My visit was short and was my first to Missoula in decades. The house is beautifully remodeled, well stocked and comfortable. The beds in the home were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It is a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of downtown and the river trail. Loved the local farmer's market and I would definitely recommend it. If you are looking for some good old fashioned hard ice cream, stop by Big Dipper. Such a delightful home and location. I would rent this home again.

This is the perfect getaway for Missoula. The house is super cute, clean and comfortable. The backyard and porch spaces are great for hanging out. And you can't beat the location. A short 15-20min walk along the greenbelt to downtown and Grizzly stadium. Will definitely keep on our list for future visits.

It is a well maintained and cute updated house. Great location, 5 min drive to everywhere.
Kids loved having their own separate rooms.
Would absolutely return or recommend.

This lovely and clean home was even nicer in person than it looked online. It was a cozy spot in a perfect location. We walked most places when we were in town. The river, downtown, and Orange St Food Farm were all really close by. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with any supplies we might need, and it just had a nice “homey” feel to it. We would definitely recommend this rental!

I use to visit Missoula 1-2 times per year in my 20’s and this was the 1st time in over a decade. This stay will be kept on the list for future trips. Beautiful house and nice backyard hang out area. Highly recommend.

Great stay in lovely house. Ideally located just across the river from downtown.

This property served us Very well. We were here for my nephews wedding from Minnesota. Sone of my other adult children also stayed at a vrbo and had a great experience. Others stayed at a hotel and we're very deceived, bad experience. If I came back I'd stay at the white picket fence home. Our only concern was we couldn't get the air conditioning working so the evenings were alittle warm.

We came to Missoula to see our granddaughter get her masters. I can’t say enough about the house. It was the perfect location, we could walk anywhere. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Missoula.

We enjoyed a weekend stay with friends in this comfortable and adorably remodeled home. Everything we needed was available. It is conveniently located right next to a gas station. We were a little worried about this at first (noise?), but found that we didn’t hear any extra noise at all and it was actually super handy! We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Missoula!

The White Picket Fence is exactly as described and pictured. It’s clean, spacious, and has an extremely well stocked kitchen, lots of utensils, dishes, pans etc. We travelled from Ohio to spend Christmas with our daughter and son in-law so it was wonderful to have the space and a wonderful kitchen and dining room table to share our holiday meals at. Erin was a wonderful host and very communicative about the property. We had absolutely no problems and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent it again when we are in Missoula. Highly recommend!!

This home was the perfect home away for my family get together in Missoula! Erin was a most gracious host! This house was adorable, and perfectly comfortable for 5 adults. The kitchen was wonderful and very well-stocked. Comfy beds were appreciated after a day of hiking or exploring Missoula and surrounding areas. We could walk to everything -- downtown, to the river trail, Bernice's Bakery, Shakespeare & Co. bookstore, Gild, UM Campus to name a few. I would definitely recommend Erin's White Picket Fence home to anyone looking to spend time in a cozy environment in Missoula, I know we would love to stay there again! Thank you, Erin!!

My group of friends and I came to stay for a wedding and we had the best time! The house was clean, organized, and oh so cozy. It was the perfect weekend spot for five adults. We had one problem with the sink and the Kane family helped us out right away. Will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Missoula. Thanks for a great trip!!

4 sisters’ annual get-together; Fabulous property! Great amenities; well-stoked kitchen & baths. Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay & would definitely book this property again.

House was very clean and well-located (easy walk across the bridge to downtown, and 3-4 blocks to the “hip strip”). All conveniences have been considered and provided. Stairway to second floor is narrow…probably best for older guests to stay downstairs. Orange Street is very close and is a busy road, which was not an issue for the downstairs sleepers but was more prominent from the upstairs rooms. We were impressed with this home, and had a very pleasant stay.

This is a cute small older home that has been carefully lovingly redone. The location makes everything walkable in downtown Missoula. The host lives next door and was quick with a solution to the very hot conditions when we arrived. July is a hot month and extra air conditioners were appreciated. We highly recommend this comfortable home. Our family really enjoyed it.

The property owners took great pains to make this a beautiful rental. As our daughter goes to school here, we have rented many places nearby and this is by far the nicest one. Beautifully decorated, well appointed with everything you need to have a comfortable stay, and walking distance to everything.

We absolutely loved this house! My husband and I rented the house for a long weekend visit to our son at school. We were looking for a smaller home but with enough space that he and his roommate could come stay with us and get out of the dorms for a few nights. The house was actually a lot more spacious than what we even thought it would be! The boys had multiple hockey games that weekend and I wanted to be able to cook for them…..the hosts go above and beyond with making sure kitchen essentials are stocked…..coffee, sugar, baggies/foil, etc. The house was adorable and location was perfect for what we needed!

It was the perfect location for four adults attending a downtown conference. The bike/walking path is right outside, and the proximity to our conference and great restaurants was ideal for leaving the car parked at the house. It is well-appointed with character and craftsman charm. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

We had such a lovely stay in Missoula at Erin’s home. Just what we needed after two weeks in Glacier National Park. The property was beautifully decorated, walkable to everything in Missoula and had all we needed to feel like home! And, about 10 minutes to the airport!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen! We loved the location! We were able to walk to town, the farmers market, the river walk, coffee shops and more!

Great, clean property. Very cute house with plenty of room for 5 people. Conveniently located to center of town, the University, and the Paddleheads baseball park. Hardly used our car at all.

The location was great. We didn’t have to get in our rental car for the 2 days we were there as the house is within walking distance to parks, restaurants and shops. Our kids loved the basket of toys.
