- grosses, aber feines Buffet
- angenehm viel Platz in der gesamten Anlage, inkl. Restaurant
- gute Auswahl an Poolpar
- ganztags frische Früchte
- Etwas harte Matratzen
- Zimmerservice nicht besonders aufmerksam (Kaffee, Duschmittel nicht aufgefüllt)

The pools were ok.
It is not the 4 or even 3 star rating that is ranked. The food is average, the entertainment was one women signing baby shark in an empty hall. The furnishing is very dated and the staff totally know it's not the rating given. I ended up moving to the 5 star hotel next door for cheaper.

Absolutely NOTHING!!!
Everything in this "Hotel"
It was the dirtiest place we've been! The staff at the reception besides two persons out of five were extremely unfriendly.
The Gym is in a very bad shape. The cover is coming down and there is mold EVERYWHERE!!! The whole Hotel is wet and it smells extremely bad.
Not to mention what is going on in the breakfast-area. This is definitely a health issue.
The hotel director has a bottle of high-proof alcohol in his office. He was the most unfriendly guy of all employees. Just horrible!!!
Everything... really everything is extremely dirty! There wasn't be cleaned for at least a couple of month.

Location
They didn’t have us any wrist band for being b&b and that was annoying. ( don’t have bands for b&b) Because they keep asking us are we guests here? What’s your room num? At pool also asking us …
You must pay at reception your last meal . And yes I out on my room num. and always paid ! Like omg yeh should have mark also people without full board !!!
Also charge me twice for lunch I allredy paid
Have to proof o did !! Also not happy after very early flight our room wasn’t ready for another 1h I think Check on is from 1pm and we got room 2h later I think that’s late and 4 star hotel that’s not great!!

If you are a person of colour AVOID this hotel at all costs. Me and my friend would continuously be asked by security of what rooms we stayed in despite us showing our room number cards, once we would say our room number the security would then ask us why we don’t have a wrist band , we asked the reception if we are meant to have one as we are only having breakfast at the hotel they said no even though the security was so sure we should have one on.
At breakfast the lady who worked there came up to me and my friend ONLY to ask what room we are ?????? We told reception and didn’t receive any apology of any sort, terrible customer service , save your money go elsewhere

The food was unlike at other all inclusive hotels, everything was very delicious, especially Mediterranean sea food. Staff was really very friendly and service was very high quality and super fast.
The distance from the city center, though it was only 1.5 km, but at day time in 40C temperature it was very tough to walk.

Location was amazing, the rooms where on the smaller size for a family room but ok, the bfast was good and in general staff where pretty friendly. The lunch non inclusive was decent little option but priced well.
The cleaning was rushed and not great, one morning I was giving the cleaners a hand as they had way to many rooms to clean.

Best thing about this hotel is friendly staff. Also, Very good location, the hotel will have a wonderful chance to be the best hotel in the neighborhood if it will be refurbished, it is a bit old. Hotel has supermarket and bus stops near. Quiet neighborhood.
The hotel needs refurbishment. Infrastructure is worn out.

Great selection on breakfast, great pool bungalows lovely with lively walks. Really nice caves at the end of the sea walks

The view and location is faboulus.. Complaints where handled, the disco sound was lowered as they closed a door when we asked how long it would last.
Cleaning was very good. Service from reception as well.
Lunch buffé was served without letting us know it was 20€ per person. A bit steep when all we wanted was some sallad...
First night there was a loud disco that disturbed the sleep. Stairs to the beach might be hard for disabled and elderly. That should be expected though...

excellent gluten free service chef came round and showed my husband what was safe to eat

We were upgraded to a suite with its own access to the infinity pool, with beautiful sea view and everything we could have imagined. The room was clean when we arrived, and was clean every morning since along with clean set of towels. The staff was very inviting and friendly. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the centre of town which is not far. Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect

pool areas were nice and separate
the room was a bit tired also the pool closes at 1800hrs which is ridiculous for a hotel in Cyprus most people want to stay in the pool longer especially the children

The breakfast was finishing so fast. At 10 o’clock.
When someone is choosing a hotel to stay probably he
chose it to rest and relax. We were worrying everyday
that we are gonna be late for the breakfast as a result to
be in a hurry and not have the relaxation we want. Ayia
Napa has a long night life. Its so obvious that some days
i would not be on the breakfast on 10 o’clock. I would
suggest that the breakfast should have been until 11
o’clock.

Intimate which made us feel relaxed.
The bedding didn’t feel particularly clean with pillows cases smelling. They were very discoloured which may have tricked us in to thinking they weren’t throughly cleaned. Entertainment wasn’t the best either.

