well placed quiet area.

the beds were not comfortable. the sofa bed had marks all over it so did the carpets. the kitchen was basic. had to wash stuff before we used them.

Kitchen was well equipped, two single beds were very comfortable and the shower was brilliant. The property is in a lovely area and very quite at night.

There was a funny smell in the bathroom which never went away which smelt like cannabis. The bed settee had stains all over once you pulled it out. The double mattress needs replacing as it gave no support causing bad back in morning. Netflix wouldnt work as the tv wouldn't connect to the Internet.

In the bathroom was a very strong smell of weeds. Some of the towels were dirty. The bedding for the sofa bed was missed at all. And the sofa itself has dirty spots. Carpet requires a good clean. So overall cleanliness should be improved.

The living area was spacious and other than the lack of cooking dishes, the kitchen was OK. Good WiFi but the telly wouldn't connect to it. The owners were easily contactable and sorted the lights the next day

There was 10 light bulbs failed, with one of the bedrooms in complete darkness. 2 windows couldn't be opened, there were no cooking dishes and the bathroom fan didn't work

Although you could check into property after 3.00pm. Check in email was not sent until much later and our guys were working down there - so had to book alternative accommodation for 1 night.

Access detail emails to be sent earlier and follow up with phone call to make sure access details had been received, especially at a week-end, as Duty Manager did not respond to phone call.

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. My friends and I just wanted a quiet get away where we could spend time together and have a break. It was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s also only a 10 minute walk from centre.

It was noisy outside with people and traffic but we all live rurally and we’re not used to it.

The lights in the hallway and main bedroom didn't work also bathroom window wouldn't open no cleaning products eg sponges nore cloths for dishes
