Sunday to Sunday rental during the summer months: avoid Saturday traffic and enjoy the whole week at the beach! Recently renovated (2018)! Rare, extra-large fifth floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath Point unit with spectacular ocean views from the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom! Renovations included: new luxury bathrooms featuring both fixed and hand-held shower heads; double vanity in the master bath; updated closet spaces; redone, well-equipped kitchen with an open view of the ocean; updated balcony seating; new Sonos music system; and a fresh coat of paint throughout. Featured only in Sea Colony's four southernmost oceanfront buildings, these rare '08 Point units are larger than the resort two bedroom and den surfside floor plans - approximately 100 square feet larger than the corner units and 215 square feet - or 20% larger than the non-end two bedroom and den condos. Also, the Point units offer extra privacy on the balcony to enjoy ocean breezes and stunning sunrises - or dining outdoors with a magnificent view. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. Covered reserved parking space is conveniently located near the building's entrance. 3 flat-screen TVs, Blu-ray, Wifi.

*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
