Cute beach unit situated in leafy Silverleaves a popular beachside suburb in Cowes.
A short 5 minute stroll to a magnificent swimming beach and Cowes Golf Course, a five minute drive to town center with supermarkets, shops and cafes.
A 15 minute drive from the famous Penguin Parade, Nature Parks, Amaze N Things, Churchill Island and more.
Ideal family holiday and you can bring the dog, with secured backyard. A DOG Bond of $200 applies.
So relaxing and quiet, go for a walk, have a BBQ in the covered outdoor area with outdoor furniture or take a leisurely stroll to the Silverleaves General Store for your coffee fix. Now has FREE WIFI, dishwasher, ceiling fans in all rooms, porta cot, kids beach toys (in garage), board games, DVDs, and a doggy dog (for medium sized dogs), extra fridge in the garage for extra food.

Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.

I stayed here with two friends for a girls' weekend. We enjoyed this quiet and secluded unit in Silverleaves, taking advantage of the proximity to the General Store where we had a lovely breakfast. It was a very cold and blustery weekend but the heater did a good job of keeping the unit cosy, although we did bring an extra fan heater for the bedrooms. The unit was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The shower was lovely and hot too. Would like to visit in better weather but enjoyed it nevertheless and felt it was good value for money.

Visiting from overseas(Seattle to be specific). Had previously spent time on the island but my companions had not. The unit was clean and convenient and very quiet. We were not aware about the linen policy although I am sure it is posted online somewhere. AllOther than that we had a wonderful stay

This unit is one of three on the block. Our unit was at the rear so we had peace and quiet. The Silverleaves area doesn't have a suburban feel - even though we were in a residential area, the feeling is rural, with a bush vibe. Our street was only one block back from the beach so it was a quick and easy walk to get there. We found the unit to be clean, comfortable and well set up. Everything we needed was on hand. We'll definitely stay there again.

Our stay at 3/61 Honeysuckle Grove, was quite enjoyable. We stayed in a quaint little 3 bedroom unit, tucked away in a quiet, and lovely part of Phillip Island, called Silverleaves. All in aamenities were provided at this location, apart from Wifi, which was not a problem as my family and I spent our nights playing board games etc. This property was in close proximity to the golf course, and had a quaint little cafe, which was open in the morning, if you required a coffee or breakfast. Not far up the road was a bowling alley for the kids, and the local shops in Cowes were only 10 minutes away. My family and I enjoyed cruising around to various parts of the island visiting the animal sanctuary, Pyramid Hill, The Nobbies, Grossard Point in Ventor and other attractions. My family and I also enjoyed visiting the Mos Eisley cafe, Sambreros Mexican restaurant, and other various takeaway shops. All in all was a great little vacation at the Island.
