We had a great time at Frank and Debbie’s. The place was beautiful and so nice that all three bedrooms had a separate bathroom with a shower! Easy drive to the smoky mountains. Close to town for food options, but still felt like we were in the mountains. We had a great view - were able to see the Dollywood fireworks from the couches! Already thinking of when we can come back. Frank was very responsive and there were plenty of towels and cooking ware.

The house was perfect for our week stay, we loved everything about it. It was a great location, clean, spacious, and well stocked with all the necessities. It was a bonus to see the Dollywood fireworks and drone show every night from the porch.

Was doing a day at Dollywood and around gatlinburg. Found this gem✅. Loved the house and amenities and check out had no requirements which was a big plus as we left. All in All 5s across the board

This property is beautiful and comfortable. The pictures are exactly how this home looks. There are 3 walk in closets, 3 large bathrooms, lots of room for storage for your luggage and clothes. Ample towels were provided and a nice size laundry room. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. It is located close to everything you might need. (Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies etc )are only minutes away. As the pictures indicate, it is in a beautiful country setting.

This property is great. Lots of space inside and out. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom and the furnishings are very comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need plus lots of extras. We have stayed at Frank's properties four times and already booked for 2025.

The property was immaculate, luxurious, spacious, and provided our family of four adults and two pets with everything needed for our one week perfect stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze The host, who lives next to the rental property, was extremely friendly and accommodating, providing necessary modifications and access to address my handicapped needs. Linens and cookware were all provided, and the kitchen and all the bathrooms were amazing! The shared high ceiling open concept main kitchen/family room was huge, and the large screen TV with Spectrum internet service provided lots of choices for family viewing entertainment and fast speed internet connection to check mail, get directions, or research nearby restaurants and attractions. The large deck off the family room and master bedroom provided a northwest view of nearby mountains. The location is in a quiet rural residential area that is less than 20 minutes from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, a half hour from Gatlinburg and Sugarlands Visitor Center in The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and an hour from Knoxville. Cades Cove is a hour away and Cherokee, NC is 90 minutes away. Book early and plan to stay a while as this heavenly gem is exactly as shown in the listing photos and will not disappoint!

My group of ladies come to Pigeon Forge every April to attend a women's conference. As we are getting older, finding a place that is all one level and with walk in showers is becoming difficult. Frank's home was perfect for our needs. It's so peaceful and quiet and just minutes to the outlet mall, and restaurants. We loved all the little extras from the hair products to the spices in the pantry. We have already booked again with Frank for next year!

Spent spring break with our 3 young kids at Dollywood. This was the PERFECT set up for us and the place was great! The owner was beyond helpful and quick to respond and the place was easy to get to anywhere we needed to go. The beautiful Mountain View from the porch was a bonus to the great stay!

Upon arrival we were very impressed! Throughout the week we discovered minor annoyances. The jets in the tub didn’t work which really disappointed the teens. I contacted the owner to let him know it wasn’t working and he stated he took it out of the description because it is broke. The icemaker did not make ice and you had to drop your own cubes into the container. Upon arrival, it looked very clean. We had a two-year-old and as we were picking up toys, we noticed how filthy it was under couches and beds. You could tell it had not been swept in a long time. My granddaughter opened one of the windows and the corners were filled with bug carcasses.

Beautiful and spacious rental in a very convenient location. Spacious would be an understatement. Our family enjoyed this peaceful, pet friendly home. Everything you need and more was provided. Frank addressed the minor issues we had instantly. Was a wonderful host.

This is such a nice place to stay! It was super clean and smelled good. The beds are comfortable with attached bathrooms for each. The kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies and there's a giant deck outside. Best of all, we could bring our dogs and there's room for them to run if they want. For those worried about mountain roads, put your mind at rest. There aren't any scary roads. This place is an easy 10 minute drive to all the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge, if that's your thing, and only 25 to 30 minutes to the Smoky Mountain National Park (don't forget you need a parking pass now). My family will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing this home with us!

Wonderful property and beautiful house. As soon as we walked in, you could smell how clean the house was. The house was stocked beyond expectation with plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone communication with the owner was quick and efficient. I would most definitely stay here again.!!

The house was amazing! Quite neighborhood but, only minutes from Dollywood and other attractions. House was comfortable, clean and has everything you could need. We were celebrating a late Christmas with our family and they had left up the Christmas tree, so thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had the best stay as an extended family. Each of the 3 households had their own on suite and the gathering space is large to accommodate everyone at meals and game time. We will most likely be back!

We had six family members stay before Christmas. The home is super clean and has all space and amenities you could want. My father in law is 82 and the home is ADA friendly! Very convenient to all the attractions in the area and great views. We’ll be back for sure!

We just left there and loved to place. We had 2 small dogs with us and 4 adults. The place is exactly like the pictures. We met the owner Frank, great guy. The place is convenient to everything but not in the mist of the crowded areas. Peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing place. Thanks Frank for a wonderful vacation. We will be back.