Nice location and friendly staff. Food was very good, especially the Al e Carte.
Very dated in several areas and could do with a deep clean. Quite a number of areas just looked abandoned including some high traffic areas! A broken chair sat on the grass area by the pool in plain sight for our entire stay (4 nights).
Our room had a lot of built up dust and dirt, with several missed areas like skirting boards, corners in bathroom and bathroom door handle. Also lots of chewing gum on the wooden patio terrace in our room. Bedding albeit clean was discoloured and beds not made up nicely, with a lack of pillows. Additional ones were brought in though by a very friendly chamber lady.
Family rooms are very small, if you have little ones you wouldn’t be able to move with their additional luggage.
Pool bars only served limited cocktails, with the best and larger variety being served in the lobby bar that you couldn’t access during the day in swim wear. When you did venture up it was skeleton staff so waited ages to be served.
Pictures are taken at deceptional angles especially around the panorama pool area and quantity and quality of beds (if you can get one!) is limited with regards to the hotel capacity!

Thomas who was working at the bar was lovely and was very good the children.
The food is very poor quality and tastelesss

friendly staff, beautiful views, great location.
everything was great, we didn’t have a kettle in our room, only fault but no big deal.

All buffet food was good and lots of choice. Fabulous clean rooms and amazing views.
The bar by the adults only pool was closed, the receptionist informed us we could get drinks from the restaurant; however when I asked the restaurant waiters I was rudely told no and to go to the bar upstairs.

The room
The hotel itself, not enough entertainment

A very nice hotel, with generally great service. We arrived on a late flight, and were greeted at the hotel by reception staff outside. They disinfected our luggage, checked us in, and then escorted us over to our room. We were in the two-storey bungalows, not the main building, which suited us.
- The room (family room) was a good size, bright and clean. *REMEMBER: the hotel has UK style plug sockets* The balcony was huge overlooking the main pool, and a great sea view. In the fridge they had placed water and sandwiches. And there was a small COVID-19 pack for each guest (gel, mask & glove).
- As mentioned there was a fridge in the room, plus a safety box (small extra charge), hairdryer, and pool towels.
- On our first morning we were greeted by one of the cleaning staff, who explained the system for room cleaning & towel changing. He stated it was our choice how often they serviced our room. I must say we could not fault the maid service, it was excellent.
- The hotel also has a small self-service laundry. 2 washers (4 euros each) & 2 dryers (3 euros each), plus irons. You borrow a key from reception.
- There are 3 main outdoor swimming pools. 2 smaller ones in front of the main building. One of these is a infinity pool. The main large pool is over by the bungalows. There are also some bungalows with their own private pool, and a baby pool by the kids club.
- The restaurant was fine as all-inclusive goes. You have good periods and not so good periods. If you have patience things get filled up, or just point it out to the restaurant manager.
- There’s a A la carte restaurant you can book via reception once each week of your stay.
# Would we return to this hotel, YES most definitely. There were minor issues, but generally we had a great relaxing time. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, and when we needed help they responded positively.
- Due to the Corona thing, they have removed the coffee/tea making things from the room.
- Annoying point is people not fully respecting the gloves and face mask policy, and the staff not challenging them (one glove or no gloves, no face mask or mask under nose). It doesn’t help when many of the restaurant staff themselves don’t wear their masks properly. And the waste bin for the disposable gloves was always overflowing.
- Sadly due to Corona, the indoor pool was closed.
- One annoying thing was the idiots reserving sun-beds in the mornings (and some not even returning to them for hours)! However this generally happened around the 2 smaller pools, we always found beds around the big main pool.

I would definetely recommend this hotel! Beautiful views with clean and comfortable rooms. The covid measures they had put in place made us feel extremely at ease. Great location with only a small walk to local bars and shops. Staff were exceptional always super friendly! Lady named Elisavet was brilliant, remembered our drink ordered, made us laugh and was an amazing asset to the hotel! Overall a great stay!
The only negative I can give was the evening entertainment - They had the same duet 7 out of 10 nights of our stay and they sung the same songs! Was a shame as they had a young guy on the guitar 1 of the nights who was brilliant!

Beautiful view from the room to the sea. Nice food, 15 min walk the city center, beautiful view from pools, bar at pools are really lovely when you have all-inclusive, otherwise that is expensive. Sandy beach is 3 min walk, better that having at the front of hotel since it can be more quiet.
1. Most of the doors of the rooms cannot be close "quietly" just like "shut" and that was really noise.
2. Our room on the 5th floor was next to the room of staff (cleaning staff) and they have started to work around 8:30 AM and they talk really loudly.

I don't understand why everything closes at 6, especially the pools.. they should mention this somewhere..

Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of food
Sea view was lovely
No concierge/porter
Family room was very small, not big enough for 3 adults
Pool towels not changed unless deposited at reception.
Dilapidated gym equipment
Front of house staff not very friendly or welcoming
Overall not what you expect from a 4 star property

The beautiful view near the city center. Staff was very kind, funny, friendly. Thomas was our favorite waiter in the bar. The food was varied and delicious. The live music in the bar was fantastic. Everything was clean and safe.
