No facilities at the location.
All facilities were closed as this was a maintenance period.

It was a last minute booking and the owner was very accommodating we were let down by a previous booking which had been changed without our knowledge and had no where to stay. The owner of this property was very prompt in providing the information we needed.

The big tv was great for movie night 🍿
And had a great sunset 🌅 from the deck.

Nice location on the site with parking and close to entertainment and shop. Bathroom was nice. Kitchen was good. We used it as a base for sailing at Brightlingsea.
We liked St Osyth and our visit to Clacton Pier. We liked the fact it had 3 bedrooms.
The fact it was great value for money.
The rusty radiators in the hall and bathroom gave a bad first impression. The main bedroom had a large base but smaller mattress! Need to fit a larger mattress!
We didn't like the black and purple duvet cover and pillow cases colour!
The mattresses generally need renewing. Would liked to have seen roller blinds in bathroom and kitchen instead of the fiddly Venetian blinds. The TV is much too big for the caravan and the heavy chain securing it was pretty ugly and made you wonder why it was needed. Some idiots turned off of our water supply in the night!
No hairdryer! Main bedroom shelf had been removed.

The location is great, a short walk to the sea front and a 15min drive into Clacton. The caravan was good value for money, for what we paid off-season. Everything we needed was there. Good communication with the owner.
There was a lingering urine/alcohol smell from the sofa and from one of the small bedrooms. Even after airing the place out, it was there. I think the cleaners tried to get rid of this smell as it really smelt of bleach on our arrival. QA couple of the beds were also too soft and very uncomfortable.

The caravan was so clean. I couldn't fault it. Contact with the owners was always quick and consistent. We stayed in down season but it was honestly a lovely stay and we definitely stay again.
We didn't dislike anything at all. Whole stay was fantastic.

Good value for money
Light in shower room didn't work, broom broken in half, crockery all wet needed rewashing, duvet covers with stains on them, broken gate on decking and no warning sigh about how slippery decking is when wet, tap in toilet loose and spins round.

TV like being in a Cinema
