This four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath end townhome has an open den with a new full-size futon available for extra room! New updates for 2024 include new carpet in all bedrooms, two new sofas in the great room, one of which is a sleeper sofa, a new TV, and new utensils, pots, and pans in the kitchen.

The home features 1,920 square feet of space and is situated on a corner, giving you plenty of green space for the kids to play. Need to work during your stay? This townhome features a new desk and chair, and the high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time. Each floor features a primary bedroom suite. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset views and a glass of wine from the front or side covered porch or private back patio. No need to worry about parking permits - Bear Trap Dunes doesn't require a pass for you or your guests to park! Additional amenities include central air-conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless steel appliances such as a French door refrigerator with an ice maker, an electric range, a microwave, and a dishwasher, plus plenty of countertop appliances to handle those small tasks. You'll also have six TVs and two DVD players, and you can bring along up to two dogs!

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a kiddie pool, an exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a hard surface tennis court, a multi-sport court, pickle ball court and saunas for homeowners and guests). You'll also have access to an outdoor pool, a playground, a summer beach shuttle, and the clubhouse with a restaurant.

Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property is in a great location and very spacious however when we arrived it was dirty. The carpets needed vacuumed the end tables were dirty and the walls were so dirty with spill marks smudge marks and some of the doors had stuff on them. Had to call Vacasa and they immediately sent someone but she only ran vacuum and wiped end tables. She said they were out of majic erasers so the walls and doors we lived with. And the upstairs blind was barely hanging . The property is great but needs a good deep cleaning for the money I spent dont think it is to much to ask for it to be clean.

This unit is sunny, spacious and well maintained. It is located in a quiet area with no through traffic. Do inquire about the thermostat serving the upstairs area. It was not functioning during our stay.

The house was in fantastic shape, there was plenty of room for the 7 of us(who are not small men) to relax comfortably. The back patio would have been nice to enjoy had it not been a little too cold for us to hang out. The neighborhood is very quiet. There was a decent amount of kitchen utensils but could use a few more frying pans. Overall I would definitely stay here again

The location is perfect for a small gathering. It has enough space to hang out as there are two living room areas. The backyard was also huge and has plenty of space for kids to run around or play games. The rooms have enough beds as well. The only thing that needs to be improved is thw wifi as the connection keeps on being cut off amd it's also slow, but over all great place and higly recommended!

Me and the girls stayed here again after visiting back in December. The house and furniture is CLEAN! The kitchen is well stocked, bedding was clean and towels were fresh. The water pressure and temperature in the upstairs bathroom improved significantly!! This is our go to place! Note - There are dogs that have stayed here so if you have allergies chose another place - my daughter sneezed and itched all weekend as a result. Hard to find a place that is pet free all year round.

The property was ready when we arrived at 4 pm and entering the house was easy. The living area was well kept and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for the six of us. However, the 2 upstairs showers did not get hot water. The water was lukewarm, quickly turning to cold after just a few minutes. This was strange, as the sinks upstairs received hot water and the shower in the downstairs bathroom had hot water. While this may not have mattered too much in the summer, in February it was a nuisance! We all had to take turns showering in the downstairs bathroom - which was annoying since there were 6 of us!

We have tried over 10 houses in development…this one is by far the very best! Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked perfectly. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable for a rental. House is clean and does not look or feel like it’s a rental. You can tell the owners really care. So pleased with this house and all the details the owners took time to add. Only small issue. Very low pressure showers and upstairs showers didn’t go pass warm.

Quiet beautiful large neighborhood to ride bikes in because of all the wonderful trees! Great central air conditioning for hot humid days. Two tv rooms on first level for the grandkids to enjoy their own shows. Very comfortable home for our family vacation! Thank You!

This place was an amazing place to stay. It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend and the little touches throughout the house were great. We had pets staying with us and there was doggie bowls out for them and a leash hanging up. Will definitely stay here again when in the area as we are usually in the area once a year !

The property is a very nice size and is nicely furnished. We had an issue in which the two queen beds upstairs had no sheets. We tried to get some, but never received any so had to sleep on top of the comforter all week. Not ideal. But that is on the property management, not the owner. The place itself is very nice.

This house was perfect for us. It was nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. The community is very quiet and the amenities at Bear Trap were great! We especially loved the outdoor pool. It is only about 5-10 minutes to Bethany Beach. My parents were visiting the Delaware Beaches for the first time and they absolutely loved it. Even the dog was happy! We would absolutely return. The only problem we had is that there were not enough sheets or towels in the house when we arrived. Vacasa provides the linens via a delivery service so they are not the owners things. However, the towels are of a low quality - very scratchy- so I recommend bringing your own. Luckily, we were able to tell a member of our party to bring some towels for everyone and we were fine.

I was extremely dissappointed on the day I arrived. We arrived at the time we were told @ 4:00 pm to have the place filty. It had never been cleaned which I had taken pictures of. They had from 10:00 to 4:00 to clean the home and it was not done. There was absolutely no excuse. Management was suppose to call and never did. I had to call them for a 2nd time and file the complaint. My husband and I rented 2 homes for our family and had no issue with the other home. The home was right down the street, Our other home was rented through VBRO. The home was very nice itself and it was not the owners fault for the things that were wrong. We had a nice stay all in all. They were well stocked with things that you need. HOme was nicely decorated and comfortable. Beds were amazing to sleep in. HOwever I will NEVER rent through vacasa again!!! What a shame

Lovely end-unit townhouse. Bright and airy, very clean, Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed. Kitchen well stocked with drip and K-cup coffeemakers, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, etc. Hairdryer, washer/dryer, recycling bin, table for eight. About ten minute drive to the beach.

This is our 3rd year renting a vacation home around Bethany Beach area and we have decided that it will be our family summer tradition. We are an extended family of 10. 6 kids, 3 adults. This house has room for everyone. The house was clean although we found an empty water bottle under the bed in the upstairs master bedroom. linens and sheets are new, one of the thing we like renting thru vacasa. One complain is there not enough utensils, we wish there are newer pots and pans (and bigger) for a big family like us. $50/person passes to use the Bayside amenities and shuttle is a good option if you do not want the hustle of finding a good parking spot when you go to the beach. Kids love the pool!

Very clean and well maintained! We took advantage of the patio furniture out back to relax at night with a glass of wine! Plenty of room for the kids to have their own space! Highly recommend this property!!
