It is far about 450 m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and it can accommodate up to 4 people.
Apt. D’Aprile is a recently renovated ground floor apartment in the city-center of Polignano a Mare. The entrance door leads to the living room-kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, fridge, table with chairs and double sofa bed, a corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a bathroom with shower and a cute double bedroom equipped with safe.
At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)
Check-Out: before 10am
Cautionary Deposit: 100€
