easy walks to lifts and restaurants and ski in at end of day.
Highly recommend for family groups!

This place has lots of room to support a couple families. We enjoyed our time very much! The hot tub was great after a day skiing. It’s a short walk to the Superbee lift and also the Green acres area for the bunny slopes. The host was great communicating if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again.
4.6
Lots of space for a large family to spread out! Table is perfect for large meals and fun game nights with all. Mgmt company was very responsive. Hot tub was the perfect end to a great ski day!
4.6
Pros: great location right in Copper Village. You can exit the back of the condo to walk to 'Pitchfork' lift in about 5 minutes, which gives you easy access to SuperBee lift. Also easy to ski home at the end of the day and end up at the unit. It's about a 6 or 8 min walk to get to American Eagle lift too. Place is very big, and comfortably accommodated two families (4 kids and 4 adults) with room to spare. Lots of bedrooms, bunkbeds, etc. Pool table is super fun.
Cons: mostly Vacasa and their property management skills. We arrived to find a full bag of garbage in the kitchen, only one dishwasher detergent pod, and the hot tub was not turned on. Hot tub took 24 hours to heat up, so we wern't able to use it for one entire night. Vacasa is not reachable via phone (was only hold for more than 30 minutes). They were responsive via text, and did drop off more dishwasher pods the next day, to their credit. The sauna is comically small. One person can squeeze in, but it's impossible to sit comfortably or lie down flat. It does heat up quickly at least!
Vacasa needs to inform owners certain things are in disrepair (e.g., water filter in fridge needs replacing and constantly beeps, dishwater has no rinse aid, leaking faucet upstairs, sliding door to hot tub is off its tracks and very difficult to open/close, etc). Garage code is incorrectly written in the welcome book: you need to click "1" first before entering the code. My wife got locked out of the house at one point and learned this the hard way. Internet is slow and spotty with multiple people on devices.
I would stay here again at this price point, and this is an especially great place for 2 (maybe as many as 3) families. Place is big, comfortable, and a very convenient location for a Copper Mountain ski vacation. Note there are very few things left in the kitchen, so you'll want to bring your own coffee filters, oil, spices, etc. It's not like an Air BnB where a lot of these basics are provided.

We spent 10 days in June in Togwotee 108 Townhome with our family. We were all very comfortable and loved the cleanliness, the spaciousness, and all of the amenities of this home. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were of great quality. The pool table and hot tub helped create unique spaces for all ages to enjoy being together "at home." We could not have asked for more! We also enjoyed being in walking distance of Center Village and the sense of community that is on Copper Mountain. We would LOVE to return and stay again at Togwotee 108! Thank you to the owners for creating such a comfortable, home-like vacation paradise.

The condo was in a great location, walking distance to center village. The interior space was roomy and perfect for our family (8 adults and 4 teenagers). We loved the nice, open living room and kitchen area. All 12 of us could get comfortable in this space and all hang out together. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were impressed that there were humidifiers available for use throughout the house.
The reason I am only giving 4 stars is because of the incorrect description of the garage on the listing and the unresponsiveness of the management company(Vacasa). First, the listing states that guests may park 2 cars inside the garage and 1 car directly in front of the garage, but only ONE car will fit in the garage. The second spot is too short for any car. Our second issue was that the management company, Vacasa, was impossible to get a hold of and get answers from. We called twice the day we arrived to ask about the parking situation since we had 4 cars and there were not 2 spaces in the garage as described in the listing and to report a bunch of trash on a bench in the garage that was there upon our arrival. I was told a local manager would call me back that night. No one called. I called again the next day to report that the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were covered in hair, which we discovered at midnight when we went to go to bed the first night. Several hours after my third call to Vacasa, someone local finally came by the condo and addressed the issues and answered our questions about the parking, although he could not solve the fact that the garage was too small for a second car. We had to park two of our cars in the overflow lot down the street in the Alpine Lot. I emailed Vacasa to express my concerns about their lack of response to my calls, the trash left in the garage and the dirty sheets and asked for a refund of the cleaning fee, and I got a reply that it would take 24 hours to get a response from the local manager concerning my request. That was on Dec 29th and I have not heard back from them as of today, Jan 8th. I even emailed them again on Jan 4th to give them a second chance to respond and make it right before I wrote this review, but still no response.
Overall, it is a very nice condo. It is evident that the owners are good people that take care of their place. They just need to find a new management company. We paid way too much for 5 nights in this condo to have these issues!

We had many many maintenance and cleaning issues with this townhome from the time of arrival until we checked out! I don't know... It may partially be because of CV issues and possibly hadn't been rented out for awhile and also seemed like a big shortage of workers, in not having enough housekeepers. But it was a disaster to start with!
If it wasn't for the support and hard work of the maintenance manager Dillon H. in trying to fix doors, locks, stools, trash out and fix up things as best he could plus also bringing us needed household supplies, we would of probably checked out of this property. We did find other units to check into, but on such short notice couldn't find a place for all of our family to stay together. So with the maintenance manager, Dillon working with us, we decided to stick it out even though we still had to do some cleaning ourselves, deal with plumbing issues, the stools and some small cooking appliances that did not work along with patio chairs that almost collapsed when sat in.
I am trying to work with the Vacasa management company to receive compensation and the cleaning fee back for our stay, but as yet have not heard back from them since reported the issues!!!

We have stayed here three or four times; in winter, summer and the off-season. The house has been renovated well. It was comfortable sleeping/cooking/hanging for the multiple families we had together. Good for kids. It's so close to the lifts and restaurants. Close to biking and center village. 5 STARS!

This unit was amazing for our two families. With four bedrooms and the sleeping loft, everyone had their own space and we even had a bedroom not even used! It is a true ski in, off Skid Row run, and the walk to the lifts in the morning is not too bad, maybe 5 minutes. The private hot tub was key, especially with covid restrictions in place everywhere else. Huge living room and pool table were awesome. Will def book again!

Fun Family House!
We stayed here to “quarantine” for a week before seeing family for Christmas. It was a perfect family ski house with short walk to lift; easy ski home off Skid Row run; great private hot tub; heated garage for your car and changing into ski gear every day; and big open floor plan with pool table in living room making for fun family gathering time. A couple of things to know. While it sleeps 12, 2 mattresses are on the floor in large closets. Great for kids, but wouldn’t be suitable for adults. Note, too, about layout. First floor has garage (really only fits one car), master bedroom with en-suite bath and an additional full bathroom off the hall. Hot tub is accessed through the master bedroom. The second floor has the laundry room, kitchen, dining area, living room, pool table, a bedroom and full bathroom that is accessed just outside the bedroom door. The third floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, sink, sauna and closet with double mattress on the floor. The second has bunk beds, a twin with a trundle and a closet with mattress on the floor. A shared bath is between the two rooms. You can really pack a lot of people comfortably in this townhouse, but knowing the exact layout is helpful I think. All in all it was everything we needed for a fabulous week at Copper!
