Im gro6und ganzen .k., wenn die Ansprüche nicht zu hoch gestellt werden

Nicht so toll. Zudem alles Plastik (Besteck, etc.)

Der Frühstücksraum könnte bequemer und freundlicher gestaltet werden. Tische und Stühle standen zudem zu eng.

This was our second stay at this hotel and it was our last.

The location is close to our relative.

There was no mattress pad on the bed and the fitted sheet kept slipping off the mattress all night. I asked the have it switched out, but the “new one” was dirty. When I asked at the desk, the person didn’t know what I was asking about and brought out a mattress pad. I said that wasn’t the problem, but would love to have that as well, but they said it wasn’t the right size, they ran out of king sized ones. They did eventually find one that worked. My husband and I had only 2 towels between us. One hand towel and two wash cloths. No bath mat.

Would definitely stay again

The hotel itself was extremely nice inside and out the room that we had was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable

When my family and I went swimming the water almost seems like salt water like it was from the ocean and the hot tub when the bubbles were turned on looks like somebody through bubble bath into there were so many bubbles

Hôtel plutôt décevant mais un rapport qualité/prix convenable.

La chambre est très propre, les lits confortables

Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt simple. C'est très sucré, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix mais ça fait l'affaire. La propreté de l'établissement laisse à désirer L'air conditionné dans la chambre fait beaucoup de bruit, nous avons dû l'éteindre pour la nuit. La piscine et le bain à remous ne sont pas très accueillants mais ont le mérite d'être plutôt bien entretenus.

Quiet location for an enjoyable stay.

Check in was fast and easy. Price was great! I really like the look of the lobby- very modern. Breakfast was definitely a plus!

There were some stains on the bedsheets and the shower could have used a scrub down. Also, there was so much chlorine in the hot tub that it started burning our eyes within minutes and we had to leave the pool area.

I won’t stay here again

The hotel was newer and close to my office’s location. The breakfast was good.

The property seems like it’s not taken care of, that there is no pride taken in it. When we arrived, the desk staff person was watching tv in the lobby, slippers kicked off. The hallways smelled like cannabis, and the garbage cans in each hallway were big plastic blue garbage cans like those you’d see outside an arena. The workout room’s equipment was completely un-maintained: the bike no longer electronically worked and every single cable in the cable machine was tangled and unusable.

Wrong place at the wrong time.

nice place and room and reasonable rate.

Very thin walls . Very noisy and loud music in nearby rooms. It started about 10;00 pm. Tried to call the front desk but NO ONE answered!!! Went on until 1:00 am. Was just getting dressed to go to the front desk/ security when the pounding drum/music noise stopped. Made for a short sleep!

Beautiful property, terrible neighbors in rooms with poor noise insulation

Location, appearance and general upkeep were very nice. The bath and faucet were very modern and adequate

The neighbors were loud, constantly slamming doors and have loud verbal arguments that could easily be heard. The walls seemed to have no noise insulation, and conversations could be heard from neighboring rooms

most everything was pretty perfect

we booked a handicap room since i have arthritis in my knee and can't use the bathroom without the extra support bars--they said they were overbooked and moved us to a better room. my husband doesn't like putting up a fuss, so we didn't but the inconvenience for me was quite excruciating in the night. i didn't appreciate the bump. everything else was pretty perfect. the ladies were even very nice. just because i don't look disabled doesn't mean I'm not--pain is not my friend. also-breakfast was very repetitive for people stating for 5 days--got boaring--especially with no doughnuts or pastries.

It was affordable

The room and bathroom were disgusting. Neighborhood kids snuck in to use the pool and were rowdy. We were kicked out of the lobby both nights at 9pm. Breakfast is meh with nowhere near enough seating. Rooms were not serviced even when requested. Didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests. Staff is apathetic at best, and there was a shooting a block away during our stay.

The breakfast is AMAZING !! Plenty of variety for both kids & adults. Facilities were very clean. Pool is well kept and water was the perfect temperature. Stayed here on a Friday as a halfway point on a trip then again on a Sunday for the same reason and it was consistent both stays. Love that they have Dove products in the bathrooms as well

It worked but….

Location and price

The gal who checked us in was not people friendly no eye contact no welcome . Was a bit shocked on the shower never seen an attachment that was questionable on where people would use it . Also did not like that they had low toilets for old people . They could use more then 1 waffle maker people stood in line for a long time to make one . Coffee tasted like water with a brown tinge .

alright for 1 night regarding price

The price & the staff was very friendly; beds were clean and comfy

shower was moldy; light in room did only work partially; we did not have enough towels for all of us 4, even though booked for 4. when we went to reception, receptionist wasn’t there and excused with a sign which was fine but didn’t help. ; hot tub was full of soap bubbles and dirty.

Pay more to stay elsewhere!

Free breakfast enticed us to stay, but we wouldn’t stay again

Bathrooms were filthy, neighborhood kids snuck in to the pool, not enough seating at breakfast, HUGE lobby but we were kicked out of that space (it was “closed”?), room wasn’t serviced on a multi day stay even though we’d requested it, staff seemed under trained and was unprofessional, elevator is SO SLOW, and there was a shooting 2 blocks away during our stay.

Design was really neat! Loved the layout. Rooms were incredibly spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Pool was pathetic. Hardly big enough for a family of 4. I didn't like that the breakfast was over at 9.

The sink backed up, fridge was frozen, dirty, crack pipe burns all over floor chair ect, no coffee maker. Asked for a new one it could not be provided. Only one door key available another couldn't be provided. Asked for soap they could only provide one bar for 3 people. Huge gap in door I could see people walk by. Breakfast ran out fast. Pool reeked of ammonia and chlorine.

The first staff member was too busy eating in the break room to even come to the front desk which was deserted, until many minutes passed and when he did finally come to the desk, he was extremely unprofessional and rude and argumentative and was not trying to be helpful at all, he actually walked away from me after telling me I was wrong while he was talking about me and giving me dirty looks he phoned their manager who was off site. His co-worker was very professional and he tried and did help me after the first walked away. The manager on the phone helped me as well and the professional co-worker, who I was very thankful for. But because of the horrible experience with the first team member, I will never stay at this establishment. The first team member should NOT be working in the hospitality industry at all. Very disappointing that that person was the first impression of the hotel.

It was OK, but we probably wouldn’t stay there again.

It was fairly close to downtown Madison. We needed a more sturdy chair for my husband who has a bad back. A young lady found us a better chair and we very much appreciated that.

We were given 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for the 2 of us for the 2 days we were there. Also we didn’t get breakfast on Monday morning as we wanted to leave shortly after 6:00 am and just got juice at that time.

The bed and pillows were AMAZING! After 6 days of traveling and staying in various hotels. the bed here was my favorite.

Overall it was okay but could have been better

it was clean. The rooms were a fair good size and i enjoyed relaxing in the pool area.

I feel the gym was a complete disappointment with no weights and the cycling bike not work, that left only 2 equipments working out of 4 equipments, i have gone to smaller hotels and their gyms are far better. Secondly the cleaners did not speak an ounce of english and i almost had to beg them to clean my room having spent 3 nights and not once did they offer to clean, i had to request it. Finally the breakfast was a complete disgrace. It was no where near value for money
