Featuring five bedrooms, and four bathrooms this spacious home provides sleeping for up to sixteen with room to spread out. With just a one-minute walk to the community pool, hot tub, gas grilling stations, and The Villages you'll never be too far from the action; be sure to take advantage of the free beach tram, as well!
Welcoming you with fine furnishings and updated finishes you'll feel right at home from the moment you check-in. Upon entering the first-floor common area you will find a full over full bunk bed, complete with a large flat-screen TV. A first-floor guest suite provides sleeping for four in two queen size beds, additionally, fit with a flat-screen TV and providing access to a private ensuite equipped with a tub/shower combination.
Hop on the elevator for a smooth transition to the second-floor main living area, providing an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. You'll take pleasure in cooking a gourmet meal in the next-level kitchen, equipped with a Wolf gas range, stainless steel appliances, and sleek quartz countertops; then savor that meal in the dining area offering seating for eight, additional seating for four can be found at the breakfast bar. After a day at the beach kick-back in the living room, furnished with a plush sofa and equipped with a large flat-screen TV; or drink-in the hot Summer nights on the balcony with your favorite cocktail. The kids will have sweet dreams in the second-floor bunk room, furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed, fitted with a flat-screen TV, and complete with a private ensuite with a walk-in shower.
You're sure to get the rest and relaxation you deserve in one of the three third floor bedrooms! The master suite, furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with a flat-screen provides access to an ensuite with a spacious walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Just down the hallway, you'll find two additional bedrooms, both furnished with king-size beds and providing access to a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
