All fine except hot water heater not turned on. Queen bed has broken support possibly and very uncomfortable.
6.0 / 10.0
The unit could be nice had the cleaning staff made any attempt to do their jobs. There was heavy dust everywhere, food and hair on the bedroom carpet, hair in the bathroom on the floor and drawers. The hall bathroom also has a fair amount of mold in the shower, definitely needs to be addressed. The balcony appeared to never be cleaned, sand, shells, food particles everywhere. We also had to clean coffee that must have splattered all over cabinets, floor and walls in the kitchen. Its too bad because otherwise it could be a very nice condo unit to rent.

Well stocked and clean with great views of the ocean from the bedrooms.

The view was wonderful!!
The living room couch is incredibly uncomfortable. The queen bed in the guestroom is awful. It’s very hard to open the glass door. Other than that, everything was great. The place would be sooooo much nicer if those things were intended to. 😊

Great location in the building - view isn’t blocked by other buildings. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture. Balcony is private - other balconies don’t look into this unit. Very clean.

Cute and clean condo, beds were comfortable and we had a great time despite the rain and clouds from Tropical Storm Ophelia. The waves from the storm were so cool! Our only challenge was the sliding glass door to the balcony being extremely difficult to open. We did report this to the management company.

The condo was comfortable and provided easy access to the beach and shopping. The ocean view was beautiful.

My family and I stayed at this unit previously and it was great. It was outfitted with everything you need. Upon arriving this time, we noticed that there were items missing in the kitchen such as a spatula and large coffee mugs. The balcony door is very difficult to open. It sometimes took two of us to pry it loose. The towel bar in the guest bath was off the wall but maintenance fixed it a couple of days after we arrived. Lastly, the primary tub is so deep that it’s difficult to get in and out of it even if you just want to shower. Also, it would be nice if there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. On a positive note - the beds are super comfy, there is plenty of good quality furniture both in the family room and on the balcony, having desks in every bedroom is a real plus and the room darkening window coverings allow you to sleep in. The kitchen and bath renovations are great. We love having a double sink in the primary bathroom. The unit was clean when we arrived. Would recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and you can’t beat the location. The owners were very responsive with questions. We had a minor issue on the first day and the owner fixed within hours. Definitely recommend this unit for the perfect beach getaway!

Comfortable, welcoming, and what a view!
The remodeling done to this unit made the kitchen more open, the closets more usable, and the master bath a dream come true! The mattresses were comfortable, which is hard to find in rentals! The location was perfect, just high enough to enjoy the view without being too far removed from sounds and breeze. Totally staying on my favorites list.

Girl’s weekend in this unit to celebrate Mother’s Day with sisters and cousins. Loved the location and the condo was well appointed and very clean. Check in was a breeze. Loved seeing the dolphins while drinking morning coffee on the balcony. Highly recommend.
