This is my third or fourth year coming to this place and each time I come there I feel like I’m home . The venue is beautiful and clean . But most of all Kevin is an excellent man to work with . I am exceedingly grateful and happy that I will be back . Thank you Kevin for a wonderful home away from home.

What a wonderful getaway to Naples. Spacious and well appointed 2 bedroom. Great space for two couples. Location is within walking to old Naples, beach and 5th street. Naples Club is on premise and did not disappoint. Amenities, restaurants and shuttle services are spot on. Property owner / manager was attentive and provided a number of recommendations for dining and happy hour. Would definitely rent again.

The cottage was updated and very well equipped. Super clean and comfortable. Kevin the owner was great with communication and allowed us to check in early which was very helpful! The resort is beautiful and amenities- pools, fitness center, marina, etc are top notch.
Location to 5th Ave, Tin City and the beach can’t be beat! Overall a great stay!

First and foremost, Kevin was the best owner with whom we have ever dealt. He checked in with us prior to our visit and was very responsive when we encountered minor issues. The property was as pictured/described. Freshly painted, new linens, newer washer/dryer and very clean. Easy access to pool. A very pleasant stay.

Beautiful resort complex located in the heart of Naples. We enjoyed shopping at the Waterside Shops and the cute downtown area of Naples, which was very close the resort complex. Pool amenities and staff service were excellent! Communication with the owner Kevin was great - very prompt and fast to reply to inquiries.

What a gorgeous condominium in a terrific location! It has beautifully decorated large rooms and is extremely clean. The resort is amazing! We enjoyed the lovely pool area and lunch/ drinks at the pool bar. We also were thrilled with the first class fitness center. In addition, there are 4 dining options, a golf simulator, and tennis courts. A great feature that we loved was the free shuttle to the downtown area and the beach. Kevin, our host, was very helpful and always available to answer any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this vacation rental!

I have stayed at many of the condos at the cottages at Naples Bay over the years and this was by far the best. Kevin is an outstanding host. There were a few things that needed to be addressed while I was visiting and with a quick text to Kevin they were promptly taken care of. I especially loved the beautiful lania where I spent a lot of time!!

We had our first snow bird experience (from PA) and it was amazing because of this rental. The owner established a relationship, and maintained it through the booking and stay—thank you, Kevin for the personal touch. The condo is amazing (clean, convenient and totally stocked). The Naples Bay Resort Cottages, amenities, location to the hub of Naples, is perfect for you, your family and friends! We were so comfortable over the Holidays with our children and grandchild . My husband and I were very sad to leave.

Great Naples resort
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The resort and amenities were excellent. So happy to have the shuttle to downtown Naples. The condo was beautiful and came with everything needed. Thank you to the owner who was able to assist with any questions. And have a great reco to the Oakes grocery store nearby. Thank you for a wonderful week away! Hope to be back again to escape!

Naples Bay Resort and Marina.
The facility was beautiful. Kevin was awesome. His condo had everything anyone would need to feel at home. On our last day Kevin stopped by to say hi and introduce himself. We will be staying here again in the future. Loved everything about Naples Bay Resort and Marina.

Beautiful condo, very comfortable, clean, beautifully furnished, has everything you could possibly need and more. Kevin was very good with keeping in touch before and during the stay. The resort is outstanding, super friendly staff, pretty pools, tennis, state of the art gym, spa and restaurants. Our teenage girls used the complimentary shuttle service that picked them up at the condo and brought them to and from the beach with complimentary beach chairs and towels. We will definitely stay here again. 10 stars!!

Great town, great resort, great condo & great host all add up to a great vacation! Naples Bay Club is beautiful - it's a resort, not just another condo complex. My husband and I never leave reviews. This time we just had to! From booking to checkout everything was perfect! Owner Kevin was so kind and helpful left chocolates and wine for our arrival. The condo is spotless clean and well equipt! The location is great and all amenities as well! We would love to visit again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, condo and condo owner. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. And, the pool and onsite restaurant are amazing! We even were able to rent a cabana poolside one day for an enjoyable day at the pool. The poolside servers were well appreciated too. :)
The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is updated, clean and the furnishings were amazing! And, we appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also, thank you for the cleaning products, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. We felt at home!
And, many thanks to the condo owner for checking in with us prior to our stay to make sure we know where to go and how to enter the property and condo. He even went as far to check on us after we checked-in to make sure that we had everything we needed.
We typically stay at the Marriott JW on Marco Island during our visit so Naples/Marco but we will now be staying at this condo, if and when available. We truly enjoyed our stay here!
