The property is lovely. It's in a residential neighborhood. We were attending our daughter's graduation from VCU. The property is a bit further from the university (15-20 minute drive) but good access to Shockoe Bottom, downtown and the river.

We had a wonderful stay at Erin's Oasis. It had everything we needed for our family. Our kids had a blast discovering all the connected rooms (which they called secret passageways!). Really cool property. It's old like many properties in the area, but clean and everything was working properly. Erin was very helpful and kind, and the location is great. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Nice location. Clean. Furniture not real sturdy. Careful how you touch things. Table legs seemed fragile. Loved paintings in front room

Exactly as described - Erin made sure we knew who she was when we arrived & that she was available for anything we needed. Neighborhood is quaint, friendly & close to what Richmond has to offer. Bottom line - we felt welcome, at home; and, truly immersed in the culture of Churchill.

Erin's Oasis is exactly that... an oasis. The apartment is very clean, spacious, and she thought of everything! It's quiet perfection, which was appreciated after a long day.
Thank you Erin! I'm sure we'll be back.

We loved the house with its high ceilings and historic home touches. It’s is a great walkable neighborhood. We hosted meals with several family members - including some very active kids who loved the walk to Chimborazo Park and the playground next to it!

We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. We saw a bunch of "the sites", ate lots of great food, and enjoyed Richmond with everything being within about 20 minutes of the house. Inside was perfect for what we were looking for!

This rental was the first floor of an early 1900's house. We could tell the owner put a lot of love into decorating the bedrooms and bathroom. Lovely front porch to sit and watch the world go by. We meet three owner our second day there. Very warm and welcoming.

Cute historic property with a great backyard for our pup. We did not use the parlor because we loved sitting on the back deck. Bed was super comfy and neighborhood was great. We loved the Nile for Ethiopian cuisine. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Wedding
We booked Erin’s Oasis for a few days to attend our daughter’s wedding in Richmond. We really liked the house especially the outdoor areas. The only issues I had was we left the TV on to keep our dog calm while we were out. Every time we returned the tv was turned off. I wasn’t sure if the owner was coming downstairs and turning off things while we were out. The other issue was the ice maker in the freezer was frozen over. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We would stay there again next time we are in Richmond.

Week End in Richmond
Nice small family reunion while we were in Richmond to attend our son's best friend's wedding. House was perfect!

The property was functional and well-stocked with essentials like coffee and towels and washcloths. The outside areas are great, especially the covered front porch. It was easy to get to. We had one car for two couples and always parked directly in front of the house. The neighborhood felt safe with lots of kids and younger families. There isn’t much privacy between the two bedrooms. The one bathroom was clean and functional but not really enough for four adults.
